After going to 3 local (Dorset) bathroom fitting retailers, we chose Bathroom Elegance to supply fittings for 2 bathrooms. Their service was superb. Sales staff are extremely friendly, patient, responsive and reliable. They are clearly very experienced and have huge knowledge of the products they sell. Prices were very competitive and they immediately price matched to online retailers. Cannot fault their service. Their recommendation of fitters was also very good. Some 2 years later we had a problem with a shower door enclosure and they sent a fitter (twice) to fix the problem at no charge! Their after sales service is certainly second to none in my experience.
From the very first meeting Emma Simpson at Bathroom Elegance understood the brief and did great designs for two bathrooms and a downstairs loo. The attention to detail was amazing, the cost breakdown easy to understand and within a couple of tweaks we had the designs nailed. Emma recommended Gareth Marriott as an installer and his work was absolutely stunning - he stripped out the rooms, retiled floors and walls and installed everything without a single problem. The finish is unbelievable, in fact it’s hard to tell the difference between Emma’s CG renders and photographs of the finished project. I would totally recommend Bathroom Elegance and Gareth Marriott, the combination is perfect!
Whole process incredibly easy, from site visit to bathroom design, and subsequent fitting of 2 bathrooms. Would highly recommend and would use again.

We purchased all our bathroom fixtures from this company and have now completed the bathroom and cloakroom. The quality is superb and as customers were treated with great respect and courtesy by Lawrence. He was so helpful in assisting us on making our final selection. We plan to move in the next couple of years and will certainly go back to Bathroom Elegance.
I visited Bathroom Elegance at their showroom in Poole purely by chance. It was a revelation, an excellent display of bathroom fittings attractively displayed and very easy to wander and visualise what you could do. There was no pressure at all but Kim came to our aid. She listened to our needs and wishes and we were shown items in keeping with our thoughts. Eventually we chose fittings for a complete en suite and were thrilled and delighted. The products were excellent, a sensible price and Kim ensured we were happy. This company and staff were first class.

We needed our ensuite bathroom replaced to make it more suitable for us as we get older. We arrived at Bathroom Elegance with a wish list,measurements and a budget . We met Kim who made various suggestions and showed us suitable things around the showroom. Plans arrived via email very quickly and we visited again to finalise and Kim arranged for Damian and his team to do the installation. We had to wait a few months but this is a good sign. Our project was completed in a week and a day and we are delighted with the result. We’re now doing the planning for our second bathroom!
I would thoroughly recommend Bathroom Elegance to anybody looking to put in a new bathroom. Angie Daniels was very helpful and knowledgeable. She gave us lots of options at each stage and was very flexible to fit in with our requirements. She recommended a very good installer, Damian. He came with his team when he said that he would and did a very good job, finishing ahead of schedule! His team were polite, quiet and tidy and we are going to get him to give quotes for further work in our house.

Lawrence has been amazing throughout installing our new Vitra Toilet and a year after he also helped arrange a repair that was covered under warrenty within days of me reaching out. I can't recommend Bathroom Elegance enough.

I cannot praise this company more highly. Yes they sell bathrooms and have a design service, nothing particularly unusual about this but its how they do it. Firstly when you have a bathroom designed you are not tied to just what they can source unlike other places. Secondly what they can source is actually extensive as they have access to a slew of vendors. Lastly, they cater for a variety of budgets but if they see there are savings that can be made they will tell you and won’t let you blindy pick the most expensive option. They don’t do the installation themselves but have people who they recommend who were also superb. They did our small downstairs bathroom where everything moved to different place, even location of door. It was done in 5 days.

7* service Kim has been fantastic from the beginning of the original designs, listening to what we were after in our bathrooms, problem solving with design and space issues, chasing up and ensuring supply in time for the fitter, co-ordinating with tile supply and units, and ensuring it all looks fantastic. I haven't had a bath in years in case I slip, her handy tip of a grab rail soap dish look alike now allows me to have a soak whenever I want. Will be going straight back to her when we need a new bathroom. Her knowledge of the different brands and products is extensive as well as her understanding of the industry. My wife and I would recommend Kim Lewis to anyone wishing to update their bathroom. We have a particularly awkward shaped, small bathroom with sloping roof but Kim came up with a superb design and recommended all the tiles and fitments together with a bespoke shower door and screen. We didn’t think it could be done but Kim gave us complete confidence with her knowledge and experience and the end result is superb. Thank you, Kim!

