DW Electrical Solutions

David was very helpful and professional. I had a EV charger fitted by him. He was able to assist with getting SSEN out to upgrade my voltage to the house. He did a fab job and was very tidy. Highly recommended.

David responded to our enquiry quickly to come out and price up various small jobs around the house including diagnosing and repairing an earth leakage fault and provided a good itemised quote. Works were carried out at a time that suited us and were done efficiently and cleanly. Will use him again.

I would highly recommend David, totally trustworthy . He was very tidy and polite. Done more than he quoted for and I would ask him to do more electrical work when needed.

David was able to offer a very reasonable quote for requested work, was easy to discuss with and completed the work quickly and efficiently. The work was high quality and minimal disruptions. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Needed a new spur for Air Source Heat Pump. DW Electrical Solutions proved the most reliable of the electricians approached. The work was carried out efficiently with Dave cleaning up as he went, minimised the trunking needed, and finished the inside and outside to a high standard. We will be using his services again in the future for sure.

David from DW Electrical Solutions came to my house to do an EICR and made lots of very sensible and reasonable observations, after this he talked me through the next steps, most notably my home required two separate consumer unit (fuse box) upgrades. David's work is nothing short of exemplary, and shows a high degree of competence and safety. He was also very happy to give me additional time answering all my questions along the way. I highly recommend his work and will be using DW Electrical Solutions in the future.

A new Hob and cooker fitted today. David was very prompt, worked efficiently and did a great job. I would definitely recommend him and use the services again.

Excellent customer service, prompt and clean working. David was informative, kept us updated and completed our job in an efficient and professional mannor. Our job consisted in the fitting of a bathroom extractor fan in the upstairs bathroom. The replacement of a fan in the downstairs bathroom and the replacement of 6 spot light units. David liased with a roofer to fit the required roof vent and returned the next day to connect up the vents. Over all very happy with his service and would highly recommend.

Excellent job!

Nice friendly chap, very experienced at electrics. First class service and details kept for any future electrical work. Fast efficient and very knowledgeable.

Very professional and work completed to a very high standard. Will definitely use again in the future

Just had David round to fit a few new sockets that needed chasing into the wall and remove an old ceiling fan, couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work and fairly priced.

David quickly responded to my request for a single socket to be converted into 2 double sockets and the removal of a redundant heater socket. He was exceedingly accommodating with my request for the work to be done the day before my decorators commenced work and at very short notice!! I was kept informed of all aspects of the job. The price remained the same even when an additional switch had to be added. David is a diligent craftsman, a very nice man and a very tidy worker. I have no problem awarding him 5 stars for his work and recommending him as an excellent electrician. Thank you.

Highly Recommend Dave, he removed and installed a new hob for me ,kept me informed of what time he would arrive Done a perfect job

David replaced two extraction fans in our house recently. I would highly recommend David, great communication, reasonable price and excellent work. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again

David was extremely helpful and quick to respond to my elderly Mother’s electrical problem, which prevented her from using her Oven. He gave me an estimate of price and kept me informed of when he was turning up to her apartment. He was very efficient, tidy and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again. Thank you David.

If you need an Electrician, look no further. David did some work for us recently and he was fair and quick with his quote . He is approachable and polite ,very clean with his work . He explained exactly what is needed. He issued a Electric certificate for work carried out. Would definitely recommend him.

Dave did a brilliant job of changing all the spotlights in my house. Very reasonable price and did a great job and left the work area spotless. Would definitely use again.

We’ve recently used Dave to help us with a few jobs and can’t recommend him enough! After being let down by another electrician, Dave reached out to me to help; his communication was excellent and very fair pricing. He contacted me about a revisit rather than me having to chase and whilst carrying out the work, made sure I was happy with light placements etc along the way. Very friendly and will be booking in with him again soon for some more work

We’ve used Dave twice now. Great service. Very happy with the work carried out. Would definitely recommend.

Can’t remember how I found Dave, but glad we did! We’ve had him for a few jobs now and really impressed with his initial communication and then quickly follows up with a cracking job. I always recommend him when I can and will certainly have him come back again should we need him.

Highly recommend Dave Wakefield from DW Electrical Solutions. I recently moved into a new property and needed quite a few jobs doing. Dave's prices were very reasonable and each job was individually priced in his quote. He was very neat and tidy and left no mess behind. One of the jobs was to install a light in my garden Dave made sure it was exactly where I wanted it before he installed it. Dave is friendly and yet very professional. Would definitely use again if I need anymore electric work done on the future.

Great experience! Really helpful, we had a million questions and Dave was so happy to answer them all! Did an amazing job putting all our electrics into our new summer house! It looks amazing! Thanks you :)

I totally recommend Dave Wakefield. He is a professional and a gentleman. His quotation was transparent as he had broken down the quote into sections covering each aspect of the electrical work. He was extremely efficient and worked diligently the whole time he was here. He told us when he would be able to start and was punctual and didn’t mess us about trying to do other jobs around our work (which we have had with other electricians in the past). We were delighted with his very tidy and neat work and his very good pricing.

I cannot recommend Dave highly enough. I chose him from the most highly recommended electricians on Checkatrade and he was the one who was most keen to help, communicative and professional. Throughout, Dave has been reliable, punctual, great at communication, informative and hasn't put any pressure on to do unnecessary work. I'm not sure how his prices stack up against other electricians but I didn't even want to consider anyone else, I got such a good vibe from him. I am most happy at how courteous Dave was, from taking his shoes off the first time he came round to removing the rubbish after he'd finished changing the fuse box. You wouldn't even know he'd been here! The work was lovely and tidy, no mess left and no unsightly holes. Dave even plastered up a preexisting hole near our front door, nothing to do with the electrics just a lovely gesture! Don't even look at anyone else, go to Dave!

Very professional, friendly and very helpful! Highly recommend. Anything small or big. He’s your man

Dave has done a lot of electrical work for me and my family, he is always very friendly and professional. We are always happy with the work he does. Definitely recommend :)

DW electrical came in promptly whenni needed my new house rewired, perferably before moving in, they met the deadline was very fairly priced and had impeccable workmanship from start to finish!

Dave came and quoted my house for a full rewire. He was very professional and well mannered, his quote was more than reasonable. He came and completed the job in a very timely manner and was of a very high quality. The job was of very high standards and Dave left no mess and made sure all was clean and tidy before leaving. I would highly recommend Dave to all my family and friends and would definitely have him back to do any more jobs I require

Excellent service. Very reliable. Exceptional. Highly recommend.

DW Electrical Solutions has recently completed rewiring our new kitchen, from start to finish David was very professional and thorough in his work, he kept us updated from start to finish and kept our house clean and tidy after every day. We have him booked back in to install some spot lights in an upstairs bedroom, Highly recommended!
