Lies lies and more lies , if I could give a minus rating I would , left me and my family living in poor condition , promised us a voucher to put the house right and over 6 months later NOTHING avoid like the plague!!!!!

Heatforce recently gave me a quote for a solar and battery installation at my home. I won't go into too many boring details but very quickly every conversation began to feel like a sales pitch. One of the red flags when it comes to a solar installation is to make sure you get an itemised breakdown of your installation. I asked for this from Heatforce and it never came. My Heatforce quote for battery and solar came in at close to £21,000 Thankfully a friend of mine had recently had a high end solar installation done by Hassie Electrical Ltd and I got a quote from them. For a far higher specification system than the one quoted by Heatforce the price was approx £16,000 and the invoice was itemised down to the last nut and bolt. Essentially the hardware I wanted was approximately £10,000 and Heatforce had somehow added £11,000 on top. Hassie Electrical did an absolutely superb job and only charged £3500 for the installation. When I told Heatforce they had been undercut by close to £5000 they asked to see the quote and maybe I can speak to my manager to see if there is any wriggle room on the quote. It all started to feel a bit 'double glazing salesman' of old. They then went onto say it's probably a "one man band" doing solar installs so you should be careful which may have worked if I'd not know just how good Hassie Electrical were. In a nutshell, not the best of customer experiences as nobody likes being taken for a mug. So all I'll say is, if you are looking to get a solar and battery installation, I would suggest you really do your research, shop around and if nothing else absolutely insist on an itemised invoice or simply walk away.

Absolutely shocking service. I prepaid for a boiler service on March 3rd. My appointment was cancelled the first time due to the engineer being sick. The second appointment, no one turned up an no communication. The third time, I called the office to check and was told the engineer was very near. Two hours later and another call to the office, with lies saying there was no answer at my address. Which I explained I was in my front garden painting my fence all day! I was promised a call out between 4/6 later that day, to receive a call from the engineer asking to come after 7pm! I declined and was assured he would call the next day between 4/4.30. And still no engineer and no contact. I would stay away from this company!

Appalling service from Heatforce (Wales). My heating broke down in January 26, , 2 1/2 months later they still hadn’t fixed it. Often did not respond to emails, I constantly had to chase them up to get jobs done. They changed two parts on my system and charged huge amounts of money for those parts. They seemed totally disinterested in getting my job sorted. The service engineers varied greatly in competence and knowledge of my system. In the end, I gave up with them after 2 1/2 months with no heating through the winter. As pensioners we struggled but this had no bearing on their service. I would not recommend heat force to anybody. Keep well clear.

Terrible service, stay clear

Shocking company agreed a date for annual gas safety check takes the day off work they didn't even show up not so much as a phone call not the first time either then they randomly call today and was out working no letter and cut gas off now due to safety terrible service

Awful Company to use! While working in my home I found cigarette butts and packaging hidden under my floorboards — they clearly hoped I wouldn't notice. I also found cigarette papers on my windowsills, confirming they were smoking inside my house throughout the job. They cut two unnecessary holes in my wet room floor instead of using the existing ones, rendering the entire room useless.The main pipe to the boiler was fitted to the hallway wall instead of under the stairs, making the room awful. Remove the copper pipes and copper water, which belonged to me off my property then lying to my father about it being stolen by the neighbours - who I have had no problem with since owning my house. Finally to top it all off when testing the work they carried out, they were smoking while testing gas. If they were a desent company they would know the first thing you do around gas is NOT to have any flameable items. Have tried to reach out muiltple times to them to sort the situration out however it has been 3 months and I'm still yet to hear anything back from them!!

I had a really bad experience with Heatforce. They charge more or less the same as other solar companies but everything is sub contracted so everything is disjointed. They will tell you the job will take 2 days but it will take a minimum of 2-3 weeks. Also the scaffolding company they sub contract have some real chavy and rough kids who make lots of mess and noise and do not respect your house. End of the day the job got done but it was a horrible experience. Totally unprofessional and I had to help lift 100kg batteries off the truck because the workers didnt turn up when they said they would. When it came to taking down the scaffolding it was 4 times they rescheduled. Paid 19k for my system and honestly was such a stressful experience.

