Surrey Bathrooms

Very helpful staff with excellent knowledge of their products. Highly recommend. Had a minor problem with some cabinets which Surrey Bathrooms were very quick to resolve the matter to my satisfaction. A great place to do business with

5 stars isn’t enough. This is an amazing family business. I didn’t really know what I needed/wanted for my ensuite re-furbishment and the guidance from Ana and Hussain was superb. Offering good quality products at amazing prices. During the refit there were the odd changes and Hussain acted super quickly to ensure that any replacements were delivered on time (at no cost). Highly, highly recommend Surrey Bathrooms, will definitely use again.

Had a small issue with a tap part that broke, so I popped into Surrey Bathrooms because we originally bought it there and always had such good service. Hussain was super helpful and sorted it out straight away and replaced the part for free! Really impressed with how easy and stress-free he made it. Great customer service. Would definitely go back and recommend.

Would highly recommend Surrey Bathrooms! Hussain was incredibly helpful in supporting us with our bathroom design and orders. I turned up one day panicking about needing to have decisions on four bathrooms asap. He sat all day with me showing me different options and helping me think through choices. Our WhatsApp discussions have also allowed me to make quick changes to our order. Any issues were quickly resolved and swapped if manufacturer had sent faulty products. Hussain is very personable, reliable and prices he offered were competitive. Don’t hesitate to use this business as you won’t be disappointed.

I recently purchased bathroom white goods from Surrey Bathrooms and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. As a local business, their prices were incredibly competitive - in most cases better than what I found online, and definitely better when you factor in the total cost including delivery and service. Aya was incredibly helpful in selecting the right products. Her advice was practical and genuinely focused on what would work best for us, rather than just pushing more expensive items. She saved us hours of research time and helped us make informed decisions based on quality and our specific needs. Hussain was also fantastic — he moved quickly to get everything ordered and delivered on time, even with our tight schedule. Overall, I'm thoroughly pleased with the quality of service, competitive pricing, and the positive attitude. Highly recommend Surrey Bathrooms for anyone looking for bathroom fixtures - you'll get better value and service than the big box stores or online retailers.

Hussain is super helpful & made great suggestions when planning our bathroom. The after care service is second to none, would totally recommend

First class service, very helpful and knowledgeable and great service. thoroughly recommend them.

We chose Surrey Bathrooms on the strength of the excellent reviews and we wanted to support a local independent shop. Hussain was extremely patient & helpful, suggesting different ideas without being 'hard sell'. We were replacing 2 bathrooms which required quite a lot of decision making so were very grateful of Hussain's extensive knowledge base of lots of different options. We recommend Surrey Bathrooms 100% !

The team at Surrey bathrooms were excellent! They gave us some great options and ideas I would have never thought of! My brother recommended them to me and now having used them, I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I would highly recommend Surrey bathrooms. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about bathroom products and provided a great service. We will be using them again for our other bathroom.

We refurbished our bathroom using Surrey Bathrooms. They were helpful but not pushy - giving options at different price points and being clear about the differences. The furniture and fittings we chose have all been brilliant, and delivery was arranged easily.

We would thoroughly recommend Surrey Bathrooms. Having visited several bathroom establishments Hussian’s knowledge really stood out. He was extremely helpful with ideas but not pushy - no hard sales! He spent several hours with us over 3 visits before we made our final decisions for our bathroom refurbishment and we are so pleased with the quality of the products. Nothing was too difficult and he provided fabulous after-sales. We couldn’t recommend Surrey Bathrooms highly enough!

Good personal service - would use again

Professional, experts in what they do and honest. They won’t try to upsell you or push anything on you. I would highly recommend them to anyone, we are having 2 bathrooms redone and they were great for both.

If you’re looking for somewhere with experience & to give you the correct advice I couldn’t recommend Surrey Bathrooms more, so happy with the advice given on the items purchased to complete our bathroom! Thank you.

We bought the fittings and furniture for two bathrooms from Surrey Bathrooms in 2018. The service we received then was excellent, and the quality of the products supplied was first-class. When one of the shower valves started to leak slightly recently I contacted the shop, and Hussain told me the valve was still under warranty, and he would get me a replacement cartridge. I've just fitted this, problem solved. Thanks once again for outstanding service!

