Elser Electrical

I had a great customer experience with Elser Electrical and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matty and his team. My job required the fitment of a 7.4Kw (variable to 3.6Kw) EV charger and because of the nature of our parking it needed an unconventional plug-in arrangement. We eventually settled on a dual commando plug set-up and as usual a new consumer board with all the necessary circuit protections. Matty was also instrumental in helping install additional consumer board capacity, in preparation for an extension, home battery storage and solar input. With some pre-planning the works were completed within a day to my exacting standards. To top it all off, we had the whole house electrics inspected and all certified and signed off. Quality was great and price was competitive given the extent of works.

Mati is fantastic! He helped me and my elderly nan when nobody else would. His service is 10/10 and commitment to helping is fantastic. I would 100% be using him again! Thankyou so much !

Had work done removing a very old and faulty cooker hob extractor fan. The job needed to be done was more than initially thought but Mati did a great job. I recently had some sockets, spot lights, and an extractor fan installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the work. Mati is a genuinely nice guy—friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. Communication throughout the job was excellent; he explained everything clearly and kept me updated as the work progressed. The quality of the installation is great, and the pricing was very fair for the level of service provided. I’d definitely recommend him, this is the second time we used him and wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again.

Mati did a great job for us, installing under cabinet lights in the kitchen, new outdoor socket and relocating another outdoor socket and external light. Mati was punctual, friendly and knowledgable. He provided a competitive quote and even though the job took longer than expected, kept to his original quote with no hidden charges. He was accommodating in working in difficult conditions whilst building work underway with no complaints. Took all rubbish and left the site clean. I would absolutely recommend Elser electrical. If you’re looking for an honest tradesman then give Mati a call - I will 100% be using them again.

I would 100% recommend Elser Electrical! Excellent communication and professionalism from Mati. We wanted a new plus installed in our daughters bedroom and Mati popped round when he said he would, emailed the quote over shortly after and completed the job the following week. Very reasonably priced, the job took a bit longer than expected but all was done within a day and Mati left the room clean and tidy. We were very happy with the work and we are now making a list of other jobs that need doing in the future. Thank you Mati :-)

Mati did an amazing job replacing our electric shower, it turned out to be a little bit more complex but Mati went over and above to make sure the work was completed at a professional standard. He was very accommodating even at short notice and would highly recommend! Thank you

Mati did an amazing job at our home recently, installing sockets and lights which look great. He was incredibly flexible with our busy schedules and price was so competitive. Would highly recommend :)

I used Mati and Elser Electrical recently for check of a new home wiring along with rewiring in preparation of a new kitchen setup. Would highly recommend, was flexible and available to help on fairly short notice, explained everything clearly and carried out work to a high standard. A+

I found Mati to be a very conscientious worker. He’s reliable and very helpful. He quickly located the problem with my electrics and did an excellent job replacing some faulty wiring and fitting a new MCB unit and replacement of fuses on main board, along with a new electrical certificate, all at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

We recently had Mati from Elser Electrical Ltd. carry out some electrical work at our home, and we couldn't be happier with the service. From start to finish, he was prompt, professional, and incredibly efficient. He took the time to inspect the existing electrics before completing the work on a day that suited our schedule. Mati installed a new fuse board, fitted a new extractor fan, updated several sockets and switches and removed some obsolete cables —all done to a high standard. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was safe, up to date, and working perfectly. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout the process. If you're looking for a trustworthy and skilled electrician, we highly recommend Mati and Elser Electrical Ltd.

Excellent electrician who goes above and beyond. Competent, honest and reliable. I would thoroughly recommend.

Really great service. We had an assessment, quote for the job and the job done in the space of a week. Great quality work and at a good price.

Matti was brilliant. He showed up on time, explained clearly what needed to be done and was extremely clean and tidy, when completing his work. He listened to what the aim was and gave options to best suit the needs of what was best for now and how it will impact the long term. He replies promptly to messages and is very organised with quotes. I was recommended to use him by two different family members who do not do reviews online so this can be taken as 3 in 1. Good luck Matti!

I am delighted with the service Elser Electrical has provided. From my first telephone conversation with Mati I was impressed. Mati is very personable and professional. His quote was competitive with no hidden extras. He works quickly and efficiently . Mati replaced 9 ceiling lights for me with some tricky kitchen ones and the standard of his work was excellent. I will definitely employ Mati for any future electrical work and I recommend him highly

I had Mati yesterday to fix a bathroom light. He was punctual, polite respectful and very tidy and clean. His work was faultless. I can throughly recommend him.

