We contacted Winfield on a Sunday due to a problem with our hard wired smoke alarms - despite the fact it was Sunday he was very helpful and provided a quote to replace the smoke detectors the following day. Winfield is a rare find - a polite, professional who turned up on time and also sorted out a few other problems as well as the problems raised. I would highly recommend Winfield.
Absolutely fantastic service. We needed an electrician out of hours while we were away and my mum was looking after the kids, so it was quite a stressful situation to try and sort from a distance. He was absolutely amazing from start to finish so helpful, reassuring and professional and got everything sorted for us. It was such a relief knowing it was being dealt with properly, especially when we weren’t there ourselves. Honestly a lifesaver and we couldn’t have asked for better service. So grateful for his help and would 100% recommend. Thank you so much!

Amazing service called first thing on a Sunday morning and he was there within 30 minutes. Isolated the issue within 10 minutes. Very helpful for a stressful situation

Responded immediately to a 0630 call and was on site an hour later. Very courteous and friendly. Rapidly identified the reason for the entire power outage and isolated it , restoring power to the household. Agreed follow up action. A very good experience. We will be using Winfield again.
Never turned up on two occasions
When we were in despair due to emergency electrical differculties due to water leaking into electric light fittings , our housing association failed to send us an electrician, after waiting for 7 hours for housing out of hours to then find no one was coming we found winfield in Google search and he came he phoned when he was on his way, he came within the hour and isolated the light fitting so it was made safe for my family. I cannot rate this lovely man highly enough for what he did for us, and I would use his service again and recommend him to anyone needing an electrician 10/10 for his work and so polite and consideration he also ad ised me on other faults our housing electricians had to repair on .
Unbelievably amazing service. Extremely knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Such a friendly and caring attitude to the situation of my 94 year old mum being without power. Sorted so she and the family are back to normal. Highly recommended by us. Was emergency call out on a late Sunday afternoon. Thank you Winfield.
Winfield turned up early, explained exactly what he was going to do and did it all brilliantly! I am VERY fussy when it comes to quality of work, and his was absolutely spot on! There is nothing at all that I could fault. Tidied up after himself and explained everything again before he left. Felt his price was too low for the length of time he spent and the quality of the work, so gave him a bit extra. You won't be disappointed. A genuinely nice, bloke with great skill.
Winfield arrived on time and logically and quickly solved the problem. Now back in the hot tub enjoying some relaxation. Cheers.

Attended for my landlords, had a very unnerving manner, intrusive and made us feel uneasy. Seemed more interested in trying to get work from the engineer installing a car charger than the job he was actually there for, even took pictures if the other guys work for his own reference.
