What the boiler service record covers
A boiler service record documents a routine annual service of a gas boiler. It records the appliance make, model and location, the gas-tightness and flue checks, electrical bonding, any parts fitted, whether the appliance is safe to use and the next service due date: the record a homeowner or landlord keeps as proof the boiler was maintained. Keep the actual manufacturer or Benchmark service record where required; this is a separate work record.

What does the record capture?
The appliance make, model and location, the gas-tightness test, flue integrity, electrical bonding, any parts fitted, whether it is safe to use and the next service due date: exported as a PDF for the customer's file.
