We're extremely happy with the work that Andy did in our studio. Our requirements kept changing and he was very accommodating, he explained things clearly and the end result looks great. We'll definitely be using Project Electrical Services again. 👍

Andy is fantastic. He is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We have used Andy's services several times, most recently to diagnose a fault in our EV charging unit. Fantastic company who we would recommend to everyone and will definitely be using again when needed. Thank you!

Fantastic service. I had ongoing problems with my lighting, and this company managed to fault‑find and completely re‑wire the circuits with no fuss at all. They kept me updated throughout, worked cleanly, and the end result is spot‑on. My home feels safer and brighter thanks to their workmanship. Would definitely use them again.

I booked Andy to do a couple of jobs , put electrics in a garden room I built also put strip lights in my garage . As soon as I met Andy on his first visit to quote for the work I new straight away he was the man for the job , knows what he’s talking about , he is a polite respectful chap , even shoes off when he came into the house , this chap knows what he’s talking about and knows what he is doing . If your thinking about any electrical work you need doing book this man .

Brilliant service… definitely recommend. Andy was a pleasure to meet .

Our electric shower had cut out and Andy was our absolute hero. Not only did he rush straight over in the evening after a full days work, but he identified that the problem was far worse than we had thought, showing us some fried cables that could have very easily sparked and caused damage. Andy went up into the loft, made the repairs and replaced the chain. He did a thorough job, was very friendly and professional throughout and very clearly knows his stuff and is very experienced - taking the time to answer any questions. I would definitely go to Andy again and would recommend him to anyone :-)

Andy & Aimee are fantastic - really helped us with a tricky situation, but were a delight to deal with and incredibly reliable. Sorted our EICR and replaced difficult lights quickly and we would recommend to anyone!

Great service received.

Andy and Aimee run a tight ship. Always very professional and competent. The electrical works and installations are always thorough and completed to a very high standard. Pricing is clear and communication is always first class. Both Andy and Aimee are understanding and helpful and are keen to help out wherever they can. Andy has done several jobs for us and I never have to watch over him or worry about the standard of workmanship. He understands his business and just gets on with it. Always reliable. Highly recommended.

Did some electrical work in our very old pub which was a tricky task. But Andy was amazing, worked out the issues and did a great job all within time and really good finish. Aimee was great with the communication as well. Will definitely be using them again

I can’t recommend Projects Electrical Services highly enough! From start to finish, their professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail were outstanding. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the work to an exceptionally high standard. What really stood out was their friendly approach and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with such great customer service. If you’re looking for trustworthy and skilled electricians, Projects Electrical Services is definitely the one to call!

We recently had some electrical work done and couldn't be happier with the completed work. From start to finish the experience was seamless. Andy was punctual, professional and went completely out of his way to help us, nothing was too much trouble. He took the time to explain everything clearly and left the workspace spotlessly clean and tidy. A special mention to Aimee, who was superb with all the paperwork and admin - everything was handled efficiently and kept us totally stress-free. It's rare to find a team that communicated this well and keeps you updated every step of the way. Highly recommended. We would give them six stars if we could.

I would like to honestly recommend Projects Electrical Services. Their level of expertise and customer service skills are amazing and rare to find. Very trustworthy and reliable company. I would definitely keep in mind if needed for the future. I Highly Recommend This Company.

I recently contacted Projects Electrical Services for a second opinion on an EICR, and I am genuinely impressed by the level of professionalism and knowledge provided. Even before attending the property, Aimee contacted me right away and passed it onto Andy who carried out a detailed review of the existing report and immediately identified inconsistencies and technical errors that had been completely fabricated by the previous inspector. His explanations were clear, thorough, and based on proper electrical experience & knowledge, not guesswork. He took the time to highlight each issue, explain why it mattered, and outlined what would happen during his full inspection. This level of transparency and integrity is rare in the industry these days. It’s incredibly reassuring to deal with a company who clearly takes pride in doing things correctly, safely, and honestly. I would highly recommend Andy to anyone needing reliable electrical work or a trustworthy EICR. An excellent professional Company based on Trust who genuinely care about the quality of their work & NOT to rip someone off. Amazing Customer Service From Both Andy & Aimee Highly recommended!!!

I recently used projects electrical services ltd for electrical work at my home, and I can honestly say the whole experience exceeded my expectations. From the very first phone call, the team were polite, approachable, and quick to respond. They took the time to listen to what I needed, offered honest advice, and explained my options clearly without any pressure. On the day of the job, the electrician arrived exactly when promised, well-prepared and fully professional. The quality of the work was outstanding – everything was completed to a very high standard, and it was obvious they take real pride in what they do. They worked efficiently, kept disruption to a minimum, and left everything spotless afterwards, which really impressed me. What stood out most was their attention to detail and genuine care for customer satisfaction. They didn’t just “do the job” – they made sure I fully understood the work, checked that everything was safe, and reassured me that if I had any questions afterwards, I could reach out at any time. Lovely professional guy, great service & price, highly recommended for any electrical jobs you need doing

Highly recommended, Andy done a great job at house, very professional and friendly.

Words cannot describe how blessed we are to have found Andy and Aimee at Projects Electrical after our original electrician went MIA on us. Out of all the electricians we have enquired with in Newport, they are the only ones who come onsite to our home to inspect the situation before giving us a quote which I really appreciate as it eliminates any misunderstandings on the work needed to be done and costs involved. We needed a wall-mounted electrical heater removed from our bedroom and a light fixture swapped out and Andy along with the other electrician delivered a flawless job- it was a wonderful experience working with them! Andy was incredibly patient and continuously consulted me on even small decisions (such as confirming where I wanted the new plug sockets to be located at) and offered options to make sure we feel comfortable with the work he delivers. The boys are also very careful workers and pay great attention to detail- their workmanship of installing my new plug sockets is very clean and my walls are not chipped at all. My new spotlights were even adjusted to position as a final touch. Another thing I must highlight in this review is generosity of Andy’s character. After removing the wall-mounted heater, he generously offered to dispose of it for us at no additional charge. We really appreciated this gesture of goodwill as we do not have easy access to a recycling or disposal facility ourselves. Did I also mention that all this wonderful and careful work was done at the most affordable price quoted in all of our Newport neighbourhood? Aimee who manages the appointments and quotes is also a very friendly and sweet person to speak to and we feel very taken care by all of them. I look forward to working with Projects Electrical in the future for all my electrical needs as it is not easy to come by kind and honest tradesmen who have your very best interest at heart!

We first reached out to Projects Electrical in 2023 to rewire our living/dining room and hallways as we were doing some refurbishment. Andy did a fabulous job, so last year we asked him and the team to help us run the electricity to the garden office, as well as installing the indoor lighting, sockets, electric radiators, and some outdoor lights. It was an excellent job and we couldn't be happier. Andy is very responsive, helpful, and trustworthy. We also found the pricing reasonable, the team was always on time, and would give their best to accommodate our requirements. Definitely recommend and will definitely be using the service again in the future!
