Very poor communication by reception staff . Three times over past few weeks I have rung and booked to see my friend and each time I’m assured it’s noted in their diary. Each time it seems it’s not been logged and my friend has gone out for a walk ! What else is one supposed to do to ensure a booking ?
Sam Eyles was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout, very professional and knowledgeable, we really felt like we were in safe hands The facility is beautiful and really well maintained, the rooms and en-suites presented wonderfully with so much to offer in personalised care and the salon is fabulous Knocks the socks off the competition and we’ve seen quite a few, really impressed

Although I have never stayed at Banstead Luxury Care home from my recent visit I was very impressed with all the friendly and attentive staff. There was a professional whilst relaxed feeling to the cafe and lounge area. Many residents has family members with them, playing games and chatting. I was part of a networking group of local quality care providers and the quality of cleanliness, staff and food stood out to me.
Banstead Manor is a lovely home with first class facilities and caring staff. The best thing about it is the way that the team go above and beyond to support the residents and their individual needs. I wanted to share a recent example. Due to his condition my dad struggles to engage socially and rarely wants to get involved with the day to day activities despite encouragement from his family and the team. One of the carers (Toni) discovered he had an interest in Concorde and decided to put together a presentation that he and the other residents could attend. She took the time to research, prepare and deliver it herself and It was wonderful to see my Dad so engaged and sharing his thoughts and experiences. Thank you Toni and the whole Banstead team for your ongoing kindness and for looking after him so well.
My mum received 6 weeks respite care in June & July 24 after breaking her arm. Mum's care from all the staff at Banstead Manor was outstanding. We wanted the best care for mum and I've no doubt we got it. Mum received 24m hour help at Banstead Manor, the team there made her as comfortable as possible. It helped our family knowing she was receiving the very best care. Thank you Banstead Manor for keeping all your promises.

As you walk in there is a lovely atmosphere. The team are friendly and helpful. The gardens are beautiful with plenty of places to sit and admire

Such a beautiful home. Always spotlessly clean, light and bright with lovely furnishings. Gardens are peaceful and beautifully maintained. Great location. Tasty menus and an abundance of cake! Warm and friendly staff who provide outstanding care to all of their residents.
Banstead Manor Care Home is like walking into a 5 star hotel; beautifully appointed and with fantastic facilities such as the Cafe, Cinema, restaurants, Lounges and manicured gardens to sit in. The range of activities, suitable for those on their Dementia journey as well as those who are not, is also very impressive with lively staff to support all of the residents. Overall, a really impressive care home.
New home friendly helpful staff good atmosphere for the elderly. Have in laws residing here.Good parking outside. Lots of activities laid on for residents.

Banstead Manor have made what was a very difficult life style change for my mother in law into a relatively stressfree eperience. All in all I cant fault the care and compassion they have shown. Food is excellent (very important), her room is lovely and she has settled in well. Amazingly she is even joining in with the activities and has made some friends. We are very happy and relieved she is being looked after so well.