I have bad experience with this company first of that it’s no communication with people, send people to the job and he sell u somethings and when coming home fit you different thinks this mean if u don’t have knowledge u pay for something which u don’t have it, when it’s coming problem about warranty people try to escalate the situation and u need to try to call every day to know the update and all the time pass to the manufacturer which it’s on meetings…..I don’t trust this company and I’m feel bad because I choose this …I don’t recommend anybody what happened to me and I’m still waiting nearly 10days till now nobody come to check what it’s wrong ….

I just rang Heatforce (November 7) as my central heating has a leak and I needed an emergency plumber. I was told that no one could come and have a look until the new year! I was told that as I had not used heatforce since 2020 and I was not on their preferred customer programme then they wouldn’t come! They obviously don’t want new customers.

Helpful, efficient liaison and installation

We got a new boiler from Heatforce and took out their cover for circa £20 a month. What a waste of time. Periodically, our hot water goes and Heatforce insist its the boiler makers fault. The boiler maker comes out and says the issue is to do with the water and radiators that Heatforce fitted. We have to pay to get our hot water fixed EVERY YEAR.. we have two kids and can't do without hot water but Heatfirce will not budge. Do not use.

We had a full Solar system implemented and the experience was completely hassle free. Hywel installed the Panels and Dallas did the electrical work. Both super friendly, knowledgeable and accomodating to all of our questions. We got a great price and are happy to say we are seeing results immediately in regards to our reliance on the grid. Would 100% recommend Heatforce. Communication has been fantastic, especially with Dallas who goes out of his way to help out in any way he can. Edit - changing to 3 star after the system failed and it took them over 3 months to get someone to fix it.

Terrible service worst ever

Gareth Walters and his team installed a heat pump and radiators on our house last week. They were excellent. Efficient, very hard working, so pleasant to deal with, tidy and reliable. I had two small queries this week and Gareth responded very promptly and help fully. I strongly recommend them. Absolutely 5 star service.

We received a competitive quote from heatforce for installing solar panels. We wanted them to do the work and needed a design from them to support our planning application (ground mount). After 4 weeks of promises they have failed to deliver the design and have now withdrawn their proposal putting our planning application at risk. Not impressed. And we won't award them the air source heat pump contract either.

Unfortunately, I am forced to leave an average review concerning solar panel installation. It has been 18 days since installation and it seems impossible to get them to remove the scaffolding from the rear of my house. I've requested this a number of times but to no avail. Poor after sales service, poor comms. The result of this is not being able to have full access to our conservatory and also having to cancel further works to our house. Nightmare!

Heatforce fitted solar panels for my property in October 2024 They are required to issue an MCS certificate within 10 days of installing. They have not done this and have pushed all correspondence from department to department and still not issued the certificate. I cannot get a feed in tariff from my electric supplier without it or move supplier. I am therefore loosing money I am now having to make a formal complaint. I do not recommend this company.

Diabolical company. Promised completion date 12/12/2024. Still waiting for completion 12/02/2025

I can’t thank Gareth Walters and his team enough for the fantastic work they’ve carried out over the past two days. They were very professional, helpful and got the job done with no hassle it’s truly been a pleasure. I had an air source heat pump installed, new pipework throughout the property with fitted, new radiators and I can’t believe how hard they worked and got it all done so quickly!

Excellent customer service We have recently had solar panels installed by Dallas and he did an amazing job for us.He was hardworking, cheery and took personal responsibility to resolve any issues which arose. He also explained things clearly which proved very helpful. Jess in the office also provided excellent customer service. The system operates well and we are pleased Heatforce did the job!