We needed an electrician to replace our old style under cabinet lights and were lucky enough to have a leaflet drop for Mati's company through our door, from the first contact to the last he was fabulous, polite, efficient and responsive. Work was carried out yesterday and we are delighted with the results. He left everything lovely and tidy. We have saved him to our address book for the next time we need some help with electrics. thank you Mati

My husband found Elser Electrical via a Google search and contacted them to sort an issue we had with our electrics to our central heating system. Mati's communication was brilliant, he quoted reasonably, arrived to do the work and was neat clean and tidy throughout. Highly impressed and will definitely recommend and use again in the future. Thank you.

Mati did an outstanding job! He was prompt, professional, and extremely accommodating. From the start, he was easy to talk to, took the time to understand what I needed, and explained everything clearly. His attention to detail and quality of work were top-notch. I truly appreciate his reliability and willingness to go the extra mile. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a skilled electrician!

I'd highly recommend Elser Electrical. Mati was so friendly and professional. I've had so many bad experiences previously with electricians visiting to see the work I wanted doing and never sending me a quote, and the only quote I did manage to get was completely unaffordable. Mati listened to what I wanted to achieve and worked out an affordable way of doing it. He came to do the work when he said he would and did it to such a high standard. I will definitely be coming straight back to Elser Electrical for any future electrical work. Thanks Mati!

On time , fast and reliable!

I contacted Mati to fix a couple of ongoing electrical issues we had in our shower room. He gave us a 2 week appointment as he had quite a busy diary. He kindly help us buy all the products we needed to move forward with the project. He is very thorough, extremely professional and an honest tradesman. Unfortunately the job took longer than expected but he just got on with it. He just wanted to deliver a perfectly good job. When he was done and all packed up to leave, he realised he hadn’t taken his rubbish (which we would have happily got rid off) and he took away the rubbish with him! The icing on the cake?? I received the invoice a couple of hours after leaving and when I went to pay it this morning, realised I had another 2 weeks to settle it! Which honestly has come in handy considering it’s been a long January 😩I can’t recommend him enough. He’s an absolute gem of a tradesman.

I was really happy with the service I received. Very professional and work carried out to a very high standard. I will definitely be asking Mati to return and do more work for me in the future. I thoroughly recommend 👌

An excellent company, very friendly service. Mati was able to fit me in straight after the Christmas period and was not only able to identify the issue within minutes, but was able to fix it all within a couple of hours. A trustworthy company who I’ll be using again. Thank you.

I engaged Mati to replace a set of light switches in a four storey house so I could switch them on and off on every floor. He spent a lot of time researching options and prices before then fitting the latest state of the art 'kinetic' switches. Just the solution I needed. Mati has a great set of inter-personal skills. He is friendly, polite and diligent. I totally trust him. He wants to satisfy the customer. I would use him again and have no hesitation at recommending him.

Mati is an absolutely fantastic professional. He came on short notice on a Sunday and spent over an hour trying to fix the mess left by another electrician. The issue was promptly resolved on Monday after we sourced a new extractor fan. True to his word, he arrived punctually at 8 AM to complete the job. I highly recommend Mati, as it’s rare to find such honest and reliable individuals in this industry.

Marti responded quickly to my enquiry, assessed what needed doing, his quote for the work required was reasonable and he did the job when he said he would to an excellent standard, as well as kept me informed at all stages. Highly recommended.

Mati was efficient, thorough, and polite.

Mati was very friendly and professional !! He did an amazing job and will definitely recommend his services!!

Honest trades person and a Great job...

Mati is a friendly, very professional worker. He fitted an electricity meter for us and explained everything we needed to know about it. He was on time and his pricing was very fair. We have booked him to fit a kitchen, hallway and bathroom light for us at the end of this month.

Elser fitted a new fuse box to our house and during initial testing uncovered a fault in the wiring behind one of the walls. The fault was rectified and the overall installation is very neat and tidy. They will be my first call for future projects and I would certainly recommend them.

I contacted several electricians to help us re wire all of the light fittings in our new home, from the get go I knew Elser Electrical were going to be our first choice as Mati was the only one who was polite, had quick response time and bent over backwards to fit me in with short notice before my babies due date. Upon arrival Mati was not only professional, friendly and timely but again, offered some personal touches helping us put the lampshades and bulbs in , and supporting re wiring of the fuse box which had been done incorrectly previously (which we weren’t expecting) If we ever need an electrician again, I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Mati and would recommend to all family/friends!

Matius was fantastic! Worked around me and did a fantastic job! Turned up when he said he would unlike most tradesmen I’ve had. Minor works certificate also received as promised! Won’t hesitate to use again.
