The electricians at Fairfield Electrical (based in Frome) are great. They give confidence and reassurance, are fully qualified (also often accompanied by an apprentice, learning the trade) They are courteous and tidy, and do an excellent and timely job. The team at FE HQ in Frome are also responsive and generally excellent. I could not recommend Fairfield Electrical more highly!

Very happy with all aspects. Fairfield Electrical electricians worked alongside Trinergy Solutions plumbing and heating engineers to install a new electric boiler and water cylinder system which involved a lot of work with careful planning. They worked well together, were extremely professional, answered all my questions and cleared up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them.

Can't rate the guys at Fairfield highly enough. They did an EICR check for us and sorted out the remedial work that needed doing. They were quick at responding and carrying out the work, did everything with minimal disruption and left it all looking neat and tidy and were very reasonably priced. The electricians were friendly and couldn't do anymore to go out their way to sort everything out. We will definitely use them for any work in the future.

Had to replace an old storage heater and found this company online as quite near to me. Had a visit to measure up etc followed by a quote which I was happy with. They managed to fit me in before Xmas when I explained I had no heating and was a pensioner . Two lovely polite young men fitted it for me. They were very respectful of my property and left no mess. They brought their own vacuum and cleaning tools and explained how it worked before leaving me with clear instructions as well. The heater is working well and the service I received was excellent. Slightly different review but 5 stars at the least! Fairfield came into our school this academic year and met with some of our pupils. Adam and Martin gave a very insightful session around life as an electrician and how to become an electrician. The company was very responsive, and fitted the work around my other commitments. Described problem.Told them another Frome firm had said it could not help cos it does not do not dual fuel. They said they could send someone to take a look. Sent electicians, who were very nice but explained they could not help cos do not do dual fuel and not gas safe registered. Cost £72. Be wary.

I'm a landlord with a tenant about to host family for the bank holiday weekend and their ground floor and kitchen circuit kept tripping, so some haste was needed! I rang Fairfield and two pleasant electricians were around quicker than an ambulance could have arrived - after a couple of hours of detective work they diagnosed the problem and sorted it without a single floorboard pulled up. I can't recommend this pleasant, efficient and friendly team enough, a great find!

Fairfield Electrical came straight out to help me when the lights stopped working at the farm shop. They were so helpful and efficient and sorted everything out really quickly.

So for safety I called in the professionals. Despite this being a tiny job for them, they nevertheless came without complaint. We were delighted with the very professional service we received from Fairfield Electrical when Harry and Martin came to do our Electric Installation Condition Report and change our bathroom light fittings. Fairfield Electrical installed a Zappi car charger for us on a tricky 40m cable run (consumer unit to charger) and replaced our older consumer unit with one that is to the latest spec including surge protection. Adam thought through the best way to install very thoroughly before installation and Martin, Tyler and Harry were outstanding at installation - professional, friendly, courteous and with an amazing work ethic. The cable route is mainly external and so neat you can't see where it is, plus we didn't have to do any plastering or redecoration. We are delighted with the work and can't recommend Fairfield highly enough - thank you.

Very responsive to having no power to room sockets , fixed problem quickly and professionally

I cannot recommend this company enough . I have used them on numerous occasions . I had to have a last minute oven plug moved so as to have a new oven installed and they arrived that day . They utterly saved us just before Christmas when we suddenly had no power in our house and I had my two sons with me . I also have tropical fish that utterly rely on our electricity . The power went off at 10 pm so I was on the phone to Adam as soon as they opened the next morning and explained our emergency situation . That afternoon they came over and got the power on again . We are so lucky to have them just down the road . 💫👍.

Fantastic service provided. I required a new water immersion heater controller to be installed, as my old one became faulty and was constantly heating up the water regardless of the timer. Martin removed the old Dimplex Controller and installed a new controller. He tested the electrical connections to ensure the issue was resolved and set up the timers for me, all done in a timely fashion. Martin was very professional and knowledgable and I will be using this company again. Highly recommended.
