I found black rock very efficient and the owner personally called out to survey the work.He was very knowledgable and explained the way everything worked in a way which was easy to understand .When the word was carried out it was done on the date arranged and finished all on the same day with no fuss or mess.

BlackRock Electrical have carried out extensive work for us over the last 2 months, and we could not recommend them highly enough. They have rewired our house and extensive outbuildings, and the work has been carried out meticulously and in a timely fashion. The electricians working on site are punctual and hard working, and Lee was excellent in planning the work needed beforehand, and was always available for further ongoing discussion. Definitely a 5* company.

Just got the plan of work so far but very satisfied with excellent communication from all the team - including when we requested a change of plan, which was responded to quickly. Looking forward to the finished installation

Excellent and prompt

When i first contacted Lee i had system that was installed by someone else that gone out of buisness. My battery was not working properly, so Lee sent Jaimie to give it a good check found some things that needed sorting, and then fixed them. Next Lee sent George and Harry to fit an i boost which is performing great. I then misused my battery and it stopped working. Lee then advised me as to what batteries would work best with my exsiting inverters. As he and his team had not worked with them before they took a course so they could. My Batteries are Duracell 5 kw x2 were installed and commisond by Jaimie and Harry and are working very well. Maria was the person that knitted all this together always there and helping to make happen. As a rule i do not leave reviews but i am so impressed by the work Lee and his team have done. But also the attitude and the ability to adapt when there were issues. And finally the calmness, professionalisim they have shown is,i find,rare these days. To say that i am happy with Lee and his team at BlackRock Electrical would a massive understatement Tom

An excellent experience with BlackRock Electrical Ltd. After contact, a quote was supplied for the work and the electrician, Jamie, came on time with her colleague. The ceiling fan was promptly re-fitted securely and efficiently. The invoice amount was the same as the quotation and we were very pleased with the work done.

BlackRock were an incredible help when our electric boiler broke down! Not only are they really nice people to deal with, they also came round as soon as they could, were able to identify the problem, and carried out the fix within two days. They clearly took pride in their work; not least ensuring all the labels are beautifully aligned. Support following the installation has been really superb. Lee came to help installing an electric car charger - He identified and recommended me one of the superior chargers which allows you to conveniently set timer! (If you want to charge at night where tariff is cheaper without messing up your sleep). It really is a good quality one compared to other commercially available chargers. He is very professional, helpful with advice, and easy to get on with. I would highly recommend getting Lee and BlackRock Electrical! He will make sure everything is in place right!

We were looking for an electrical wall charging point installed for our vehicle, which was something we knew little about. When we contacted BlackRock Electrical for a quote he was responsive and gave us some ideas as well as suggestions of a wall charger which would suit our needs both present and in the future.