Installation: 16 panels, 11.5kwh module battery and EV charger. 12/09/24 Team: Ryan (office), Shaun (electrician) and Joe (Roofer). Overall experience: Top tier What sold Heatforce over other installers was Ryan. Rather than just sell to me like other companies, Ryan was the only person to ask and listen to what was important to me. For me customer service and knowing who you are dealing with was my priority. Rather than being passed around sub contractors. This unfortunately was tested, as during the job outside factors had caused problems. Ryan not only owned the issue, but was proactive in resolving it. That is the value of trusted customer service. Joe arrived on time was polite and asked lots of questions to understand what I wanted from the job. He took me through everything and if he thought there was something that wasn't possible, he came up with alternatives. Not only was the work faultless, you would never know Joe was on site, he kept his work so clean. Shaun was probably the highlight of the job. He is extremely fussy and is constantly trying to improve his work. He was able to hide so much wiring and other materials, it borders on a "wireless" install. Anything that was visible was done in a way it looked like it was done when the property was built. He stayed late most nights to make sure everything was done to the highest level. The only minor criticism I had, was some of the office processes could be reviewed. It is minor but Heatforce are definitely a premium installer so this would round off that premium experience.

Was told on 24th September "we're sincerely sorry to hear you've had this experience. We're looking into it and will get back to you as soon as we get to the bottom of it". It is now October 5th and I've had no contact from Heatforce. They are an absolute shambles. I would avoid this company as much as possible. Took my money, did a service but have never made any effort to send me a certificate of the work. Absolute disgrace!

Had our boiler serviced on December 12th. Rang back 2 days later because heating wasn't working, no phone call back. Rang back on 21st because no one has contacted us. Engineer came out on 22nd to replace parts. Still no heating two weeks on (26th).

Sadly I am not impressed with the aftercare of this company's service. We had a leak and flood a few weeks ago, which took over a week to get sorted, the attending plumber looked at me as if I was stupid, and told me the pump pipes hadn't been tightened up properly, as if it was my fault. I didn't fit the system, I'm not a plumber. Now we have been without heating or hot water for over 10 days now. Heatforce send out a plumber, no it's and electric issues, send out an electrician, not it's a plumbers issue. I don't care, this is not good enough in 2023. I have a disabled, immune suppressed wife, who is now in respite care as I cannot meet her needs at home, who is going to pay for that? Heatforce? I don't think so. Automated messages, texts, 'we'll get back to you' is not going to get our hot water and heating fixed. It was only fitted April this year. I am very disappointed and very upset by this situation. We have been now giving a direct number for us to chase up a local plumber in HeatForce's behalf? Is that not the company's responsibility to chase up someone to come to the house to repair our system? As I said I'm very disappointed.

I had a very positive experience dealing with Heatforce. Efficient and organised. Their team who carried out the installation worked really hard to complete in the time allotted , were very professional and went over and beyond to help. Many thanks for making the job straight forward and stress free.

This company used to be good but they have been truly awful this year. Spent £350 on throwing parts at a boiler with 4 visits that wasn't fixable only to blame us for 'not booking a service' when we did try to do just that. Now we have no heating and hot water, son with asthma and they couldn't care less. We do need a new boiler and we did say we couldn't afford originally one but who can.?.....But apparently that wasn't clear it was broken over four visits. They clearly said that the boiler was ok and didn't need to be replaced. I'm sure they will tell lies and reply to this review with some excuse. They ask for payment upfront for every visit even if it's their fault, take your money for parts and visits then ask for a service and further payment on top of the 350 spent, when the boiler didn't even work and wasn't savable. But I'm supposed to know this, with my zero training as a gas engineer. Complete joke of a company. For me, Heatforce never ever again.

this is quite possibly the worst company ever the first question the so called engineers ask is 'can i use your toilet?' .. what the heck is that? not where's the boiler, please? no, no the first question is 'can i use your toilet?

6 months with NO hotwater, engineers came out on several occasions said it would work unfortunately it didn't. Trying to get someone who knows how the system works is impossible, their own staff can't even fix it. Most definitely wouldn't recyand customer service is appalling

Fantastic service with great engineers . A special thanks to Chris who quickly identified the problem and went over and above to help me with a leak which was not on my property which it appeared to be , but helped my elderly neighbour who did not realise that his boiler was faulty and with compassion and professionalism sorted the problem out to our mutual benefit . Again great service and great guys working for them the office included who are charming and super efficient. Thanks again Chris

Everything happened as Heatforce said it would - scaffolders arrived, put up scaffolding with minimum fuss, solar panel engineers and electrition arrived on schedule and all finished on schedule. Noise and mess was kept to a minimum. We are very pleased with the result.