Absolutely delighted with my experience working with Kim at Bathroom Elegance. To kick it off Kim came out to our home to look at the space involved and then provided us with drawings for two layout options and suggested fittings followed by several visits to the fabulous showroom with beautiful products - always felt welcomed. Kim helped me create our perfect bathroom, listened to my indecisions offering suggestions and ideas until we got it right. Nothing was too much trouble. Really enjoyable experience. Communication was excellent whether in person, over the phone or emails and the service and delivery was professional. friendly and just spot on. We are so delighted with our new bathroom. After moving into our new house, we wanted to build a new bathroom and were recommended Bathroom Elegance by the company who were going to install it (the excellent Maidment Properties of Wimborne). Kim was extremely helpful and gave us lots of really good advice on which products to go for and the best tiles to choose based on our colour scheme. All the products were delivered on time and the bathroom was completed within two months from our first visit to being finished. We are absolutely delighted with our new bathroom and we can highly recommend Kim and Bathroom Elegance.

We were recommend Bathroom elegance by a friend. We had a small bathroom but wanted a new modern design with an additional shower cubicle added. This was a full refit with a corner wall taken down. Kim supported us from day 1 and advised us what could look best while being practical for our small footprint (I wanted the sink & giant bath that wouldn’t fit!). We had a really positive experience from their showroom through to completion. Very professional with beautiful bathroom furniture.

We needed an upgrade to our bathroom , with a bit of future proofing, and a walk in shower. Lawrence listened to our requests and designed us a completely new set up . Our water heating system was in need of an upgrade too, so we needed quite a lot of work done. We are very happy with the results and enjoying the results. Recommended.
We were recommended to use Bathroom Elegance for design and supply of all the components for our En-Suite Shower-room. Their products would be of excellent quality with reliable delivery times. From the site survey onwards it was clear that the recommendation was a good one. We had every confidence in Angie and Emma who were always responsive and clear with recommendations and delivery promises. After a relatively short period of time we now have an en-suite which is tiled and fitted with shower unit, tray and bifold door. A new dual flush toilet, basin, vanity unit and mirror unit completes it. Suffice it to say we are delighted. We would have no hesitation in recommending Bathroom Elegance.

Bathroom Elegance went out of their way to find a bath for us for a very specific requirement. The plumbers they used were exceptional, hard working and knowledgeable. During the four days they were with us, they left our bathroom spotless at the end of their day’s work. I would have no problem in recommending Bathroom Elegance for any bathroom installations or refurbishments.
Bathroom Elegance were hugely impressive throughout the process from start to finish. During the design process we were given lots of options and Kim the designer was always sure to offer opinions and suggestions with the budget as well as aesthetics in mind and was always happy to answer all the follow up questions either on the phone, via email or if I dropped into the shop. Their recommended fitters went beyond expectation by working long hours (12 hour days in some cases) to completely gut and refit our family bathroom in 5 days. They were always on had to ask exactly where we wanted things such as the height of the cabinet to ensure we had the bathroom we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble and they came back a couple of times to fix some snagging bits (one of which was to replace a faulty item from the supplier). Couldn’t recommend highly enough. We are over the moon with our bathroom, we still can’t believe it’s the same room! Kim was so knowledgeable and guided us through our bathroom/tile options. There’s nothing she doesn’t know about a tap, sink or bath! Communication was faultless too! The installation went smoothly, with Peter and Joe working professionally, tidily and speedily. Peter also has an eye for detail, which we were grateful for. We’ve waited 4 years for this refurb, and the finished product has been worth the wait!

