Essex Electrical Solutions Ltd

Can't recommend this company enough. Had a problem with lights at my mother's house. Dan and his sorted the problem efficiently and at a reasonable cost Many thanks Peter

Daniel was good to work with, very helpful and mindful with what they were helping us with. Shows great expertise on what they do! Would Recommend

Absolutely amazing service from Dan at Essex Electrical Solutions Ltd. Very polite, friendly and professional. Came out on Sunday afternoon to look at our cooker that stopped working, found the issue straight away and isolated it as potential hazard. Came back on Tuesday with no hesitation to wire up the new cooker. Could not ask for a better service! Thank you so much!

Outstanding service! Quick, efficient, and professional. I had an emergency with a broken dimmer switch late at night, and they came to the rescue swiftly. The technician was super friendly, explained everything clearly, and fixed the issue with speed and expertise. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend!

Dan has done a few jobs for us in a few houses we have owned and has always done a great job. We have just had Nest Thermostats fitted to a new property and outside down lights with smart controls fitted. They have done a lovely job clean and tidy and always helpful and polite took most of the day to install looks lovely and works well. Could not recommend enough for any electrical work you require.

Dan from Essex Electrical Solutions came to fit 3 ceiling fans for me today. Dan arrived exactly on time, was professional, friendly and good to have a chat with! He did the job promptly, left each room clean and tidy and was generally a great tradesperson to deal with! As and when we might need other works doing, I'll be giving Dan a call! Cheers mate. 👍

I've used ESS on many occasions & am always happy with the work done. Highly recommend

I would like to express my gratitude towards Essex Electrical Solutions for the excellent work they did. I needed an electrical test done quickly due to renting out my property. However, the previous owners had done a lot of DIY electrics which made the task challenging. Essex Electrical Solutions came to the rescue and did not pressure me into using their services. They advised me to get alternate quotes, which I did, but all other quotes were more expensive. I was thrilled with the quality of work done by Essex Electrical Solutions and would highly recommend their services to anyone in need.

Always professional and helpful. Trustworthy and reasonably priced. I wouldn't dare to call any other company to deal with our electricity.

We needed an electrical certificate quite promptly which was arranged quickly, and had a full electrical test done on the property. We were advised on the visit that there were a few issues that needed to be addressed and was given a few different options on the day regarding which route we could take to rectify those problems and get us a satisfactory certificate. However, once they left the property, we were sent a full breakdown, totalling to nearly a thousand pound. We feel that as we explained we needed the works doing asap, they took advantage of the situation and only gave us the most expensive quotation for works that didn't need doing, atleast not to that level, as we were quoted for a new consumer unit, which did not need to be replaced. We decided to get a 2nd opinion, whose quotation was a fraction of their price and they completed the works in a couple of hours, and supplied us with a certificate. Wouldn't recommend as we feel we were being ripped off.

Essex Electrical replaced our consumer unit and did a great job. It solved the problem we had at the time. Very much recommended

Dan was a pleasure to deal with - very friendly and reliable.

Sent 2 kids to my property who listed sheds on my property as electrically unsafe . Despite no electrics in shed s . Kids barely knew how to operate thier testing machines. When thier boss turned up next evening after many calls . He changed a light pendant that I had to go get or him as he had no equipment stock screws or even screw driver . Unbelievable. Then made several excuses as to why he had not produced a certificate . Eventually after an argument another day, he produced a fail certificate that did not match the property electrical layout. Will be claiming online for moneys paid . Do not trust this company 👎. Sad but true .

I found this business on TrustATrader. Essex Electrical Solutions removed 5 old electric radiators from the electricity supply and attached 4 new heaters. Service carried out efficiently and professionally at an affordable price. I would recommend this company for any work of this nature.

More fantastic jobs by Essex Electrical Solutions. Dan & Team have completed several jobs for us over the past few months, including supplying & fitting new kitchen led lights, smoke & heat alarms. And also upgraded our garage lighting. They also fitted an outdoor / weather proof double power socket. Replaced & upgraded several ceiling roses. But the highlight has been the outstanding job the guys did installing full electrics & lights in our summerhouse / cabin, including an external security light. Friendly, professional service. Would highly recommend.

Friendly and professional service, very reliable and knowledable. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

EES won the job by providing the most competitive quote. They completed the works specified, on schedule and at the quoted price. Their communication is excellent and they are happy to provide advice when needed. A very professional company company who listens to their customers needs.

Have used Dan on a few occasions now and work is always completed to a good standard. Very friendly and genuine guy. Would recommend..

very tidy work.

After being let down by another electrician I contacted Essex Electrical Solutions who were able to come out and take down three pendant lights for me that same day due to us moving house. Dan was extremely professional and very helpful despite it being such a small job - I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a great electrician. 5*

Highly recommended- couldn’t ask for a better company to do the job!

I hired Essex Electrical Solutions to replace an old outdoor light & push doorbell. When the doorbell proved problematic Dan came back to help me have the kit tested and would not give up until the problem was solved! Professional & courteous, I would highly recommend this company.

