Rang with a problem regarding my disabled sons room (no power to hoist and shower), managed to arrange an appointment for the same afternoon, on uploading video for engineer to see what the problem was I noticed that the trip switch had be reset but the fuses were all on the off position, having resolved the issue I rang back, apologised and stated that I no longer needed assistance, after a few questions and making sure I was fine with the resolution the appointment was cancelled. Even though I didn't use their services I found the help and assistance I received reassuring and will use them if I have any further issues in the future.
We rang Assured at lunchtime because we had experienced a lot of fuses tripping-out in our flat. Nathan attended first thing the next morning and was able to reassure us our circuitry & consumer units were fine & working well. Electricity wasn't turning on in my flat, the fuse board hadn't tripped, I didn't know what else to check. Assured' had Austin out to mine in just over two hours (short notice and on a Saturday), he fixed it really quickly and even offered to sort some other plug socket related issues to get my money's worth. Efficient and friendly, electricity is back on, only complaint would be the cost but then it was short notice on a weekend, and Austin got it sorted. Would definitely use Assured' again.

Austin perfectly installed our EV so that we were able to use it immediately. Walls, doors and shrubs were no match and he worked quickly and neatly to complete what was clearly a complex piece of work. He was friendly and professional and definitely the right person for the job.
