Prompt and friendly service from the office team when sorting out a boiler check. This is my third time using Elite Heat and I would 100% recommend to all.

Elite were excellent from start to finish. Ciaran helped us with a bathroom refit in a tenanted property and made the whole process really straightforward. They handled the different trades, organised the subcontractors, and kept everything moving with minimal hassle. Professional, reliable and easy to deal with — would highly recommend.

Had our boiler and cylinder serviced, as well as inspection of the shower valve. Excellent communication and detailed report of work, really appreciated!

I have needed the services of Elite Heat a couple of times and both times Cameron was sent around - once for a shower issue and once for a blockage issue. Both times he turned up either early or right one time and with plenty of prior warning. He figured out the problems right away and got it sorted promptly, without any fuss. He was really thorough, efficient, tidy and clean. And also he was genuinely nice and a good guy to deal with. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend. Five stars.

Excellent communication from start to completion of the job from Ciaren and Janice. I had a leaky toilet and they were able to come out and fix the same day. Cameron was punctual, a good communicator and cleaned up after completing the job. Our bathroom is pretty compact so he did a good job of sorting the issue with little space to work in and accessing the toilet! Would highly recommend and will use again for any other plumbing related issues.

Really appreciate how quickly Elite were able to send an engineer out to fix a leak that could have otherwise caused extensive damage. John fixed the issue in no time at all.

Elite Heat provided an excellent service today when they unblocked my kitchen sink drain. They came out very quickly, and Jonathan was super friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the visit. I found The Elite Heat Team and office were very punctual and friendly. They easily understood my issues and had a couple of great quotes to address the problems. I took the more complicated one, as I needed someone with an in-depth understanding of central heating and plumbing to rearrange and simplify the pipe work and pumps. They came on time, fitted a new Vaillant boiler and storage tank and took all the old materials away, on time and on budget.

I use Elite Heat for both residential and commercial work on a regular basis and they always provide an impeccable service. The back office booking team are very helpful and make this process easy and the guys that carry out the work are well dressed, polite and professional. Highly recommended.

Great service. Discovered a slow leak in the kitchen central heating system. Phoned Elite Heat and they had a couple of guys out within two hours who were able to sort the problem out. Reasonable call-out rate as well!

Highly recommend Elite Heat Group Ltd: We had a very complicated problem with our thermostat and boiler. The system is old and outdated. An industrial sized boiler was installed in a single family home for reasons unknown. It was challenging to find the parts but they got it done! However, thanks to Konrad, Curtis, Harry, and Janice, after multiple visits it is now resolved. What I liked: Professionalism Timeliness Persistence Kindness Going the extra mile Problem solving aptitude What I didn't like: Nothing In the end specialized, older generation equipment, was required. Konrad and his crew were determined to get to the bottom of the issue. It took phone calls and video calls to the manufacturer of the old equipment to combat the complicated nature of the system. Janice also deserves kudos. She was always able to schedule visits with my convenience in mind. Very grateful for that. Janice was the epitome of kind and professional. Thank you Elite Heat Group. You'll be the first business we'll turn to if your service is required again.

I recently had a young man called Jonathan come and fix my radiator, he was very polite and friendly, i would definitely recommend. I will definitely be using him again in the future.

Contacted Elite as we needed a new boiler. Oli came round, he was super professional and gave us sound advice. He fitted a new boiler, flushed the radiators and made sure everything was working perfectly. His attention to detail is above and beyond. Oli was a really clean worker, cleared up behind himself and took all the rubbish away. We couldn’t believe how efficient our new boiler was compared to the old one, the radiators were so hot. Would definitely use Elite again and would highly recommend them and Oli for any plumbing jobs

I contacted Elite Heat Group and asked them to move some radiators, install a new thermostat, decommission a gas hob and plumb in a washing machine. Janice in the office was very prompt in responding to emails and Ciaran especially helpful in sourcing alternative radiators for us. Particular mention to Matt and Trey though, who worked really hard, did a great job, and left everything tidier than when they arrived. No complaints and would definitely use this company again.

Mr Curtis Williams visited our business today according to the earlier booking placed last week. He was very efficient, polite and friendly. After short assessment of the problematic fault, he told me what needed to be done/replaced. I was positively shocked when he told me that he will be able to come back today with a new part and finish the job! After approx 1hr he was back & he did as he said. I had TAP cartridges replaced today by Elite Heating. The engineer arrived right on time, was polite, neatly dressed, and I was pleasantly surprised to hear him speak very highly of his boss – something you don’t often hear! I’m extremely pleased with the work done and would highly recommend this company. Elite Heat Group Ltd are true professionals. They replaced our old boiler for a new Vaillant one. The whole operation (removing the old boiler, replacing all the pipework etc.) was super-efficient. They even made sure the heating-controlling app on my phone worked properly. These guys really know what they're doing. Look no further!