We had this excuse of a company to install and new boiler and hot water cylinder in April 2022. To begin with, it was plumbed in incorrectly leading to a continuous humming which was only rectified after 8 visits by their so called experts. Secondly, the pump burned dry and needed to be changed as that had been wired incorrectly too. Its now December and the water pressure is continually dropping. Heatforce said it was a fault with the boiler but their engineer said mo fault existed. This company is a disgrace, staff are polite but useless so now Im going to Trading Standards and am considering suing them for compensation. Go elsewhere and get a proper job done

We were booked in to have a new boiler fitted after Xmas but our old back boiler decided to break down just as the weather dropped to freezing. We were unable to get the boiler repaired so Michelle arranged for the job to be brought forward. I must admit I was dreading it. I expected a mess as the house is old . However you would not have known we had work done. The Fitters arrived on time, Dean and Mason were professional and very pleasant to deal with. They kept the areas they worked in spotlessly clean and left everything in immaculate condition. Nothing was left for us to dispose of. From the initial survey by Andy to the end of the job which was done in less than 2 days we had the best service and a lot cheaper than the major Gas company for the same product. I cannot praise this company enough. If I could they would get 10 stars .

Great company! Really friendly, professional and quick service from the phone agents, initial engineer visit and installation guys. I had an old heating system that needed replacing and the whole job was done start to finish in less than 2 weeks. Everything was explained in detail, all the old components taken away and a very tidy installation of the new system. Would highly recommend these guys, they're also competitively priced.

Just purchased an electric inset fire from Heatforce Glen and the manager Clare were exceptional in their approach to helping us. They were professional and informative can not speak highly of them both.

Fast response & tidy work

Really good service installing my new boiler, the guys were efficient and friendly and helpful. Price was comparable to other boiler installers. I did have to follow up with them myself to subscribe to their boiler servicing service. And I've also lost power to my shower which I suspect is related to the new boiler but when i called they said I need a new shower, they could be right but I'm unsure.

New Combi boiler fitted, which required a major relocation from the original boiler position. Header tank & hot water cylinder removal & major pipe work required. Work carried out with minimum disruption. Fitter was excellent and kept all work areas neat & tidy. He also kept us informed of when we would be without water and gas. A very competative price for a new boiler but they had not completed the job properly as the condensation pipe went straight onto my drive. This was only rectified when Worcester/Borsch identified the problem. I also had the boiler serviced which again had not been completed correctly. My floorboards had been soaked due to a leak as they had not used the appropriate tool to tighten the equipment, there answer was they will dry! Totally unprofessional, not interested whatsoever, I had to ring several times chasing this problem. Heatforce did not seem interested where as Worcester/Borsch were amazing, out each time within 24hrs; many thanks to their amazing service.

I got phoned next day after searching the internet night before, arranged a survey same day, in the afternoon which was followed up by an e-mail. The surveyor was a no show and have no contact since.

We had a new boiler installed and Heatforce provided a First class service, half the cost of a large competitor and 10 year guarantee instead of 5 others offer. We had an issue with water pressure which Heatforce solved in half an hour, their competitor wanted to replace the sealed cylinder at a cost of over £2,000. All of the operatives were very competent, friendly , housetrained and turned up when they said they would. Would totally recommend them, very impressed

Where do i Start. Had a salesman out to give a quote on a new boiler. He looked around and gave the salesman patter. I’ll give you £200 discount, when my husband came home he said that sounds a bit expensive. So we made a few enquiries and different companies and got a similar deal for £600 cheaper. So all I can advise is get a few quotes before you give this company the work.

Emergency response on the day of the problem was great as we had no heating or hot water. Problem identified after investigation as the pump and this was replaced as a second engineer had one in his van. During the investigation a loose electrode cable was identified in the boiler and this I was told would be replaced when the part to be ordered arrived with Heatforce.

