TH Electrical is named by customers for electrical work including a full rewire, fixing faults, fitting sockets, ovens, hobs and downlights. Reviewers often mention clear explanations and a friendly, polite manner, with several describing the service as reliable and professional. One reviewer said the work area was cleaned afterwards, and another praised the quality of the finished job. Turnout times varied, with one customer saying a Sunday call was answered straight away and help arrived by 10am, while others said Tom came back quickly to sort an extra issue. No material criticism is reported.
Had our downstairs wall sockets power trip out last night, was able to get it on again this morning but went off again this afternoon and wouldn't let us do anything. Did some Google research and TH Electrical was the top option in our area, gave the guy a call. Quoted great prices and was at our house in no time at all. Tom was extremely thorough in identifying the issues causing the problems, explaining everything along the way. Found some damp in the walls in the living room. Very knowledgeable, very friendly and extremely good character, highly recommended. Power restored to downstairs, and he left, however when we started settling back upstairs noticed no electric on all but one socket. Tom came back around quite quickly and found out that the sockets upstairs are also connected to the downstairs circuit, only one socket on a separate upstairs circuit. Thoroughly went through each socket and identified the extra issue. Again as I said before top bloke, can't thank him enough 👍🏻
Tom was really quick to reply, and come out to check what the issue was when our hob stopped working. Explained the costs for fix vs replacement so I could make an informed decision. Very polite, and turned up on time! Less than a week from initial visit to new hob being supplied and fitted! Would definitely recommend and will happily be getting in touch in the future for other jobs!
Tom and his team were excellent throughout completing a full rewire on my house, even with the many delays caused by myself and other trades doing work in the house between him doing 1st and 2nd fix, he turned up on time when he said and completed the works cleanly (even the plasterer made a comment about how clean his work was) and even managed to sort it all around the mess and clutter that was in the house as we tried to get everything ready to fully move in. Will be back in touch again for any future electrical works.
Brilliant service, easy to reach and book and reasonable prices. Will definitely be using again
Came round same day. Super polite and honest. Explained the issue and showed us and explained the electrical fault. Came back next day to finish the job. Reliable honest and reasonably priced. Sorted lighting circuit. Top job. Thank you

Great service, came out and resolved issue quickly and efficiently- reasonably priced also 👍🏻
Rang TH Electrical first thing on a Sunday morning, well before 9am, expecting to maybe leave a message, but he answered straight away and was at the house by 10am. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. He was really attentive and understanding about us being without electric and you could tell he genuinely cared about getting things sorted quickly and safely. Took the time to properly explain the issue in a way that actually made sense, showed exactly what the problem was and talked through the fix rather than just getting on with it and leaving. Really professional, friendly and reassuring throughout, especially on a Sunday morning when most people would struggle to get anyone out. On top of that, the price was far better than expected. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again and would highly recommend TH Electrical to anyone needing a reliable electrician.
Fantastic staff. Th electrical were so professional when I contacted them on behalf off my uncle. He had some problems. And straight away the team called rounds. He's over the moon with the response. Thank you so much.
