Multi-Elec Services Ltd

I was house sitting for my sister-in-law when her electric heating failed on a very cold Friday evening. Her regular electrician wasn’t taking calls and on Saturday morning Dan of Multi-Elec was the only person to answer the telephone. He’s a gem. He called at the house within 1/2 hour of my call, swiftly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and showed me how to do it myself if it happens again, all for a modest fee. A superb, fuss free service from a genuinely nice guy who I’m delighted to recommend.

Excellent, well finished, efficient service. Very reasonable price and great engineer. Was able to complete the issue we called them out for.

Excellent service from Dan, Morgan and all of the team at Multi-Elec Services over the years. Thanks for your patience during our slow refurb. Excellent advice given throughout, no job too big or too small. Rather than do everything at once they were more than happy to carry out works at our pace. 1.Fault finding earth fault to lighting circuit 2. Bonded Gas pipes to board 3. Rewired kitchen 4. Extractor fans fitted kitchen and bathroom 5. Provided power lighting and sockets to office. Polite, helpful, clean and as tidy as possible.👍🏻

Amazing service. I am over the moon with my new lights, thank you guys :)

Working in an estate agent, we get daily calls with electrical issues, multi elec have been the saviours, no job too big or too small, going out to emergencies the same day for us and work always completed to the highest standard, honestly would not recommend anyone else!

Can highly recommended multi-Elec services Ltd. Always a great service from dan and the boys, all work is done with High standards, I won't use any other company for any electrical work In future 5*

Dans done a couple of jobs for us and they have all been top quality. From pricing to turning up on time and the quality of work is second to none. Highly recommend 👍🏻

Messaged Dan to come and change various light switches. Not only did he come straight away he also had to cut around the door frame as light switch was embedded. Work was fab, cleared any mess made. Highly recommended

My heating system and controls wasn’t working properly, wasn’t the easiest system to use. Dan rectified the system issues and then also fitted a hive multi zone kit. The service was second to none, went through everything with me and I’m really happy with the new hive

Couldn’t praise these guys enough. Amazing and reliable service. Very quick to come out and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend!

We needed a replacement downlight in our kitchen, which we were finding difficult to source and replace. I called early on Friday morning, sent some pictures via WhatsApp, and by 1.30pm the same day, the job had been completed and everything was left clean and tidy. Amazing service, thank you!

Amazing service from the boys. Came out to check our oven and fan problem in the kitchen. Found the issue straight away and was fixed within the hour. Also did a fantastic job on our extractor fan in our bathroom. Highly recommend and won’t have anyone else do our work. Excellent company

Really rate this company. We’ve used them lots over the years for various jobs and we’ve recommended them to family/ friends too. They’re our go- to for any electrical jobs

Used Dan and his team multiple times for everything from changing light fittings and sockets, installing new ones and even replacing our old fuse box with a new unit. Work always done to a really high standard with a quick turnaround and fair pricing. The boys are always polite and respectful and leave the place spotless. Can't praise them enough!

I had a power cut caused by a fault on a Sunday and they were here within about 90 minutes despite appalling weather and flooding. They located the source of the fault and made sure that power was back on before leaving. And on top of this, despite a Sunday call-out fee, we paid an incredibly reasonable amount. So helpful and I genuinely can’t recommend this company enough!

A Friendly, efficient team, very happy with the service provided. Would use them again for future projects.

Very prompt with communication and getting the job done within our desired time scale. We found the quote to be fair and when seeing the time and effort they took to complete the job we felt the price was more than reasonable. We will definitely be using these guys again if we need an electrician.

Very professional, friendly and affordable. quick to come out after contacting . Have used them a few times now and will continue to do so. Very happy with their work that they have carried out.

We used Dan for a job where someone else had suggested it was far more complicated. Dan and his colleague called out within 3 days of asking and fixed it straight away. Really impressed with the service

I have been using Dan and the team at MultiElec on numerous properties that we manage. The service and reliability is second to none and they go above and beyond to help get work completed to our timescales . If you’re a landlord or agent looking for an electrician to deal with a large portfolio of properties , I would highly recommend Dan and the team at MultiElec.

Great company, had 1 upstairs double, 2 downstairs single and a new light fixture in the living room on first visit. This was done by Joe and did a great job, really nice guy. I wasn't so lucky and the fault for the washing machine upper switch and was the wiring in the wall, dead short between live and earth somewhere behind the wall. This work was carried out and by another representative who was pleasant and easy to talk to as Dan did his best to get me in as soon as possible. So when the fault was diagnosed I opted for the outside trunking option rather than ripping the wires out behind the wall as he gave them a pull and they were locked in good and proper. So he cut new trunking and placed to the left of the switch and fed down under the work top and the trunking cut gap was calked as you can see in the pictures of the kitchen tiles and switch. Happy with the work done and will use again.

I contacted this business at 10pm at night. My electric had gone completely and I had my 18 week old daughter in the house. They were able to sort the issue out over the phone without requiring a call out. I would 100% recommend. Very professional. Thanks for the help!

I cannot recommend this firm highly enough! I 'cold' contacted them one evening last week, within 24 hours Liam visited to assess the work and Dan sent a most acceptable quote soon afterwards. 1 week later all the work has been completed to a very high standard by Dan, Morgan and other members of the team. In addition to the work quoted for, Dan identified and rectified potential problems that might've existed with DIY work previously done for which he did not charge extra. My wife and I are absolutely delighted and impressed with Multi-Elec's workmanship and helpful advice. My home is now 'brighter' and safer. Completely trustworthy, competent and efficient. A brilliant job, thanks so much.

