Drain Direct

Made contact with Drain Direct and spoke with Elliot, job arranged and sorted same day. Couldn’t ask for a better service, friendly and efficient. I will be using again. Thanks to Elliot and the team!

Amazing service by Elliot who came out within the hour and sorted my blocked drain out. Will definitely use Drain Direct/Elliot again if I need too.

My husband and I thought we had a blockage in our main drain, called Drain Direct and they answered immediately and advised they’ll be able to attend the same day. I was updated with a courtesy call when they were on their way. Very friendly and explaining everything clearly. Any problems in the future I’ll be calling Drain Direct.

Amazing service from Elliot and his team, cannot thank them enough !

A short summary, trying to sell our house it came to light that a sewer build over was not applied for by Southern Water!! I contacted Drains Direct to see if they could support with the issue. They sent out a very experienced engineer Elliott, we discussed the situation and he was very understanding. Elliot took complete control of the issue as if it was his own personal issue. He contacted Southern Water and as requested applied for a retrospective build over, Southern Water were very slow to respond but Elliot was relentless chasing them daily. Eventually Southern Water excepted the retrospective build over and Elliot quickly carried out the work to the standards Southern Water requested to a very professional standard. He then chased Southern Water Surveyors to sign off the work ASAP which they now have. On a personal note Elliot has been so supportive and understanding it was a breath of fresh air to find someone so committed to customer service and supporting myself to conclude this issue even through all the challenges he experienced with Southern Water never knocked him back he just kept on fighting for us to resolve the issue. Many thanks Elliot, you have been a life saver. All the best Paul Hay

I called Elliot out to help us identify the cause of a blockage and subsequent leak. He was able to come swiftly, same day and help us identify the cause, where it was, fix the problem and how to prevent it happening again. Excellent and thorough service, explained clearly and all costs broken down and report written. Very professional. Will use again. Thank you!

I am extremely impressed with the fast & efficient service I received from Damian the engineer who unblocked my toilet. Damian was friendly and extremely thorough in explaining the process. Thank you ever so much.

Great service, very helpful.

We could get an appointment on the day, for our emergency. Within 3 hours from the call we had Joel, who spent all the afternoon working under a terrible weather, cleaning the drain for us, constantly warning me about the expected expenses, giving plenty of advice. He took a video of the pipes and provided us with it, in case we can claim for the work. Everything was perfect and fixed, and he gave us another call a few days later to check if we were ok. I would highly recommend Joel and Direct Drains!

This company is a life saver...after being badly let down by Homeserve who I have Drainage Cover with I contacted Drain Direct and I spoke to Max who took down my details and the urgency of the matter...within 15 minutes he had allocated me a Drainage engineer who was currently working on another job about 50 miles from where I live..Joel (the allocated engineer) rang me twice to keep me updated on his arrival time..Once he got to my home he was a true professional...thorough..polite..friendly..meticulous in every way..every piece of equipment he needed.without any doubt this is the best Drainage company I have used and I cannot praise them enough..100%recommended..an absolute life line to me...thank you Drain Direct guys
