**** DO NOT USE *** NOT RECOMMENDED FOR EMERGENCY CALL OUT **** Exchanged KMF switch, Sam did a great job. I cannot remove stars for Sam, as he was polite, knowledgeable and did a great job. The company, however, less than 1 star. I booked an emergency call out - had to wait for 5 hours without power as they did not tell me it was a standard call out. They say they are local, they say they are fast on their emergency call out page - utter rubbish. I have complained to the CEO just says I signed an agreement for the job, so cannot understand my complaint. TO THE CEO: I doubt anyone would visit your emergency electrician web page and misunderstand that you inform your visitor that we can expect a local electrician, within a reasonable time scale - I do not view 5 HOURS 24 MINUTES reasonable, and my electrician arriving from his last job in COVENTRY, and despite contacting your company several times that day for an update. If you are unable to supply emergency services, you should remove that information from your website. At best its misleading, at worst it reflects on your competency and integrity. From my experience - they are both lacking.