I can throughly recommend Multi-Elec Services after the electrician Morgan came to do some repairs for us today. He arrived early, was really polite and got on with the jobs professionally. The quality and service was first class and we will definitely use the company again! Thanks so much!

Called Boxing day at around 22:00 a plug socket blew and needed an sparky, granted the time of day and of year the call was answered. Couldn't come out but offered to video call on WhatsApp. Talked me through an attempted fix. Absolutely quality service for picking up and trying to help.

Professional, reliable and friendly company. Dan and his team are always on hand to help with any repairs or installations, would not hesitate to use again or recommend to others!

My power kept tripping despite having turned everything off in the house, I txt Dan in desperation as my freezers where without power and he came that same evening. managed to get my power back without tripping minus a few sockets which was fine with extension leads helping out. he came back following week as promised and found the root cause of the problem which was an outdoor box which was filled with water, he also changed a few sockets and switches inside and tidied some unsightly wiring. overall i am really happy. Dan and his partner were nice friendly pleasant guys, he explained what he was doing/ going to do, promp on arrival, tidied up and put things back, and were a really good price, I will recommend to anyone and I won't use anybody else now, thanks Dan and gang. Hayley

No fuss, nothing too much trouble. Great service, great people. Thank you!

Polite, friendly and conscientious, Daniel's team installed a new consumer unit in only a couple of hours. Excellent job. New job, January 2020: Brand-new cooker circuit installed. I was expecting it to be hugely problematic as it was running an external cable down the length of the house but Dan and his team sorted it all out in half a day. Looks fab, excellent price and friendly service - thoroughly recommended to anyone who needs an electrician!

Our shower could produce only cold water so Dan's team came round with a new shower unit and fitted it straight away. His team were polite, helpful, punctual with a good price and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has an issue. Would use again in the heartbeat. Cheers guys.

Excellent service and good value for money. Thank you from LION ESTATES

Punctual and reasonable pricing, will be using again in future if I require further electrical work.

Dan undertook the work which involved fault finding and repairs to the consumer unit, replacing numerous outside lights and repairs to a CCTV system. This work was all done within days of making contact. I cannot speak highly enough of Dan's professionalism and communication skills.

If you’re looking for a good local electrician.... look no further than Multi-Elec Services. I called Dan and his team in to wire some lights in and change the configuration of another set of lights. On the day they turned up promptly and worked quickly causing the minimum amount of disturbance and there was no mess left. The price was good and I am planning on having them back to do more work later this year.

Definitely recommending to friends and using them in the future! Dan and team came to the rescue after a previous electrician hadn't finished our full rewire. They were always on time, professional, thoughtful and most importantly, they were value for money...without scrimping on quality! Thanks again Dan. Great job!

Dan did a few jobs for me including wiring a doorbell, fitting a light and adding extra wall sockets. He was very tidy and took the time to suggest best options for the work we needed done. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and did a fab job at a great price too. I'll be using his services again when I get round to the next project :)

Dan and the boys were professional and quick to complete the job. I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again should we need any further work done.

Excellent service, previously had 5 different plumbers and electricians try to fix problem with a water pump constantly running but none could figure it out. Dan found the problem, sourced the parts and fix it in under two hours couldn't be happier with the work and would highly recommend, friendly and professional.

Have used multi elec services several times and have always found them to be very professional and efficient. Also very good at cleaning up after themselves!

Excellent service and excellent price. Dan and the lads work quickly and are there when they say they will be there. Have used them twice and will be calling on them in the future.

Excellent service - highly recommended Gwasanaeth gwych - diolch Dan!

Excellent service - prompt arrival, great price and Daniel did the job there and then (when he only came to quote!). Sincerely couldn't ask for a better job - would definitely use again.

Had a major power cut and the person that I called did everything to help. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgable in the domain. Definitely the type of people you want to talk to when you have no clue what's happening

Dan was very professional, listened to what we wanted and offered us advice and options. We wanted extra sockets in bedrooms and living room and a spotlight in bedroom. He arrived as planned to do the work which was carried out to an exceptional standard with no mess left. Would definitely use Dan and his team again and recommend highly to others.

Dan took great care to solve our problem, working through the possible causes. He was very thorough and obliging. Fast response, friendly, competent service and reasonable rates. Would definitely recommend.

After taking over a shop unit with very little there as far as electric connections, Multi-Electric Services came in, listened to what we needed as a business and not only completed the work ahead of time with no mess but adapted our work space so we could have the very best access to all the equipment that we need to run efficiently. We also had no above lighting at all! This was vital for our business. I requested a `daylight bulb effect as I want our unit nice & bright. Dan recommended LED daylight lighting as it is very cost effective and will give us the lighting we require. It now looks fantastic, clean & bright! + we now have sockets where we want & need them and we will defiantly use them again in the future! I cant honestly recommend them enough. Thanks guys, your always welcome at The Protein Bar `Cardiff.

Very happy customer. Always on time, left the house spotless every day. Polite and a very fair price for the service provided. Highly recommend

Multi-Elec Services stepped in when I had been let down by another electrician to complete an Electrical Condition Report on a property we were buying. Dan was efficient and quick in his work and had taken care of everything - including contacting estate agents to sort out a time to visit the property so that I didn't have to. He was also aware of our tight deadline and sorted the work out at short notice. I would recommend him to all and will also be in touch when we move in!

Efficient, professional and friendly service for a more than fair price. Would highly recommend and definitely use them again.
