Had a full rewire done by these guys 4 years ago which at the time they were great as part of the rewire they fitted a bathroom extractor fan they put the fan in then a vent on the outside to make it look like it had been done but never put any ducting in the loft so my extractor fan has been blowing straight into the back of all the insulation in the loft without our knowledge and the other day we could smell burning coming from the bathroom the fan itself was smoking due to all the moisture going into the back of the fan and the electrics which to be honest with small children is dangerous and to the fact we’ve been struggling with damp and mould in the bathroom and could never work out why they were brilliant for the rewire itself and really helpful but I’m really shocked they left us with that and as a result as caused us no end of issues and stress for something so simple And never told us we needed to do that bit or fact it hadn’t even been done
I've had numerous jobs done over the years for me and my customers the service is excellent, the quality of work is fantastic and even with me being very picky I can never find a fault with their work! Highly recommend Bobby and his fantastic team to everyone. Great work guys !!!

Excellent service from start to finish. we have had internal upgrading work carried out and external garden lighting. All the guys have been brilliant, friendly and fully explained what they were doing. Highly recommend and will use again in the future for any other electrical work we need
I recently had an EV charger installed at my property by Thorpe Electrical. Bobby attended and quoted the works within a couple of days and managed to get the installation sorted within 3 days meaning I had the charger sorted prior to Christmas which was a massive help. The guys who attended to do the works were professional, polite and stayed back until I finished work to give me an overview of the charger and functions. This is a massive difference to the 13 week lead-in time I had been quoted by Octopus Electricity. Big thanks to Bobby and his team. I wouldn't hesitate to use again.
Totally shocking , no thought to where plug sockets were going , installed an outside light that never worked , and left me with no power to the shower room at all no light now in my out building, talked a good job unfortunately still haven't sorted out issues i mentioned to them two years on , my advice is avoid

From start to finish was a good experience. Friendly and helpful when booking in. When the electrician arrived, we explained our problem and he had a look. Talked us through what the problem was likely to be and started the works. Even though it was a Friday afternoon, the job wasn't rushed and was sorted to completion. We would recommend Thorpe for your electrical requirements.
