What the EPC covers
An EPC records the energy efficiency of a property on an A–G scale: its current rating, its potential rating after improvements, and the recommended measures to get there. It is required whenever a property is built, sold or let. A domestic EPC only becomes valid once an accredited Domestic Energy Assessor lodges it to the national EPC register, which issues the register reference and validity date; Tradehand helps you record the assessment details and produce the report around that.
