4.6

Arc Electrics is mostly described in positive terms, with reviewers calling the service friendly and reliable and saying they would recommend the firm. One reviewer said a long-standing relationship over nine years had included accurate alterations and yearly inspections with no regrets. Another praised the service as superb even during lockdown. The only negative review said an electrical inspection felt unnecessarily intrusive for a small two-bed house, with items unplugged and not put back, furniture moved and not returned properly, and debris left behind.

Electrical inspection (3 people) felt unnecessarily intrusive for a small 2 bed house. Items were unplugged and not plugged back in, furniture was moved and not returned properly, and debris was left behind afterwards. Overall, the visit lacked care and professionalism.

We have used Arc Electrics for 9 years. They carried out our initial alterations accurately, professionally and in a friendly manner. They have undertaken statutory inspections each subsequent year and we have had no reason to regret using them.