The work was carried out very professionally and to a good standard, for a very reasonable price.

Excellent work. Great communication!

We recently had a full rewire of our property with Essex Electrical Solutions Ltd. From the initial consultation they were very happy to answer any questions we had and discuss the best options of us with regards to a job so large. They communicated with us throughout and updated us with progress when required. The work was good value for money when compared to other companies offering the same work to be completed, and the job was completed to a brilliant standard. They did not leave any mess behind and the house was not as dusty as expected due to the tools they used. Very happy with the work and would definitely recommend!

Dan and his team were great. Professional and friendly service. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend EES who just did full re-wire of our 3 bed semi. Excellent, professional team. From Dan's first visit to discuss the job to the first day when the team arrived on the dot (as they did every day) to the final day ahead of schedule, we had total confidence in their expertise. All the team were very polite and pleasant to work with. Each day Dan or Mat would show us and talk us through their progress. They cleaned up every day to keep a clear work environment and so we could walk around safely. EES were not only skilled but also cared about being in our home. We don’t hesitate to give EES the highest recommendation.

Spoke over the phone ,guiding me through various steps to find the source of the problem of the rcd circuit kept tripping. Issue resolved. Polite and informative as well as good communication to help through the issues.

Works carried out with care, attention to detail and professionalism. Used quality materials and cleared up after work was completed. I can recommend Essex Electrical Solutions for all domestic repairs and installation

Matt did a brilliant job on a new fusebox and bathroom light install on my house. He explained what he was doing along the way and was very tidy. Dan was also very helpful when i rang about a quote and the rate was better than expected compared to others! I highly recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic. Hard working, professional and trustworthy. Wouldn't use any other electrician.

I live in Huddersfield and Dan recently carried out an EICR for a rental property I own in Basildon. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, arranged gaining access to the property with the Management Agent and kept me fully updated at all stages. This made it really easy and hassle free, which is what I needed, being over 200 miles away. I would recommend Essex Electrical Solutions and have no reservations about using them in the future.

Brilliant service - couldn't be happier. Fitted 3 lights with no problems, wouldn't hesitate to recommend

I have used the firm a few times now and it has been a hassle free experience. Whether it was for my home or a rental property I own, EES ltd have provided the service I required at a sensible price. I shall definitely be giving them a ring when I need an EICR next year.

"Dan was very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. We were very impressed with his work."

"Excellent friendly and efficient service. Thank you!"

"Very knowledgeable, Fast working, cleaned up after, Friendly. Very pleased with the work, I will use again."

I had a ongoing project to renovate my house and Dan helped every step of the way with suggestions and ways to keep the costs down. Came on multiple occasions and worked with me and the results are fantastic. Need to find a new project we can work on now! Very helpful, gave good advice. Really pleased with the work.

Excellent service. On time. Good workmanship.

"Dan has done work for me twice. Both times he has done a first class job and will recommend him to anyone needing electrical work."

Excellent! Would definitely recommend. Really efficient and pleasant to have around the house.

Excellent! Nice, efficient, knows his job, cleaned as he went along. Very helpful.

Attended our property on the same day as our call. Excellent work and attitude. Already booked to undertake further work.

"I rang Dan in the morning, on the off-chance, with an emergency. My elderly mother's ancient fluorescent strip light had stopped working rendering her vulnerable when climbing the stairs. Having explained this to Dan, he readily agreed to attend in the afternoon. He replied very quickly to text messages and rang in the early afternoon to ask if he could attend an hour earlier than previously agreed. He brought the new light and fittings with him, was polite and courteous from the outset. The work was carried out with no fuss and he took the old fittings and light away for disposal. Excellent."

Excellent standard of work. Dan came around, we discussed the details of the work needed. A very good price and time for doing it was agreed. Dan was punctual, tidy and carried the work out with a minimum of fuss. Something you don’t always get these days. Very pleased with my choice and would definitely recommend to others. I will also be using him again, in my new property.

Very friendly, clean, tidy and does a great job

Very good electrician. We will always use Dan for our electrics

"After having Dan and Troy in my home for 4 days, I can honestly say a job I had been dreading 4 weeks before Christmas, turned out to be so well executed that I was left wondering what I had ever been anxious about in the first place. They worked with precision, speed and consideration. I felt comfortable with them here, and equally as comfortable going out, they are trustworthy, down to earth guys and we are very happy with them. The best suprise for me was realising you could hardly even tell they had been here at all! Very conscientious, very neat and tidy- just brilliant! Thanks again! ??"

I had confidence in Dan from our first meeting. He is very knowledgeable and actually appears to enjoy his work. I know absolutely nothing about electrics but Dan explained everything - what needed doing and how. The quote was very reasonable and did not change. Extra work in addition to the quote was requested and Dan did this - nothing was too much trouble - he will always find a way to do what's needed. He also always has a smile on his face. I have no hesitation in recommending Essex Electrical Solutions and will definitely use again. Thank you Dan

Dan replaced an old consumer unit for me and also carried out an electrical test . I found him to be courteous , very knowledgeable and tidy . Will definitely use him again.