Would ABSOLUTELY recommend this shop 100%. We had 2 lots of bathrooms done and Aya was incredible both times. You'll get expert help - she knows every brochure the shop has and most of the stuff available and she can work measurements out, the best things to have in your space, how it will look, so quickly. Service is amazing, she gets what you want and you'll walk out completely sorted out. Thank you Aya! Delivery is extremely quick and she lets you know when things are in! Excellent Surrey Bathrooms.

We used Surrey Bathrooms for a major refurbishment project. The range covered is extensive, suiting all price points. Staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend.

We’ve used Surrey Bathrooms twice now - originally for a shower room refit several years ago and most recently for our bathroom. Hussain and Aya are knowledgeable, professional, helpful and happy to give advice. They have a large selection of good quality products. They kept a running total of our spend, so there were no surprises. They are very patient and made sure everything was delivered on time. Working with them has always been a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the excellent service we received from Surrey Bathrooms. Hussain and his sister were very patient and helpful with us during the refurbishment of our bathroom and new shower room. The quality of the items we bought was first class. I would thoroughly recommend Surrey Bathrooms

Brilliant customer service, we highly recommend using these guys

I used Surrey Bathrooms to buy everything I needed for a bathroom re-fit. Aya and Hussain are friendly, knowledgeable and were happy to talk through and solve my many questions! The products they recommended are good quality and I'm really pleased with them. During the re-fit, Hussain made extra deliveries to my house when I had forgotten things and was always polite and cheerful! I won't hesitate to use Surrey Bathrooms again and recommend them highly.

Great prices and brilliant service! Hussein's advice is excellent and will defintly be shopping from there again!

I highly recommend Surrey Bathrooms. Hussain could not have been more helpful. The level of service and Hussain's knowledge are excellent. I have no hesitation in giving this business five stars.

Hussain and Aya are very knowledgeable and helpful and gave us good advice. We needed to change some of our things during the planning stage but Hussain was ever patient and very resourceful in finding things for us in unusual sizes. The quality of the items is good yet the prices are reasonable. They made sure everything was ready for when the fitter needed to start. We could not ask for more.

Hassain from Surrey bathrooms is friendly, professional and kind. I couldn’t recommend him more highly. The service we have received has been nothing short of brilliant.

Having experienced Surrey Bathrooms twice now, the service and product quality is second to none. Hussain makes the whole process so easy, interms of product recommendation, availability and installation knowledge.

We’ve just had our bathroom refitted after 27 years. Hussain at Surrey bathrooms was exceptionally helpful, friendly and patient. We are very happy with the results and would completely recommend them.

Finding this bathroom show room was the best bit of luck. We were the worst sort of clients, not knowing what we wanted but knowing we needed it in a hurry. Hussain spent a considerable amount of time with us going though each item of the bathroom in turn, offering options and solutions to all our requirements. The project was a total refurbishment of our family bathroom. The quality of the equipment is only exceeded by the knowledge of the owner. First class. Thank you.

I cannot speak highly enough about Surrey Bathrooms. A level of personal service that cannot be matched. The owners spend unlimited time with you understanding what you are trying to achieve and trying to find solutions. We bought our bathroom from Surrey Bathrooms 8 Years ago and recently returned with a plan to re-furbish the bathroom without ripping the whole thing out and spending a fortune. They worked so hard to find us replacement parts and units that matched our bathroom. The bathroom looks like new - cannot thank Hussain enough. Please support local business like this rather than the big DIY stores.

Hussain provides great customer service and competitive pricing. This is a great place to shop for a bathroom

I was referred by my bathroom installer to visit this surrey bathrooms to get a first hand view of the Calypso Models and designs that we selected for our renovation. Hussain and his colleague helped with the relevant information that we were looking for and provided additional insights in deciding the colour combinations along with the type of materials that suits and lastsfor long term was very helpful in deciding the products from the catalogue. Highly recommend Surrey Bathrooms for any kind of bathroom products and information.

Nice collection

Great customer service, and product line for bathroom lightings. Thank you Husain.

Hussain provides exceptional customer service before and after sales. He helped recommend the bathroom furniture we needed for our refurbishment, kept us within budget and kept us informed throughout. We had a couple of issues with screen and tray (no fault of Surrey Bathrooms) and Hussain followed up with the supplier promptly. Have recommended and will recommend to anyone needing bathroom furniture.

Hussein was very obliging, helping choose the items for our bathroom refurb. When there was a problem with the extractor he had no hesitation in saying he would replace it. He also replaced a few screw covers using covers from display shower. We would recommend Surrey bathrooms and use them again.

