Sargents Electrical

We recently had Brett install some external security cameras and lights. We were really happy with the work. Brett was really communicative from start to finish and was really helpful and professional when doing the job. He even helped me set up and navigate how to use the associated app for the cameras. We’d definitely use Sargents Electrical again if we had any more work in the future- would recommend! Many thanks Brett!

I've used Brett on many occasions and have always found his work to be first class. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and i would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Sargents Electrical to both family and friends.

Brett has always undertaken electrical work for our rental property. This year we needed a EICR test, which was undertaken by Brett. Brett presented us with a list of works that either needed to be undertaken, or he recommended we have done. Quotation provided, and go ahead given. My tenant commented it was a pleasure to have him working in the house, and that he left everywhere clean and tidy. Necessary paperwork provided upon completion of works, and advice about when we need to carry out the next test. Would thoroughly reccomend him. I've organised this from my home in Spain, all via WhatsApp, and have found Brett to be very responsive when I've sent messages.

Brett came out and replaced our faulty RCB and identified an issue with our old oven. He turned up when he said he would, was super friendly and polite and tidied up after. Couldn’t recommend him enough.

Very fast and professional service. Would definitely recommend

My shower’s pull cord power switch broke, leaving me showerless. Spoke with Brett and sent him a picture of the current one. He got hold of a replacement and fitted it for me quickly. Really nice chap, reliable, and trustworthy. I found him from a friend’s recommendation a few years ago and have since recommended him to family.

Brett is our go to electrician. Really efficient and reliable with attention to detail to ensure a really clean and professional finish. Would highly recommend. Great bloke as well 👍🏼

Brett installed some external light fittings and an external socket point at our house. We found Brett to be knowledgeable, professional, courteous and very helpful. Great experience with Sargent’s Electricals. Very professional and knowledgeable, offering clear, honest advice without any pressure. Everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand, and it was obvious he knew his trade. Really appreciated the time taken to talk through options and give guidance. Would definitely recommend and will be using Sargent’s Electricals in the future.

Brett came to install our new oven which went smoothly and efficiently much to our relief given the difficulty we had had getting a similar replacement oven to our old one. Following this we got talking about a possible solution to the poor lighting in our kitchen and bathroom. Brett gave some great advice and offered some solutions which he was able to come and fit within the week. The result is amazing and we can't believe what a difference it has made. Brett has done a great job, nicely finished and we are really pleased with the outcome. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgable, professional, friendly and reliable electrician.

Brett’s a true professional - straightforward, reliable and honest. Work is always completed to the highest standards with no corners cut. Highly recommended.

On three occasions we have asked Brett to carry out domestic jobs and each time he has been quick to respond and has carried out the work efficiently and to our satisfaction. Never any problem.

Brett has been very reliable and provided an excellent professional service, for a number of electrical jobs over time, e.g. replacing a fuse box, replacing light fittings, providing electrical certificates, and other various electrical necessities. We will be using Brett again in the future.

My first time using Sargents Electrical. Chose this company for several reasons mainly past reviews and proximity to my home. Had an issue where several lights in the house were flickering every time they were switched on. Contacted Brett who called in later that day. Fortunately his expertise and skills led to a quick fix and all is good now. Would recommend Brett and his company and should I require electrical services again I would have no hesitation in calling Brett. He came across as someone with knowledge and confidence within his role and was polite throughout. Well done👍

He was extremely professional, with great communication, explained what he was doing, tidied up after himself each day and was always friendly, all at a very reasonable cost. Very happy to recommend Sargents. Brett answered the phone first time I rang. He was friendly and helpful and made every effort to see us on the same day (as it happened, he attended within the hour). He resolved the problem very quickly, was friendly and professional throughout and charged appropriately. We will certainly go back to Sargents if/when we have an electrical need or problem in the future.

Brett has helped us with a number of electrical jobs, excellent service, professional, tidy and would definitely recommend to others.

Brett is a first rate tradesperson, all work was completed professionally to high standard and he went out of his way to finish everything to my specification.

ABSOLUTLY SHOCKING.... at how good Sargents Electrical are for both in property maintenance and personally, to start with I thought for someone with a lot of 5 stars would be cherry picking customers but honesty after about a month of having small work carried out at a few rented properties and my own home I can confidently say they’ve earned every single one of those top reviews. Their pricing is fair and transparent, and they’ve been incredibly reliable with scheduling, always keeping us informed of when they’ll be on-site. What really stood out, though, was their friendliness and willingness to accommodate our neurodivergent family’s needs while working in our home. They took the time to explain everything clearly, worked around our routines, and ensured the whole process was as stress-free as possible. If you’re looking for an electrician who’s professional, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about their customers, I’d highly recommend Sargents Electrical!

An excellent service..... and have already recommended to a friend.

I needed two new smoke alarms fitted & I got the telephone number from my sister who had used Sargent's electrical a few years ago. When I rang to enquire about the alarms I had responsive positive info from them & Dave the father of Kristian told me that he would tell his son to give me a call asap which he did after shirt time. I got a quote of the price & was reasonably cheaper than a previous one. He got the lithium alarms & fitted them a day or so after which I was pleased about cos he was very busy & could've been longer to wait. Very happy & will use again if needed for future electrical problems.
