An Electrician called Spencer did some work recently for my uncle and we could not recommend him enough! He was friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgable. Called this company with a lighting emergency and they were able to get an electrician to me on the same day, brilliant service and the electrician really knew his stuff he completed the repair to my fuseboard and reinstated the lights without any fuss, also the invoice was cheaper than I expected. I have now booked Arcs & Sparks to fit an EV charger and complete some additional wiring in the garden. I can highly recommend this company and give them 5 stars.

This company have been great! I’ve used for a couple of situations in the last year. One included trying to sort my electrical certificate and they went above and beyond fitting me in when so busy. Electricians are helpful, friendly and Donna in the office has been fantastic! Prices I feel are fair as well. Highly Recommend!

So refreshing to have two really professional, efficient and polite electricians turn up to install our outdoor light. Two of them turned up so they helped each other with tools etc. which meant there was zero time wasted and got the light installed in no time. Thanks so much.

I have used Arcs & Sparks a number of times over the last couple of years or so, for electrical repairs and installations at my property, and have nothing but praise for them. The electricians are always on time, are professional and really good at what they do. Donna is also always super helpful. I would say that they go above and beyond to do the best for their customers.

I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend this company. They quoted quickly, then went out of their way to accommodate exactly what I wanted, checking I was happy along the way. Work was extremely neat and tidy, and end result looks great.

I have used them before and so has other members of the family. We had a real problem with a job that was supposed to take a few days and even though we added a few extra bits that they said they could do no problem in a short amount of time, this took 6 months and they were obviously working us around other jobs and the excuses for turning up were bad, but so was the quality of the work. After a long battle I decided life is too short and just asked for them to finish the job. They came back and hid work behind a washing machine that when I moved, I realised they had lied and not done the work. I now have to get another electrician to complete the work work and do the what they should have done. Just the certificates for some work took nearly a year to arrive, landlords beware. I will not use this company again and recommend that you do not also. It has been a year since the work they completed and two since other work has been completed and I have had to get people in to check and fix work completed on both. I would definitely not use this company again and highly suggest other people do the same.

I have used Arcs and Sparks 3 times and can only say the very best things about them. They were extremely helpful, very supportive of me the customer, keeping me informed of any difficulties. They were reasonable in price but the quality of their work was a high standard. On my last request which was an emergency they were able to offer immediate support. Unreserved recommendation.

Very disappointing. After using this firm many times in the past, I suspect they are now getting a bit too busy to bother. Was promised a callback at least three times after leaving detailed messages about some work I wanted done, and never heard a word!
