One reviewer said Harper Electrical never sent a quote after visiting and did not reply to follow-up calls. Other reviewers said the business turned up when it said it would. Phil was named in several reviews as friendly, quick to reply to messages and doing a good job, including fuse board work. One reviewer said a problem was solved over the phone, and another said he was quoted on the phone and the amount charged matched the quote. Two reviewers were happy with a competitive price and one described a neat, tidy worker.
10/10 Absolutely fantastic bloke! Proper honest guy, he solved my problem over the phone. Most people would’ve taken advantage of the customer & charge them for a call out when the problem could be solved over the phone. He’s the only guy I’m calling when I do have an issue that needs to be fixed by an electrician. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Phil was friendly, easy to talk to, arrived promptly, carried out his work quickly, professionally and knowledgeably. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.
Have used this company on a number of occasions. Always reply promptly when contacted. Always do a good job at a competitive price.
Came to look at the job and said he would quote us, nice guy , can't fault his attitude when he came to view the job .i got in touch with him 2 weeks later on a saturday to see if he had a price for us and he informed me he had been on a break but would get back to me by the following Thursday which I didn't have a problem with. Never heard anything back even after I chased him up a week after he said he would get back to me. Wouldn't have been a problem if he informed me he didn't have time to do the work but being ignored isn't great
Came when he said. Did a good job.
Phil Is a great guy to deal with don't go anywhere else, very quick to reply to messages and does an amazing job. 100% recommend
