Had our CCTV fitted today by Callum. Really impressed with the service and he went above and beyond tidying up afterwards! Before he came out he guided us through all our options and he helped us choose something that did what we wanted and made sure it was within our budget. He was so professional and showed us how to use everything, made it clear that we could call him if we needed any help with it. I would highly recommend Callum if you're thinking of having CCTV fitted and we would use him again for any electrical work we need in the future

We recently moved to the area and were concerned about the safety of the wiring in our home. We wanted to find a local electrician to undertake a safety check, and to determine whether a rewire was required. Callum was open and honest about our options, and we agreed the installation of a new consumer unit (to replace an old fuse box) and a rewire of the downstairs lighting circuit which had begun to degrade. We were really pleased with the quality and speed in which Callum completed this work. As a result, we also scheduled him in to; rewire and add new sockets to the upstairs ring main, install wired smoke alarms, install an extractor fan in the shower room, and fit a video doorbell. Callum was always warm and polite, and never failed to answer any of my questions/queries. Before he replaced the lighting circuit, we had a problem whereby the lights kept tripping. We called Callum and even though he'd spent a full day at work, he agreed to come by in the evening (in his own time) to diagnose the fault. I know that if we need any electrical work completing in the future, I would not hesitate in contacting Callum to undertake this work.

Callum did an excellent job installing my three CCTV cameras. As someone who isn’t very confident with technology, I found him incredibly reassuring and patient, and he even offered ongoing support with the app for free. I had recently changed houses and was recommended Callum as a good electrician. I contacted Callum who promptly arranged an appointment to do a full electrical safety check on my property. He gave me a quick brief afterwards of his findings and suggested options on remedial work. This he followed up with a full written report of his findings, high lighting areas of action and in order of importance. Also giving me a costing quote of these suggested actions, giving me the options of which to choose as I felt was needed. Options of work agreed and appointed day agreed, Callum turned up promptly as did his colleague. Who quickly got down to the tasks in hand methodically. One of the important things I needed doing was replacing the old consumer unit with a new RCD type. This obviously required the power to be shut off, Callum ensured that he kept this sort of disruption to the minimum. After the work was completed Callum and his colleague completely tidied up and made good the areas where they had been working. I am more than happy to recommend Callum and his company for any electrical work that one may need doing. And if moving into a change of home, get Callum to do a full electrical safety check, he will as stated inform you of any problems and suggest remedial actions needed, I finish by saying an excellent job well done!

Callum was recommended to me by another tradesman whose work I value. the job I needed doing was relatively straightforward but he took time to work carefully and fixed it perfectly. Callum was practical, friendly and professional. He took care to do the job, explaining to me how certain aspect worked so that in the future I would be able to fix bills and so on. A really reliable tradesman who took genuine pride in his work, I cannot recommend him enough, and his fair pricing was the absolute cherry on the top of a great job.
