Great service Leon fitted my outdoor socket turned up on time and completed the job quickly and put the socket where I needed it.

Leon did a great job installing our new pendant lights, and replacing a broken socket. Took his shoes off entering the house. Very friendly and easy to communicate with. He also took his shoes off when entering the house. Thanks 👍

Leon was friendly, helpful and efficient. I suspect I could have got the job done more cheaply elsewhere but Assured Electricians were very efficient and prompt in arranging work so I feel it was worth potentially paying a bit extra.

Leon arrived on time to install 2 large kitchen lights with integrated fans we had purchased. He parked his van respectfully and worked consciously around our curious cat and installed the lights perfectly before cleaning up and moving onto next job. The booking process was really efficient and simple. I had a quote the same day with clear guidelines on what happens next. I didn't realise payment up front was necessary but I understand why and received a receipt immediately. I contacted Assure Electricians after experiencing a power trip at my business premises and appreciated their immediate response through their emergency service. In a moment of panic, I agreed to an immediate card payment of £238 without fully checking what the payment covered, their cancellation policy, or any liability terms—which was my mistake. While waiting for the electrician to arrive, the power came back on and everything returned to normal. I tried calling multiple times to cancel the appointment, but unfortunately no one answered the phone. When the electrician arrived, we explained that the issue had resolved and no service was needed. He mentioned there would likely be an admin charge, but wasn’t able to tell us how much. What was disappointing was the lack of communication from the office afterwards. I only discovered the next day, after checking my card account, that only half of the original payment had been refunded—meaning I was charged around £120 despite no work being carried out. I do appreciate their fast response, especially in an emergency, but the payment and refund process could be made much clearer and better communicated. My advice to others: don’t panic, and make sure to ask exactly what the payment is for and what the cancellation/refund policy is before agreeing to anything. Lesson learnt.

Fantastic service. I needed a new extractor fan fitting and they took a lot of questions about the work and discussed the best way forward. Leon was great and the newly fitted fan looks clean and tidy. Definitely would use their services again.

Called on a Friday as I needed gas and water pipes bonded. Arranged a visit by electrician named Leon for Monday morning. Arrived on time and set to work. Discovered an issue with the wiring (old house and wiring). Explained the extra work and why and kindly rearranged his schedule to do it straight away. Work finished on time with no mess, Leon showed me what he had done, checked I was happy and the job was done. Couldn't of been an easier or nicer experience. Now my electrics can handle an EV they are first on my list when I have an EV charger installed. Fully recommended.

Just had Kriss around to sort an issue with our fuse box highlighted by an EICR report. Not only did he sort the fuse box he fitted a new bathroom light and fan in our conservatory at the same time. We had a full re-wire done recently by assured electrical. We noticed a damp patch on our wall during a recent storm. A quick call later and an appointment had been made, working around my own shift pattern for someone to come. Rhys came (having been present for most/all of the re-wire) and very quickly reviewed and sealed the external lights as needed. Very friendly and helpful technicians and staff, with a VERY competetive price
