If I could give no stars I would. About 10 years or so ago, HES, on behalf of RBH undertook a full rewire of my property. It was perhaps one the poorest examples of workmanship and customer service I have ever experienced. However, that isn't what has bought me to write this review. A few months ago my kitchen ceiling came down following a leak in the bathroom, nothing caused by the rewire it has to be said. During the remedial work to repair and replace the damage the whole ceiling was removed, exposing what can only be described as wire spaghetti. Now I happen to have a trustworthy electrician in my family who is horrified by what has been deemed acceptable and professional by HES. Pay peanuts you get monkeys, and do have to say that RBH are just as complicit in enabling such work to have been signed off. So very glad that I now own the property, and can get true professional workmen in to make good all they have done wrong. I have photos from the time of the rewire and now recent ones showing their 'work' laid very bare and not hidden away like some dirty secret. Shocked and appalled but sadly not surprised.
