Ben and his team did a great job when carrying out our loft conversion. It was carried out quickly and to a high standard. From start to finish was 7 weeks which the neighbours and myself were very happy with The quoting process was easy. Did an online estimate and after sharing plans along with a site visit the actual difference from the estimate was minimal. I was very happy with the cost and was within a couple of hundred pounds of a competitor. There were some extras such as a new fuse board and a boiler move but rather charge and extortionate amount as his foot was already in the door Ben just said to pay the trades direct at cost. I work in construction myself and knew exactly what I wanted. Ben successfully delivered and to a standard I am very happy with. I would have no problem recommending Ben or giving a reference. We are looking to move in the near future and will definitely be using Ben on the next loft

We have been enjoying the new bedroom and ensuite bathroom in our loft conversion for almost 2 years. I was very pleased with the initial design, I didn’t have to change much about the layout. From start to finish the team have done a great job. The build went according to plan, despite a period of severe storms and winds, and was kept within budget. I was constantly kept informed about the progress and consulted on decisions big and small.

My wife and I had Urban loft conversions carry out our work and we found the team very professional. They left the drive way swept each day, before they left. When they cut through the ceiling to fit the stairs they covered the carpet and sealed the bedroom doors with masting tape around the edges. They then wiped down all the wood work and had a furrow hover up at the end of the day, we was very grateful because we was dreading this part of the job, we can't stand our home to be dirty and dusty. We was also very pleased with the quality of work and the documentation provided for each payment.
