Electro-Main Services Ltd have been my go-to electricians for the past two years, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their customer service is second to none — emails are answered the same day, calls are always returned promptly, and work is usually booked within 7 days (or at a time that’s convenient for me). I’ve even used them for an emergency same-day call-out, and their response was exceptional. The quality of their work is outstanding, and their knowledge and experience are clear in everything they do. Above all, they are personable, professional, and nothing is ever too much trouble. I wouldn’t take my business anywhere else. A truly reliable and excellent company.

Great communication with reliable people who turn up when they say they will and get the job done. Electricians, plumbers, fitters and carpenters all under one umbrella and they are licensed waste carriers too. They tidy up after themselves and leave the place better than they find it. I'd recommend them every time.

Following an accident we were looking to replace both our hob and oven, booked installation with delivery from the supplier but due to a wiring issue they were unable to install leaving us with just a microwave for cooking. Contacted EMS on Monday, they had someone visit on Tuesday to look at the work needed, sent through a quote on Wednesday and then they contacted us again on Thursday to say they had shuffled appointments around and could fit us in Friday morning. Both engineers arrived punctually, were very professional, got the job done and have recently left leaving everything installed, in perfect working order and most importantly clean and tidy. Very happy indeed with the work and will certainly use them again.
