I Approached WP Concepts to carry out a condition report on a rented property for me. It was under a time constraint as tenants were due to move in. Karl was quick to quote and complete this for me. He explained everything clearly as there was some work required to bring the property up to scratch. They delivered all this so quickly and the price was very competitive. Will definitely be using their services again!
