New Distribution Board. As I've found too many don't, it's worth saying my experience was that Jack always answered his emails in a timely manner and turned up for appointments when he said he would. He offered a couple of different ways of achieving what I wanted and his explanation of how everything worked was really useful in me understanding how the options played out. The end result was excellent. He stated a price and stuck to it, despite the odd surprise with the job. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Jack saved me when I had paid out for an EICR for my 2 bed house before we sold to a new build company. The company who did the EICR told me there was a problem with the electrics and they need another £360 upfront to fix it. I panic googled and got in touch with Jack who was so friendly and reassuring- he popped over a couple of days later, was knowledgeable and thorough and has taken the time to write me an email to add to the EICR explaining that there actually wasn't any faults when he was testing. Wow! What an electrician Jack is! Turned up on time, and fully explained everything! Even though the light he put in the loft wouldn't be seen, the installation and tidiness of the job was second to none (and I am extremely fussy). Before he left, I'd booked him for another 2 jobs. Top notch service from Jack! I called with a lighting issue and Jack was over within 20 minutes on a day off. He quickly identified an issue that a previous electrician hadn't been able to and had it rectified in no time. He was very tidy and very methodical and took time to explain the cause which is great so I can look out for it in the future. Most of all a really nice guy! Jack genuinely saved us today when we accidentally drilled through a cable and took out the sockets in the house, he came round on a Saturday immediately and was here in 20 minutes!!! and solved it for a very reasonable price. By luck we wanted a socket on the wall for the TV so Jack turned a negative into a positive and put a socket on the wall for us I highly recommend this company and will use him again in future, and check for cables better next time!

We had a great experience with Jack when our bathroom extractor fan started making an awful noise. He came over and talked us through the best option for our bathroom and even disconnected the broken fan so we could use our bathroom light again. Despite being busy, he squeezed us in at his first opportunity. He installed the new extractor, and also fixed some dodgy wiring he found in the old system. He also added an isolator as our old one didn’t have one and a timer so we don’t have to leave our light on all day. The new fan is much more powerful but also so quiet! He was polite, friendly and tidy. Taking the time to explain things to us. We are looking forward to getting some under counter lights fitted in the new year too! Jack came out to us on a Friday evening after our hot water system was deemed unsafe by a gas engineer. He had an immersion wire fitted and hot water sorted in an hour. He was friendly, knowledgable and extremely helpful. We are very grateful and he will definitely be our first port of call for all electrical matters in the future!

I had an emergency smoke detector issue at my home and contacted Jack after finding his details online. He answered the phone immediately and was able to arrange a time later that day to take a look at the faulty detector. In the end, he came earlier than expected and quoted for and fitted my new detectors that same afternoon.
