CT Electrical Installations LTD

Really pleased with the work carried out by Carl, Liam and the team. They completed a number of electrical jobs at the house including my EV charger installation, Heatmiser controls for a UFH wet system and Ring equipment. Nice guys to deal with, approachable throughout and the finished work was to a good standard. Any queries I had were dealt with quickly and professionally. Would happily use them again

I cannot praise Carl and Liam high enough - professional, responsive, good work and want to do a good job. They helped me out with ensuring my elderly father's home was safe and went out of their way to fit us in at short notice. I would give more stars if I could.

Excellent service from this company. We had a rewire, all work was discussed and priced before it started with great communication throughout. Really tidy and made sure we had power overnight with a great end product. 5/5 Definitely recommend

What should have started out as a relatively simple electrical job became much more than expected (no fault of the company) During the course of changing some sockets around it became evident that a full house rewire was required. I was shown why and a full test was carried out to check if it was indeed the whole house. Although the initial quote given was quite high we managed to agree on a price which would include the original jobs requested and the rewire. On the whole the guys were punctual and professional and the workmanship is of good standard. They left minimal mess with even our plasterer stating how neat the walls still appeared. Some additional sockets and small changes were made at no additional cost too, including our kitchen spot lights which we got told were not safe and had the potential to start an electrical fire! Overall the lads did a great job, they kept us informed throughout as best they could managed to keep us connected as much as possible (we work from home) and kept mess and general disruption to a minimum. We would recommend CT Electrical to others and thank them for there service 🙂

Great communication (actually came to see the location and talk to me). So many only communicate electronically now and expect payment up front. These guys were excellent from moment one and only asked for payment once the job was complete (electric vehicle charger). Polite, friendly and tidy. Five star. Rich.

1st impression count and the response to our email enquiry and updates were done promptly. We were impressed as they looked professional when they arrived to quote. Nothing was left hanging and we received messages well outside of 9-5. They turned up on the set day and time and carried out their work efficiently and tidily. The area was left in a very tidy condition and explanation how things work with the EV charger. I would highly recommend this company, the work ethic and ethos is excellent. We wish them all the very best for the future and look forward to working with them again.

CT Electricals are highly trained professionals that go about their work with much care and excellent quality. A big shout out to Liam, Kyle and Carl - who tackled an array of tasks around the house - getting the house up to scratch and ready to rent. I highly recommend CT Electrical. Superb job.

Great communication from the go with carl getting to book us in , worth the wait 👍and great electrician Kyle and apprenticeship helper Archie thank you 🤩, work all to high standard fitting a new upgrade fuse board in and shower pull cord unit , would highly recommend CT electrical installations LTD , will definitely book again for further jobs

Did a great job, were friendly and left everything clean and ship-shape, highly recommended

10/10 top company. Reliable and honest service from CT Electrical Installations. They installed an EV charger at my property and the whole process was smooth and professional. Very happy with the result — thank you!”

Carl and his team have carried out a partial rewire on my house, including replacement mains board. Work ethic, level of service, communication and attention to detail are absolutely spot on. Highly recommend their service.

I cannot thank Liam and CT Electrical Installations Ltd. enough! We needed an Electrical Test and EICR done. They answered immediately, provided a quick competitive an quote. They dealt with the tenant directly and completed the job at the date/time scheduled. Providing an invoice and EICR pdf in a couple of days. Very professional, reasonably priced, and ensured everything was safe before leaving. Highly recommend!"

Responded quickly. Communicated well. Did a very good job. Highly recommend.

The team were an absolute pleasure to work with, did a great professional job and would recommend them to everyone.

Excellent service from start to finish. The EV charger installation was handled professionally, neatly, and efficiently. Communication was great throughout the process, and everything was explained clearly before the work began. The installer arrived on time, completed the fitting to a very high standard, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. The charger works perfectly, and the whole process was stress-free. It’s clear they take pride in their workmanship and customer service. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable EV charger installation.

