BE look after the regular electrical maintenance at a large development that I manage and I highly recommend them. Really responsive and good quality work, carried out in a reasonable time.

Electric sockets, lights and LAN socket installation in garden office Ben came and had a quick look over the job that needed doing and was quick to ascertain the requirements. A quote was provided within a day and the price was what I was expecting so was happy to accept the quote and arrange for job to be done. Ally and Mylo arrived within a week as arranged and they got the work done quickly and efficiently. They had a good understanding of what was required but would double check with me if anything deviated from the original request. I’m very happy with the result and will use these guys again in the future when needed and would gladly recommend.

It was easy to book and appointment. The works were to fix a defective bathroom light. The electrician arrived on time and I was charged the price quoted to me in advance which I thought was very reasonable.
I called 4 companies for a quote to decommission a wall socket. Business Electric were honest, provided a fair price and a timely fix date. The electrician (Paul) arrived on time, fixed the issue quickly and yet was more than happy to answer my general queries. Business Electrical changed our entire lighting system in our office to LED. The whole process was smooth and efficient. The team were friendly and polite and caused very little disruption or mess. The work was carried out in the time specified. The job was reasonable priced and no nasty surprises in the final bill, in fact they made a deduction due to certain work previously quoted for but in the end not required. Diccon, Edgar, Paul and Stephen from Business Electrical are not only friendly, helpful and approachable, but also professional, together and pro-active when it comes to electrical work. Stephen came round to quote and was very knowledgeable when it came to quoting and inspecting for an interconnected fire alarm system, while Paul carried out and EICR report and flagged that I needed to upgrade the fuse board for a safer system. This led to Diccon and Edgar's visit. Over two days they changed the board, installed interconnected smoke / heat alarms and PAT tested various appliances and extension cables in the house. Not only were they thorough and professional, but I really enjoyed chatting with them and they were keen to school me a bit on how electrics work and the kind of things I should be looking out for to keep improving the electrics in my home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and look forward to working with them again.

We have recently used Business Electrical to do a full rewire on our house after being happy with their work on a previous property. Rewires are quite an involved job and through the whole process they have been friendly, helpful and quick to respond. We have had multiple members of the team working in the house at some point and they have all been a pleasure to have around. The office team have been helpful with advice and flexible with scheduling and changes to the original plan. Would not hesitate to use them again!
Called Business Electrical one morning when 2 rooms lost circuits and heat and hot water went out too. They came same day and managed to get heat and water on. Had to come back twice to get rest of systems up. Communication was excellent and electrician was polite and timely. Would recommend and would use again.

My sister recommended their services after they did stuff at her house - I needed my extractor fan hooked up. There was some complications as I’d lost the paperwork for the fan already in the ceiling but they tried their hardest to figure it out. In the end we had to go with a new fan, which made the job more expensive than I had hoped but they installed it quick, made sure it’s ready for the builder to hook up to a ventilation tile and tidied up after themselves. Would use again and would recommend!

I got in touch with Business Electrical on Sunday night following a trip of one of my spotlights. They responded first thing on Monday morning to confirm pricing and availability. They sent out Laura to attend on Thursday morning. The repair was completed within an hour, including going out to pick up a new part. Very pleased with the prompt service, and good communication. Gio and the team of 3 who undertook the works were a great help. Initially asked them to price 2nd fix on sockets, oven, washing machine etc, and to hide some cables and move switches which were along a wall. Gio recommended an EICR first after building works, which diagnosed some serious faults with the old fuseboard and lighting. We were allocated 2 days to sort which turned in to 4 due to various new issues found, which Gio and the team managed to fit in a single block of time without issues. Team were highly skilled, friendly, tidy and professional. Workmanship is high quality throughout
