Mo and his son Kian installed the electrics in our new bathrooms. They did an excellent job, working efficiently and with care and consideration for my home. Both conducted themselves in a very professional manner, were courteous and friendly. Mo consulted me on light fittings that were tricky to install because of their placement making sure that they were exactly, to the last millimetre, where I wanted them. He even came back at 5.35pm with a final part that had been missing from the installation. The electrics were all done to a very high standard and I would highly recommend Mo and his son. I shall certainly be using them for all future electric jobs.

We had Mo & Kian install a new consumer unit, and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. They were extremely professional throughout—arrived early, very clean and tidy, and were mindful of the disruption that comes with losing power. They even waited to begin work so we could finish preparing bottles for the baby and get ready for the day. Mo went above and beyond by providing a power bank–style plug socket so we could keep the internet running, which meant we were able to work from home without interruption. The new consumer unit is high specification, and he carefully considered both our current and future electrical needs, giving us expert guidance on what would best suit our home. During testing, they also identified a fault on one of the circuits—something we’d never have known about—which gave us great confidence that the job was carried out with true diligence and attention to detail. I had a new kitchen put into a different room along with converting another room into a dining space. Mo did a very good job with the electrics in both and made some helpful suggestions along the way. His standard of work is very high and would use him again and recommended highly.

I called MK Electrical this Saturday morning in a panic as lost power to kitchen and upstairs last evening . I’m completely ignorant of circuits etc and thought I had flipped fuses and still no power. Mo from MK responded to my call within 15 mins from Brighton . I had called 5 others and have had no response even hours after leaving a message. Mo swiftly came over to Lewes and fixed the problem in no time. We had a power cut & fusebox issue so needed an Electrician fast. Phoned MK who arrived within 30 mins !! Mo diagnosed the problem and worked hard to make the new RCD unit fit in with our existing fusebox - which was a great result for us. He also went the extra mile by managing to get us a new Cert form via his phone ( probably not easy ) so we were able to get UK Power to reconnect us an hour later. A great result all round. Very friendly, informative and keen to help - what more can you ask for ? 100% recommended.

UPDATE: After we had our new kitchen installed we asked Mo & Kian to install a new consumer unit as the old one was very much out of date and we needed something to support our new kitchen better. Mo & Kian did an excellent job and gave us a nice clean installation. Very happy with their work and are already thinking about the next jobs for them. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Mo was extremely quick to call me back when I first contacted him. We discussed what I wanted (EIRC certificate) and he gave me a reasonable quote and we booked the work in. He texted to confirm straightaway, he the texted the day before to confirm and then again on the day of the work to let me know he was on his way. He was very friendly and gave me lots of advice about our situation. He did the work very thoroughly and identified things that needed to be fixed, which he fixed, and told me about other advisory items. He was very professional and a pleasure to have in my home. I would definitely contact him again for any electrical work.

Mo is very professional and I would definitely call again in the future. Replacing broken fans, fixing kitchen lighting, completed quickly and with no mess. Always arrives when agreed, polite, and takes pride in his work. Dealt with subsequent problem with one of the fans (not caused by his work, but just due to hardware failure) without any fuss. Mo has done a number of jobs for me and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is so responsive, reliable and very fair in terms of pricing. He has installed a custom chandelier for me and also extended the wiring for a hallway switch in anticiptation of a cupboard installation. I had to call him at short notice to come and do a bit of extra work around this and he was able to slot me for the next day and waived his fees for the work. I'm absolutely blown away by his customer service and quality of work.

I called M.K after a Google search of electricians in my area. I explained the problem - that a socket looked like it had caught fire and I'd been without a washing machine & tumble dryer for a week. Mo said he would come after work ( on his way home) and he did. Polite, patient, nothing was too much trouble. He identified the problem and sorted it. Wore shoe covers when coming in after collecting several bits from the van. Very nice chap and would definitely use again. Mo came over to have a look at our electrics on our microwave combo appliance. He was very prompt in messages and turned very promptly. The job was very tricky and meant taking floor boards up and trying to get a new connection to the mains. Afterwards you wouldn't of known this was the case. Highly recommended.

MK Electrical are just fantastic. We had some updating todo to existing electrics new light fittings and dimmers and various other small jobs. The price quoted was very fair and they are honest and super reliable. We have used them several times since and booked them to do and EICR on one of our BTLs. Wouldn’t use anyone else now!

I'd like to share a personal client reference for Mo Khan, who have recently helped us refit our entire house in a major renovation project. Mo and his team have helped us go from an initial idea of what work was needed to a very practical, cost effective plan to deliver it, regularly delivering it and being present when things didn't go to plan for fast support in fixing additional smaller issues. Mo in particular helped us with the design of the entire rewiring project by giving us valuable advise on what to think about and how practical our plans were based on our complex needs for a number of devices from lights to plug sockets, audio/visual wiring and major appliances like electric car chargers. He was very efficient in doing the work around all the other builders and tradesmen we had in the building given the size of the renovation. In every instance, Mo worked well with them to make sure things were done in an order that allowed others to keep working towards getting us into our new home. We got help in installing a new camera system, thermostats, smoke/fire alarms, the car charger and so much more beyond the more obvious areas that you'd expect. We also had a few instances where we needed emergency help when things didn't go to plan or there were unforeseen issues with other tradesmen. In every instance of this happening, Mo was incredibly responsive, available and able to come around in the same day to fix the problem quickly, despite little warning for which we are very grateful. For all these reason, we trust Mo to continue to help us as we continue to renovate the house now that we have moved in. I needed a light switch changing to a dimmer and the kitchen ceiling lights changing. Mo was recommend by a friend and I was very pleased with his work. On time, polite and very efficient. I don’t normally write reviews but it’s so hard to find a decent trades person (sorry but most of them charge a fortune and only want to come out and do a big job).
