Ryan from Fastdrains came to install a ratblocker for us. Despite the handles on the manhole cover being broken, he had the cover off in seconds and the ratblocker fitted a few minutes later. Also made sure there were no other rat entry points in the system, very knowledgeable and helpful - highly recommended.

Had major issues with blocked sewer system. Ryan arranged for Elliot and Will to attend who cleared blockage but after camera investigation found we had problems with old pipe system. All remedial work was explained and quoted for with repairs carried out until late in the evening on the same day in order to get job done. Excellent service and I would highly recommend this company.

Our flat experienced a pipe blockage in an awkward location. Despite concerns from an expensive plumber, Ryan was extremely reassuring, and confident that he could solve the issue with minimal disruption. He arrived at my flat quickly, immediately isolated the problem and had it fixed in 10% of the time I expected, whilst actually leaving my pipe system in a better state than when he found it. Absolutely fantastic. Would recommend to anyone.

Ryan answered our call late in the evening as a shared drain had blocked. He was out first thing in the morning trying to unblock it, and has been a massive help in trying to resolve it with Southern Water. We'd definitely recommend him and will most definitely be asking him back for some more work to be done.

Received several calls this week from a company saying they are 'Southern Water & Drains' and have tried to take a payment which has failed. Asked for bank a/c details which I refused to give. CaIler became agressive. I know the companies I pay my bill too!. Phoned SD&W Ltd yesterday 11/03/24 and today to check with them. Treated with respect, understanding and given some advice. Thanks folks.

Took longer than expected to arrive, but quickly got to it and kept costs to minimum. No extra charge for using camera after jet wash. Would use again

Professional, friendly and knowledgeable! We are extremely happy with the service and work we received for our recent blocked drain and replacement of the cracked gulley. Whilst there were some difficulties scheduling work due to the weather, I was impressed with the level of comms from Ryan regarding changes in plans.

Ryan was very quick and helpful with our blockage, shared some very good advice for any future problems we could have in regards to old interceptor and we were very happy with the service, would definitely use again.

Charged an obscene amount of money and promised to leave my toilet in the state they found it but in reality left it with a hole in the wall, tiles dismantled and covered in sewage floor to ceiling. The toilet was unblocked but only temporarily and the problem returned a month later. No response when I contacted the company on sms and messenger.

We had someone out to fix a blockage only 6 weeks ago and got charged almost £2k and now it is back again. No one is responding to our messages. It says on their website they guarantee their work but they’ve not fixed our problem at all which is ridiculous for the money they charged us. We now can’t use our bath or downstairs toilet and cannot afford to spend more money like this to rectify it. Do not use this company, they are daylight robbery and don’t even fully fix the problems. We didn’t even get told how much we would be charged and they just stung us with a huge bill at the end of 1 days work. They also left our toilet in a complete mess with poo everywhere and a hole in the wall which we had to pay someone to fix despite them saying they “leave everything how they found it”. Disgusting service.

Ryan is a 100 human in one, From the call to explain the issue with my sink, to his replies over the phone and during the work were all great In no time he did a perfect and clean unblocking , advised me on how best to use the sink. I would recommend him a thousand time and I could give him millions of 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠

If you need someone to do your job quick and safe,I would highly recommend them.he unblock the pipe so fast then he explained what might have caused the pipe to block and advise me how to prevent this from happening in the future .absolutely professional team

Ryan did an amazing job. He thoroughly explained the problem with our sewage pipe work and talked us through step by step. Clean, efficient and hard working. Striving to get the job done as economically as he could for us without scrimping on quality. I hope I never have to use him again but if I do he will be the first call I make.

I have used southern drainage now a few times over a number of years. Their prices are fair and workmanship is to a very good standard. Most recently they installed a new manhole for the main drain and installed a eco drain outside my new garage. They always leave my house clean and tidy. It’s always a bit daunting when you have to have engineers at your property because of an emergency. However, from the outset, Ryan and Martin put me at ease. They were polite and extremely knowledgeable and explained what they were doing throughout the process; I never realised how interesting drainage can be. The Team completed the job quickly and to an extremely high standard. The most refreshing bit, was how well the they cleaned up after the job was completed, that is rare these days and very welcome. Would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely use again.

We are a small close of 4 houses built about 37 years ago. On our private road there are 2 rainwater drains that go to soakaways. Unfortunately both of these have been pretty poor for a number of years, and the excessive rainfall this Winter has made the problem untenable. Southern Drainage and Water came along and cleared something like a hundredweight of silt out of them and high-pressure jetted them out further. They responded very quickly to our cry for help and got the problem sorted the next day. Nice job. Thanks fellas.

These guys were very helpful, and did a great job of clearing a very nasty blockage in our drains. I have deducted one star, because they did a CCTV survey, which we paid for on the day, but have yet to receive (nearly 3 months later).