Bathroom redesign and supply Emma listened to all our requirements from style quality and cost and came up with an initial design. We tweeked our requirement she obliged and redid her initial design. The ordering and paying process was simple and Bathroom Elegance kept us informed throughout, once all items were in stock we were able to split the delivery to save swamping the house. We had our en-suite bathroom extended and replaced with a walk-in shower, a smart toilet and new hand-basin. The workmanship of the cabinets is good, the shower is a good size and the toilet works wonders. We have had a Velux window put in and it gives very good light to what was quite a dark room. I cannot fault the builders either, they gave some good advice, listened to us and did an excellent job.
Bathroom Elegance provided a plan for a replacement bathroom and supplied all of the necessary equipment on time. They also suggested a bathroom fitter who completed an excellent job on time. We are very happy and would highly recommend both Bathroom Elegance and Elvin Interiors.

We had a broken toilet seat in our apartment block, which had been supplied by Bathroom Elegance when built 15 years ago. This product was no longer supplied by this company, but they worked hard and efficiently to track down a current provider who stocked a very good match for the original. Full marks for effort and imagination! And they didn't charge us at all.

Recently had main bathroom and en-suite total remodelling done by this company and was really impressed with outstanding service from Kim in sales who helped us with design and planning with her impeccable experience to suit both our budget and needs. In the second stage Peter Mc Kenna who was appointed as our fitter did an outstanding job and the end results were simply brilliant. It has exceeded all our expectations both in terms of quality of workmanship and has kept us informed at all stages.He and his team were highly skilled, professional and punctual. Clearly I was bit anxious about undertaking such a big project but to my surprise it all went so smoothly from start to finish. Needless to say, I would highly recommend both Bathroom Elegance and Peter McKenna for giving us a total transformation of our bathrooms.
Great experience. Emma was very easy to work with. They also got me in touch with a local bathroom fitter - Elvin Interiors who did the installation. Overall a very smooth process. The fitters we used were very back up so we had to wait 6 months for the installation but it seems as though all good bathroom fitter are they backed up. They give us a time estimate last year and started on the very day they had estimated. Which was great to see them stick to the plan! All bathroom appliances were delivered to our house. Would definitely use both companies again!
We have recently had our en-suite bathroom designed and supplied by Kim at Bathroom Elegance. Kim was attentive and quick to respond from the initial meeting, through to completion of the job. She listened carefully to our “visions” for the en-suite and thought of the best way to spend our budget by giving mid range and more expensive options. You never get the feeling it is a hard sell situation, all of the ranges are quality but affordable too. Bathroom elegance do not have fitters, but we went on Kim’s recommendation of Damien and his team. They work hard (working 10 hour days) and are perfectionists in their work. Such a good experience, we are in the process of getting Bathroom Elegance to supply for our other bathroom!

She also arranged for an installer - Betta Bathrooms - to give us an installation quote. The shower in our bathroom failed and we wanted to replace it (control unit and shower head) without disturbing the tiles and shower cubicle. We provided Emma with details and photographs of the existing shower and she found a replacement. Even though our plumber thought what we wanted to do was unlikely, he and we were delighted that it was indeed possible and we now have a new shower in situ with no disturbance. Very well done Emma. This is the second bathroom we have purchased from Bathroom Elegance and again Emma’s design skills and product knowledge left us with a superb en-suite. We had 5 layouts to choose from as it was a garage conversation starting from the ground upwards and Emma gave us such knowledge and confidence to ensure it all fit. The Gerberit products are gorgeous quality, and we achieved such a spacious modern area that I’m sure will last years. I have no hesitation recommending this company and would shop nowhere else. Emma was always ultra efficient from start to finish and no detail was ever too much trouble.

We used Bathroom Elegance for a complete new bathroom suite. Kim was very helpful and really brought the bathroom to life using the CAD planner before we even placed the order which was excellent. Installation was delivered by DM Building Services Limited and was expected to take 6 days but ended up being 4.5 days. This wasn't because they were cutting corners, this was because they were working 0800 - 1930 hrs each day minimum, one day was 2030 hrs and the quality of work is amazing. I would have no hesitation recommending Bathroom Elegance and DM Building Services to anyone. Our new bathroom looks amazing!
We had our old bathroom replaced by Bathroom Elegance and everything went like clockwork. Kim visited and was most helpful in suggesting what would look good and came back with a design we loved. Communication was good, everything was on time in spite of the logistic problems everyone else seems to be experiencing. We used their recommended fitters D&M Building Services - Damien & Janos were superb - friendly, helpful and efficient. Our old bathroom was ripped out, new bathroom installed, electrics done, plastering all completed in 3 days. Great service, great job, highly recommended.