Heatforce are really helping me try and resolve a tricky problem which involves many different organisations. They are really trying to understand what's going on, when they could easily say it was someone else's problem

The first call by a plumber did not resolve the problem. However when I phoned the next day @ 9.30 am a plumber arrived within 2 hours. Brilliant. He then proceeded to fix the problem, but not only that he also needed to drive 15 mins to a local plumbing parts store to obtain a length of piping to finish the job. Excellent from start to finish. Ross took time to understand our requirement to relocate the boiler and checked that everything was in place and that the job could go ahead even to the point of sourcing bricks to patch the hole left by the old vent. The fitters arrived on time and took care of carpets etc. They kept us informed of progress and explained many aspects of the installation. They even worked on into the evening on day 2 so that we would have our heating back on and checked that everything worked as expected. Our heating is now super hot and much better than the old boiler. Would definitely recommend.

I had a new boiler when I moved into my house. The house is old and had bee rented for at least 6 years. The new boiler install was good but they didn't flush my system at the time so the dirt in my system has caused nothing but trouble since. They say my system was clean when they installed the boiler but this just isnt true. Ongoing customer service just not up to scratch in my opinion

What a fantastic service. We had a new boiler fitted by Bleddyn who was very pleasant, efficient and professional. Unfortunately we had a problem with the heating and water system over the weekend. We phoned at 8am on Monday by 8.10am Bleddyn was back and solved the problem quickly. But we needed a new programmer as the old one was the problem. Mladen was the Electrician and he was exactly the same as Bleddyn polite, friendly, efficient and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending Heatforce to anyone. As a retired chief engineer I observe work done in my apartment with a particularly critical and knowledgeable eye. I could not fault the work or the professional attitude displayed by the technicians who installed a new storage heater system for me. Not only was their work of a high standard, I was impressed by the customer service. I received an email showing me exactly when they would arrive, even being able to follow the progress of their van on a map! Excellent.

Even to get an initial appointment is a headache. Three failed appointments and lots of phone calls later, and they still didn't get the engineer over for a survey. I even had to take time off work to meet them and there was a no show. Avoid at all costs, I wouldn't go with them even if they offered it free for me!!

After installation which was quick very efficient, clean and professional needed an emergency callout at weekend as leak from hidden joint in old pipe underfloor could not have been foreseen but such excellent response from their own on duty plumber who quickly repaired and reassured us with real professionalism. We could not fault such excellent service and are most grateful for having chosen this wonderful company so certainly would recommend them.

Car charger installation survey. Great - Sean arrived on time went through all the options- look forward to him returning to fit. Charger now fitted - Sean and his apprentice Ethan completed the job with no issues - including managing to drill through mega-hard bedrock to fit the required earth rod. Fitting minimised any negative effect on the front of the property - cables hidden under render lip. Great service from start to finish including communication from Connor prior to installation. Would highly recommend their service. One complaint however - they ate too many of my biscuits - leaving less for me! Great job.

I was totally happy with the installation of a combi boiler to replace the very old back boiler in my 1930's house. Professional, very reasonable and good communication with no quibble to return to move the thermostat to the room originally requested and also a second visit to replace the leaking valve which was opened for the draw down. I had a system boiler changed to a combi and moved from the kitchen to the bedroom, along with new radiator, towel rail and TRV's added around the house. Peter the plumber was a very friendly guy, and he and his apprentice have done a very good job. Always pleasant and cleaning and tidying behind themselves. We could not be happier. What I particularly liked is that they sent a surveyor out to provide a quotation and then once emailed they left it at that. No constant chasing or pressurising into carrying out the work. I would highly recommend, and I will definitely be signing up to the maintenance package they provide.

The initial survey to estimate the cost of a new boiler was poor in that the surveyor didn't check the pipe fitting in our gas meter and did not recommend scaffolding, which turned out to be necessary. The result was the job was delayed and cost 1/3 more than the original estimate! However Will the engineer, who dealt with the problems and installed the new boiler was excellent, in fairness as were the others who helped with various parts of the installation. So any reservations I may have had about recommending Heatforce to others dissipated thanks to Will's pleasant positive manner and his excellent workmanship.