Had 2 jobs done by these guys, an external 13 amp double plug socket and a Hypervolt EV charger Installers arrived on time and completed the work to a very high standard, They was professional and courteous. The price was exactly as quoted Will definitely use this company again and recommend to family and friends.

Great Job! Had to replace our 5yr old EV Charger. Contacted CT Electrics and they located an updated version of the same unit and was fitted 2 days later. Kept us informed by text, answered & explained all queries we had, arrived on time on the day and did a neat tidy job. Price quoted was reasonable too. Would certainly use this company again and would recommend them. Thanks Carl & Liam

Excellent service provided! Really helpful, with work completed efficiently and cleanly. Would highly recommend!

Quick, professional and excellent work - highly recommended

Quick response on the quotation. Turned up on time and completed the job.

The engineer visited on Tuesday. His name was Kyle. I cannot fault his work at all. His work was excellent and had a very friendly and professional attitude. Kyle is a credit to his profession and to his company. Well done CT Electrical installations LTD. Will definitely use them again.

The thought of a full rewire on our new home was quite daunting. Even more so when we'd still be living there during the process. I shouldn't have worried. From the initial contact with Carl until the final light was installed, I can't fault anything. Great communication at every step. Liam and the rest of the team treated our home with respect and the guys tidied up after themselves at the end of each day, leaving what power they could. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any electrical work you may need.

Carl and the team recently fitted an EV charger for me and can’t recommend them enough. They came out to quote the same day that I called up, priced the job within a couple days and were able to fit us in the following week as needed the charger as soon as feasible. A really quick turnaround! When installing the charger they were very tidy and respectful and managed to completely conceal the cable throughout the house, which was exactly what we wanted. They were a pleasure to have at our home and I’d have no hesitation in using C T Electrical again or recommending them to anyone else. Thanks again.

Great service and installation received from CT Electrical. Required some additional sockets added in our living room and some rewiring. All done professionally

Great work by Liam and Carl in taking out a very old burglar alarm and fitting a new one with door and room sensors plus a video camera. Very easy to use via a mobile phone so we can keep an eye on the house while we're out. They also replaced a 11 way fully RCBO consumer unit fitted with SPD in the cellar. Very reasonable price. Very happy to recommend them.

First class from start to end, great service, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Really good customer service. Gave me an appointment within a few days of calling them. Really friendly and very helpful. Done a couple of jobs for me which were affordable prices. Fantastic work would recommend these guys to anyone.

Great service - booked them in as a socket I've never used in the property wasn't working & needed the switchplate to be changed. Turned out a loose connection in the adjoining room was causing the issue. Will definitely use again thank you

Came out same day within a couple of hours, diagnosed issue quickly and supported me with next steps (it was a national grid job), invoiced quickly and all went smoothly. Very efficient and took the time to check in with me later that day too.

CT Electrical Installations Ltd provided an outstanding service from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout, with everything explained clearly and kept fully transparent. What really stood out was their caring and thoughtful approach when working in my elderly parents’ home — they were patient, respectful, and genuinely considerate of their needs. It was incredibly reassuring to see such a high level of professionalism combined with real compassion. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CT Electrical Installations Ltd to anyone, especially where care and trust truly matter. A special shout‑out to Carl and Kyle for going above and beyond.

Fantastic quick response by the team. Clean work and nice guys, happy to answer any questions and explained the fault in layman's terms. 100% will be using again.

Great service, competitive price, arrived when they said and completed the job (fitting new sockets in garage) with no disruption at all. Would recommend and use again

Can’t thank these guys enough! Had a scary experience when my fuse box started smoking… called these guys who said they would pop round after their busy day… not only did they pop round as they stated but they also fixed it there and then, I can’t thank them enough!! They’re honest people who really care. Rare to find these days!!! Cant recommend enough!!!! Will always use and will be recommending wherever I go…

A huge thank you to Liam and Carl who completed my rewire and other new lighting recently. They were friendly, experienced, kept me updated throughout and offered advice where needed. Pricing was fair with no surprises, and they made the whole process really easy. I would definitely use them again! They even loved my dog!! Thanks again both.

