Aquablast provided a brilliant service, from the initial phone call to Jane she was able to get a team to come promptly first thing this morning. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful and they resolved the problem straightaway. Thank you I would highly recommend Aquablast.

Booked them 3 days prior. Promised we would be first & arrival would be between 8:30am & 9am. Said it would take about an hour. So with that info I took a half day from work. 12:30pm still haven't arrived as they went to other jobs first. So had to cancel. So lost half a days pay for no reason. Very poor

The office staff were polite and helpful, and the engineers were efficient and courteous at all times, and reassuring that the blockage problem would be resolved. Jane and Steve went over and beyond in providing assistance and support in trying to resolve an additional somewhat stressful problem encountered, and I cannot thank them enough. Was behind one of your vans MF68 VLZ on the A46 on the 6th of May 2024. I was appalled to see the driver tossing their rubbish out the window of the van. Would avoid on this reason alone.

Asked for a callout through their online enquiry this morning. Had an email with prices not long after. They turned up that afternoon to sort it out. They charge an hourly rate which is very reasonable and do whatever needs to be done to fix it without charging extra. Sorted out the problem, they were really professional and I would definitely use them again.

Very good from start to finish, no waiting to get through on the phone, very friendly with helpful call back, we arranged an emergency call out quite late, and they arrived soon, which for late on a Friday evening was very much appreciated. Dan was very friendly and helpful throughout, and was quickly able to fix the problem. I thoroughly recommend Aquablast, and if we have any issues in the future, they will certainly be our first port of call.

Joe is a well-seasoned engineer to handle the job. Happy to do extra mile to make the drain system back to work. Polite and professional. Ring us 30 mins before arrival and clean the site with no mess. Highly recommended.

Wayne did a really great job, he was polite, really went the extra mile and out of office hours to boot! His blood, sweat and tears (mine, of joy) went a long way for us today. I wanted to say a massive thank you. Today I had Aquablast out to look at my outside drains - I know nothing about how they work and it turns out nothing was wrong. I then got told the job was free if charge because my wife and I work as doctors in the NHS. I was truly touched and I'm very grateful. An honest service with superb integrity. We had to move out to alow some significant work under our basement floor. Aquablast were so professional, reliable and trustworthy. Our home was left so clean and tidy on our return. Having a family member with significant additional needs, this situation was very very stressful. However Aqua blast treated my family with great respect and care. They communicated at each stage. Received an excellent service from Aquablast. My drain was blocked due to my daughter unbeknown to us flushing wet wipes down the loo. We received a visit within the hour, the problem was sorted very quickly and efficiently and for a very reasonable price. Honest reliable company, we wouldn’t use anyone else in the future.

We had a pub full of people in the pub last Saturday when we had a blockage with our drains which meant human waste coming up through the drains inside the pub. I phoned Steve & Jane what arranged an engineer who turned up within 10 minutes and cleared all blockages. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Star service. Thank you

Did a decent job for me ( jetting a sewer drain ). Arrived on time and at a sensible price. Cant be fairer than that. Actually they can! The chap after getting my horridly blocked drain flowing again said the block actually went under my fence into my neighbours garden. Was happy to write this on the invoice for me so I was then able to reclaim it all from wessexwater as it was a block in the public pipe not just my private drain. Thanks.

I called the 0800 number for my drain problem. The two men who came out were very nice and helpful. The blockage was undone but no one was sure why it happened. They mentioned putting a camera down (also to see if the drain was shared). However I had thought this was inclusive in the service, apparently not another £100 or so for the camera, you pay for up to an hour of their time and this only took up to 15-20 minutes. So beware jetting and camera cost extra £££s, it was not mentioned when I called up and I did explain this is the 2nd time this had happened.

Friendly outfit that made a real effort to accommodate our emergency on a weekend. Fair pricing compared to a couple other outfits I rang on a Saturday. Would recommend them

100% kind, reliable and honest service. They came out following a call out from another firm. The other firm had told me the repairs would cost £4,000. Aquablast did they job for £100. The went to great pains to confirm exactly what the costs would be for different scenarios, they called back after to see whether they could help with my difficulties with the first firm and they gave amazing customer service. I am recommending them to everyone I know. Kind, honest people.