We had our survey on the Wednesday and by Friday we had the engineers in to replace our old combi boiler and 3 radiators. The job was carried out very professionally by Henry and his crew. Two fitting the boiler and radiator and an electrician. Sorry I am terrible with names. At the start of the job they even called in Wales and West to check one of their concerns. This was resolved quickly and in no time work was under way. All finished by 4pm and apart from now having a very efficient boiler you wouldn't have known work had been carried out as they left everything tidy, taking all rubbish with them. Sean from HeatForce visited to fix my Rolec Smart Charger for our electric car. Rolec had recommended Heatforce as the original fitter had gone out of business. From initially speaking to Heatforce on the phone, through to Sean coming to our home they've been fantastic. I can't recommend them highly enough - Will certainly be speaking to them about other services !

Installation team very good and knowledgeable. After care and customer service - non-existent. Overall, would not recommend

We were very grateful to Connor for the extra tuition we needed with setting up wireless smart box! Highly recommend this very professional company.

I had a EV car charging point fitted. professional service from booking the survey through to work carried out. Sean the electrician was very polite explained what he was going to do and how it all worked once he was finished. He came across an issue with the meter tails (caused by the electricity company). he corrected this and completed his work.

We have just switched our servicing plan from British Gas who were very expensive to Heatforce. We were very impressed with Paul Kendrick the engineer. He did an excellent job of servicing our Central Heating system and problematic Gas fire. He was very professional and was very thorough. We liked the app that enabled us to see when our call was next . He also rang us to advise that he was on his way. Will definitely stay with Heatforce from now on.

I found the engineer to be helpful in advising me about my system and some of the problems I have had. He was polite and efficient in his work and attitude.

It was our annual boiler service today. Paul was a breath of fresh air (not just because we don't see many people at the moment!) He was cheery, friendly, professional and did a great job. He even took time to make friends with our nervous rescue dog so she wasn't so stressed by his presence. Since Heatforce supplied our new boiler a couple of years ago, we've been really happy with the service that we've received and the ease of dealing with the company on all levels. Exceptional level of customer service that exceeded my expectations as the customer on a particularly complex job. Three engineers delivered against the job specifications on time and in full over a two day period. The engineers were professional, courteous, respectful of our home and provided great advice on how to gain maximum benefit from our heating and water system. I only wish I had my new boiler installed with Heatforce previously, but knew they would be good after recommendation from a Bosch engineer. The three engineers who performed the job and operations manager are a valuable asset to Heatforce. Great job, thank you, Tyrone

Didn’t turn up for scheduled appointment or call to rearrange. Had to arrange a second appointment (8am-12pm) a week later which they missed as well. Eventually came at 6.30 that evening. Aside from poor customer service, work was done fine.

Electrician came and fitted a new hive thermostat and receiver. Did it well despite the tedious Hive processes that have to be gone through when installing new equipment. Came on time. Polite and helpful.

Heatforce have recently reworked and replaced an open fire place in my Grandparents 400 year old listed property. Many people came to have a look at the job and didn't have the expertise, the confidence or the knowhow to take on the job. From the moment the surveyor came from Heatforce (Andy) he filled me and my Gran with confidence, he was knowledgeable and polite and made Gran feel relaxed about the process. Glenn in the showroom was just as helpful and knowledgeable and the owner Paul visited site due to the nature of the works to ensure everything went to plan, showing the care the company has for it's customers. The job itself went fantastically well despite the challenges the old property threw at them, they were very Covid aware and H&S conscious and the end result is a fantastic looking and operating fire place, with a very happy and warm Granny. Well done all at Heatforce!!

Great product - combi boiler - installed a year ago with first service today. Heating engineer arrived on time and carried out service efficiently.

I phoned heatforce to tell them about the problem. The gas fire is only just over a year old and I don't use it very often so wasn't expecting any problems so soon. I was not informed about the call out fee. The technician who came out was great and he fixed the problem with the switch. (Basically i couldn't turn the fire off!) He was only here for 15 minutes. No new parts required so I think given that fire is fairly new and no parts required that £60 is a very steep call out charge.

One of our radiators broke down leaving us without heating and hot water during the start of the recent cold snap. Called Heatforce because of their reputation and we were very familiar with this Cardiff based company. They came the next day and helped capped off the faulty radiator, leaving the heating to resume. Thank you Heatforce. My little baby's toes and nursery are now toasty warm.