Happy with Carl and Liam. They told me their name before coming inside my house. They took their shoes off. Very pleasant and talkative. I would recommend them to family and friends.

CT did an EV charger install for me. Not a straightforward install due to the age and layout of the house. We had some challenges getting the charger registered but they stuck with it and their communication throughout was excellent. Nice tidy install, cleared up and took away any rubbish. Will definitely use again.

From quote to work completion was very positive. Professional, friendly electricians explained fully what the job involved and carried out work to a very high standard. Everything was left clean and tidy on completion. Would highly recommend

Great service from start to finish. Communication was smooth and easy. The electricians arrived on time despite the snow, got straight on with their work, and clearly knew what they were doing. All issues were fixed efficiently and to a high standard. Very smooth work at a reasonable price — I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Excellent service. Punctual, frendly, helpful. I was in a tight spot (house completely rewired) and these guys helped me out, even worked on a Sunday to help me out. I highly recommend and shall be using them again when I build my extension next year.

Carl, Liam and their trainee have done a fantastic job installing a new cooker hood and venting outside - the work is immaculate and we're very happy. I was a little cheeky and asked if they'd got time to fit an LED chandelier and they were lovely and fitted it. I can't recommend CT Electricals enough, they turn up when the say they will, and are exceptionally professional, friendly and do a great job. Thanks guys!! 🌞

Excellent service. Fitted a new light fitting and installed 2 new sockets. I was booked in and the team arrived on time, were extremely helpful and efficient and made sure everything was clean and tidy when they'd finished. You couldn't even tell they'd had to cut into the freshly plastered and painted walls. They even fixed another electrical issue I was having that wasn't meant to be included in the job. I would definitely recommend CT electrical and will definitely use them again in the future.

Fantastic service, called at the end of business as we were having issues with our system, they came first thing in the morning, to have a look. They offered to fix our old system, but we asked about a new one and they advised on what would work best for us and our business. They came and installed the new system, with minimal interference with our day-to-day, as we are very busy, so they worked around us. The new alarm and CCTV set up is fantastic, and much easier to use than the old one, modern technology with a friendly user interface. It was a great price and the lads were lovely. Would definitely recommend them.

Highly rate this company. Changed my consumer unit and replaced landing light. Brilliant service and very professional. Asked if they could change a broken outside floodlight while they were here which they did. Will definitely be using them again. Thanks for sorting out the extra cabling as well.

New consumer unit and Ev charger was installed today by the guys at CT electrical installations, professional friendly lads with great work ethic and attention to detail, I’m so pleased with the end result and would strongly recommend this company for all your electrical needs

This company did a sterling job with my EV install. The communication was on point as well as their punctuality. They were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. My job was not standard EV install, the cable run was long and a lot of it had to be dug under the ground they did everything neat and tidy and cleaned up themselves. I would HIGHLY recommend them. They will be the first company I will contact if I need any electrical services in the future.

Supplied and fitted an EV charger for us- Great work, superb communication, nothing too much trouble, reliable, and Liam was really patient with us whilst we were deciding on what charger was best and where to situate it etc, answered loads of questions when we first made the enquiry with him, provided us with lots of information. Job was perfection, very neat, left no mess, sent the certification document over electronically as soon as the work was complete. Even said we can call him if we need help with the Ohme App. Will be using again if need any electrical work in the future. Excellent job Liam-thank you!

Carl and Liam have just completed rewiring of my property. All I can say is that 5stars is not enough. These are 2 very genuine guys who go above and beyond for their customers. They were extremely considerate and helpful and no questions I had were too much trouble. Thank you both and I will recommend you to anyone I know.

Had a job to add a electric cooker point and hide the wire behind some trunking. Big thanks to Liam, Carl and Darren today for an excellent job. Cleaned up after themselves and was tidy throughout.

We have needed our consumer unit replacing for years and, after hearing from Liam that it would be straightforward, decided to take the plunge! We needn't have worried, Liam did the changeover while we were away without any issues at all - in fact you'd never know he'd been in!