Excellent superb service all round from the design work of the highest quality of the designer Angie Daniels who my wife and myself cannot speak highly enough of, she was so knowledgeable of all the products so helpful and could not do enough to help and advise us through the whole process of a new bathroom refit. From design to supply of goods advice and the fitting of the bathroom by Peter excellent service. Would highly recommend this company.

Emma Simpson at Bathroom Elegance was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping us design our en-suite and family bathroom. Providing pictures of what both rooms would look like and floor plans even without being asked really helped us to picture the room and we were then able to make some tweaks to the layout so it would work better for us. Emma was always really quick to get back to me with any questions I had and made the process stress free.
Good experience using Bathroom Elegence . Kim handled all our questions and thoughts well and offered great advice . All items purchased of great quality and although there was a slight delay in a couple of items arriving didn’t hinder the fitting of our bathrooms . Also recommended a great fitter , very pleased and happy with how both bathrooms have turned out .

Kim Lewis of Bathroom Elegance, was very helpful, patient and professional with the planning and selection of products. We selected Pete of Betta Bathrooms from the list of recommended fitters for the installation. Pete and his assistant Joe were very hard-working and bearing in mind this is the only bathroom and toilet in the house, we were very grateful that they stayed on the job without pause right to the completion of the work. Their attention to detail was excellent and was the equal of the top quality of the product. I would recommend. 5 stars.

Bathroom elegance completely replaced bathroom and cloakroom. Including re plastering, tiling,flooring, lighting and decorating. To a super standard and we are thrilled with the end product and good quality service.
I now have a beautiful new en-suite bathroom that was designed and fitted by Bathroom Elegance. I chose the sink unit at the showroom in Poole and was able to see the tile sample beforehand. I told Kim at the showroom what I wanted and her team did the design. The fitters were clean and tidy and very courteous and obviously highly skilled as the result is lovely. I love it!
Superb service from Kim's initial visit to completion in less than a week! We had an old bath taken out and in its a place a lovely shower tray and cabinet, being an old cottage low ceilings.. bumps and lumps in the wall...a bespoke service at fantastic pricing and value. Very pleased with the design, use of the space and quality of both furniture and installation (Betta Bathrooms) within our agreed budget. Had a couple of minor issues with tile quantity but Kim was able to resolve swiftly and professionally without delaying the installation.

Recently purchased several items for a new en-suite at a very competitive package price. The showroom displays a good variety of products & manufacturers but there are many other product lines that Bathroom Elegance can source & supply. Very easy & efficient company to deal with & items were delivered on time. Would highly recommend to others & will be speaking with Bathroom Elegance in the near future regarding other aspects of our current refurbishment project.

I needed a replacement transformer to repair a faulty HiB bathroom mirror which had been fitted by Bathroom Elegance a number of years ago. Excellent service. Walked into their showroom at 9am on Friday and spoke with Kim who knew exactly what we needed. Took the order for Porcelanosa tiles for our new bathroom with no fuss. The tiles were delivered to us on Tuesday. Polite and helpful delivery driver as well. I would recommend this company and will use them again.
Lee was extremely helpful and designed a bathroom I love, it is perfect but practical and very elegant, even though it was a very small space to work with. Nothing was too much trouble and he helped with all the finishing touches. Choosing colours and textures is relatively easy with so much choice in the showroom to be able to see and touch. The fitters that I chose, contacts given by bathroom elegance, I can also not praise enough, fast, efficient, knew exactly what they were doing, never left a mess, stuck to the timescale and delivered a bathroom which I thought I could only dream of. I still stare at it every day and cannot believe it is mine! Thank you.
