We are very pleased with the drain survey we received. The survey was extremely detailed and carried out professionally, giving us a clear understanding of the findings. We were really impressed with how quickly the report was sent across afterwards. We initially had an issue opening the report, but Kirsty resolved this straight away and made sure we had access to everything we needed. Highly recommend this company, polite well spoken knew exactly what to do, the downstairs toilet was draining very slow effecting the sinks too, he located the little manhole out the front it was full, cleared the blockage tested the system all is back flowing fine. Absolutely fantastic service from JD Drainage. Engineer Dave came out on a Saturday night and worked late into the evening to clear a blocked external drain for us. He was friendly, professional, and clearly very experienced. He got straight to the problem and didn’t leave until everything was fully sorted. Really impressed with the quick response and dedication, would highly recommend.
Not long after moving into our new home, we found an unpleasant puddle on the driveway and realised our drains were blocked. With it being a Saturday, we thought we were going to be stuck with the problem until Monday. After trying a few well-known drainage companies and getting no response, I called JD Drainage Solutions and they answered straight away. They said someone would be out in about two hours. To our surprise, Jack arrived in just 30 minutes because he was already nearby. He was brilliant. He quickly found the cause of the blockage, sorted it out, and even carried out a camera inspection which highlighted a few things that could cause problems in future. Really grateful for the fast response and great service. Highly recommend.

Thank you JD Drainage for sorting my out my shitty manhole, Jack and his big partner Barry quickly resolved the problem, once they’d cleared the blockage the used there special hi tec camera and found roots growing through my drains, they then gave me a solution to repair the drains without having to dig up my driveway, brilliant service, brilliant technology, brilliant company!!!!!!!

I had Jack and his team to do a drainage survey on a property I was purchasing. I needed it to be done quickly, which they kindly did for me. They found a few issues which meant the drains needed to be flushed. They arranged with the agent to come back to flush the drains and continue the survey. Some of the drains were difficult to flush and it took them a lot longer than expected, but they got the job done, and quickly gave me a thorough and well explained report. Great customer service, and a hard working team! I’ll definitely be using them in the future and would recommend them for any drainage problems!

What can I say....Bang on time, job discussed, options given for curing the ground water flooding. Camera deployed followed by jetting. To cure the problem completely would have been well outside my budget, so a compromise was agreed. Very happy with result and can strongly recommend this company. Brilliant service from beginning to end. Called JD Drainage today at 1221hrs spoke to and explained the issue to the young lady who was extremely helpful and arranged a site visit. The engineer, Jack was on site within half an hour. He explained the process and approximate cost. The cleaning process was completed mess free and within the quoted timeframe. Top class from start to finish. Called at 7.30 this morning, no answer but was called back within minutes. Everything was explained price wise over the phone, and they were able to get someone to me within 1 hour. Everything is now fully working, no mess left outside, for something that I thought was going to be stressful to sort, it was completely stress free. Would highly recommend.
