Marley from True Volt Electrical came out and was polite, efficient and very competent at conducting a full EICR inspection of my property and PAT testing a number of appliances. I would definitely recommend him for any electrical work you need doing!

Had an emergency electrical fault over a weekend which left the socket circuit tripping and affected the fridge and internet. Marley attended promptly, spent the time needed to properly diagnose the issue, identified a fault with a recently installed socket, made the installation safe and restored power. He also provided a detailed written report explaining the faults found and any recommended remedial work. Communication was clear throughout and he was happy to answer follow-up questions afterwards. Very pleased with the service and would use again.

Marley was great, very happy with the service, i requested help to set up whirlpool bath to connect to electricity, and had a long standing problem with dodgy smoke alarms beeping non stop that had been installed by previous electrician, but he sorted that out too, he was flexible and helped me with other things i was struggling with around the house as well like moving my fridge, so am happy customer, keep up the good work!

Brilliant service! When he came out to survey what I needed he made some really helpful suggestions and sent links to the security lights he was recommending so I knew exactly what I was getting and pricing was really transparent. . They worked really tidily throughout the installation so there was no sign that they’d even been here. In fact, without me asking or them saying anything, they fixed a broken fence for me while they were doing the external wiring! I now have a surprisingly affordable and cost effective security lighting system. Not only do I feel safer, but it’s great being able to see where I’m going, even at the far end of the garden! Highly recommended

Very promptly responded to any enquiry also arrived on the dot without failing, best quote given out of 7 different professionals. Briefly took me through all the details how would work and any possible challenges that could arise, explained me the supply’s required tho get the job done and took notes of every detail, shortly after provided me with a quote on same day with every details and costs for each supply and labour cost (not like average professionals where only quote with a single cost). On the agreed date Marley briefly told me what steps he would take to begin also showed to be very knowledgeable of he does also very calm and patient to get through every obstacle that came across. In the End after a long half-day “battle with cables” the job was delivered very swift and neat! I definitely will be in contact with this excellent professional in the future and my personal advice is, stop wasting your time looking for someone the get your task done because Marley is the Man! True Volt did a great job moving some switches to a more convenient position and chased them in to the wall. The clean up after the job left the room just as it was before. Would have no problems calling him back for more work.

Me and my partner were at our wits end tonight because we had a light switch that had broken, we tried to repair it ourselves but were unable to and we were left with a live wire. While in a panic as we were unable to really do anything about it today I rang this company and spoke to Marley to ask for advice. I explained everything to him, he came over within 5-7 minutes and I asked him to just make the wires safe but he went above and beyond and put in a new light switch for us for free which was a huge relief for us and the job was done within 10 minutes. He was very professional and friendly and explained everything clearly to us. Would recommend this company to anyone and everyone and we will definitely be in touch again if we need any electric work done. Thank you again so much!

I used True Volt E. to wire in a gas cooker with an electrical oven from the fuse box to the socket. It was an emergency job because the gas installer forgot to mention it needed a direct connection. They were able to do the job the next day - amazing! Price was very reasonable and communication was spot on. A month later the property had a power cut which caused an issue with the oven. I contacted T.V.E. and they suggested a reset, which worked. But they also booked me in for a next day visit just in case. Would highly recommend. 5* service with a returning customer for sure! I had a new bathroom extractor fan fitted in record time. He located the electrical faults, repaired them, and wired my new extractor within the hour. You get what you pay for here - top quality service & top quality work. He even suggested a more aesthetic look to my cable and had no issue detaching the fan, hiding some cable length and reattaching it again. Fitting was booked without delay, and the service received during installation was first class. The products have been fitted with care and all rubbish and dust removed after fitting.