We needed a new bathroom for our loft room and we were so glad that we visited Surrey Bathrooms. The advice and service was outstanding from start to finish and we really love our new bathroom. We would highly recommend this store, Thank you Hussain.

I have been a Surrey Bathrooms customer since the start of our renovations project back in August which has just come to fruition. I have only good words to describe my shopping & communications experience with Surrey Bathrooms and especially with Hussain, the shop manager. The range of brands and products are fairly extensive, pricing is highly competitive and the service is reliable and professional. Hussain went out of his way in numerous occasions to chase suppliers and to provide delivery service for urgent products. I highly recommend this family run local business and Hussain.

Went to Surrey Bathrooms to buy a new shower enclosure. Absolutely TOP CLASS service. Hussain was so very kind , helpful and knowledgeable. A big thank you to Jacky who installed the enclosure on Saturday and made an EXCELLENT job of it . We are very pleased with everything and would thoroughly recommend Surrey Bathrooms to anyone.

Efficient staff.

We visited this shop on several occasions to select our shower cubicle and mirror. The shop assistant was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Its a shop crammed with bathroom fittings accessories showers and cubicles. Got there to make your selection. Good prices no fancy displays but a good range to see, good service and knowledge of bathrooms. Highly recommend. Friendly delivery and prompt orders .

Hussain couldn't help us enough. Great service! Would recommend!

I go here quite often because I need new bathrooms for my work. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. I just wish that they would come out to site, measure and get a feel for each bathroom. This is the only reason I took one star off. If they did come to site it would be a definite five stars.

If you are after customer service that genuinely caters for your needs without extortionate price tags then this is the place to look for your next bathroom. The gentleman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and has a wide variety of quality items to choose from. I would be using them again in the future without any hesitations whatsoever. Thank you

Great customer service from knowledgeable people!! No hard sell, so a peaceful shopping experience.....and prices are awesome

We have refurbished 2 bathrooms with the help of Hussain at Surrey Bathrooms. They supply quality products that are competitively priced and In most cases with the same day or next day delivery. I cannot fault their customer service and attention to detail nothing was ever too much trouble. Recommended without reservation.

Very highly recommended!! I’ve now used Surrey Bathrooms for two bathrooms. The staff are always friendly and Hussain is very knowledgeable and has helped us with some great ideas and recommendations. The showroom is well stocked and they have arranged a speedy delivery on both occasions. All of this and a fair price too means I wouldn’t consider anywhere else for our next project. Give them a try, you will be pleased you did!

Perfect afters sales customer service Husain managed my inquiry with speed and professionalism. With agreement from Surrey bathrooms also dealt direct with manufacturers which also proved successful. All is well with bathroom refurbishment would highly recommend.

This was the second time that we had used the shop for totally refitting a bathroom. Peter, the manager, is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products that they sell. He makes good suggestions and patiently deals with any queries. A couple of items were faulty/damaged and Peter arranged for them to be replaced very quickly. Would not hesitate to use the shop again or recommend it to friends and family.

After a totally underwhelming experience with Burge & Gunson, we approached Surrey Bathrooms for advice and a quote for totally replacing 2 bathrooms. We walked in off the street and Peter gave us his undivided attention. We went through a variety of options with Peter making various suggestions, and he was happy to quote there and then, including giving us a welcome and generous discount. When we were ready to order several months later, he was happy to honour the original quote. Our builder installed the bathrooms towards the end of last year, and we have been totally satisfied with them. They were delivered very promptly when the builder needed them. Aftercare has also been excellent, e.g. we had a problem with part of the clicker waste device for the bath, and this was serviced and subsequently replaced very promptly and at no extra cost to us. The showroom has recently had a makeover and the displays are impressively laid out. Peter and his nephew are always most helpful, practical and welcoming, and you are put under no pressure whatsoever to purchase, they seem genuinely keen to help and advise, and suggest the best options for your budget and available space. Pricing appears to be competitive too. Recommended

Will never buy anything from this store again as returning the item applies a surcharge of 30% dealing with a guy named Peter who is dreadful and the owner was even worse. I recommend everyone not to deal with this store at all!!!

What a friendly helpful team. I was given a great deal after lots of advise as a first time bathroom buyer! I was given free delivery on a day to suit me. The delivery was spot on time and by a lovely guy. Everything is great quality. I couldn't recommend Surrey Bathrooms highly enough!! Check them out for great prices before buying online! Thanks guys. Frances
