5 stars isn’t enough. This is an amazing family business. I didn’t really know what I needed/wanted for my ensuite re-furbishment and the guidance from Ana and Hussain was superb. Offering good quality products at amazing prices. During the refit there were the odd changes and Hussain acted super quickly to ensure that any replacements were delivered on time (at no cost). Highly, highly recommend Surrey Bathrooms, will definitely use again.
Had a small issue with a tap part that broke, so I popped into Surrey Bathrooms because we originally bought it there and always had such good service. Hussain was super helpful and sorted it out straight away and replaced the part for free! Really impressed with how easy and stress-free he made it. Great customer service. Would highly recommend Surrey Bathrooms! Hussain was incredibly helpful in supporting us with our bathroom design and orders. I turned up one day panicking about needing to have decisions on four bathrooms asap. He sat all day with me showing me different options and helping me think through choices. Our WhatsApp discussions have also allowed me to make quick changes to our order. Any issues were quickly resolved and swapped if manufacturer had sent faulty products. We bought the fittings and furniture for two bathrooms from Surrey Bathrooms in 2018. The service we received then was excellent, and the quality of the products supplied was first-class. When one of the shower valves started to leak slightly recently I contacted the shop, and Hussain told me the valve was still under warranty, and he would get me a replacement cartridge. I've just fitted this, problem solved. Thanks once again for outstanding service!
Would ABSOLUTELY recommend this shop 100%. We had 2 lots of bathrooms done and Aya was incredible both times. You'll get expert help - she knows every brochure the shop has and most of the stuff available and she can work measurements out, the best things to have in your space, how it will look, so quickly. I used Surrey Bathrooms to buy everything I needed for a bathroom re-fit. Aya and Hussain are friendly, knowledgeable and were happy to talk through and solve my many questions! The products they recommended are good quality and I'm really pleased with them. During the re-fit, Hussain made extra deliveries to my house when I had forgotten things and was always polite and cheerful! I won't hesitate to use Surrey Bathrooms again and recommend them highly.

We needed to change some of our things during the planning stage but Hussain was ever patient and very resourceful in finding things for us in unusual sizes. I cannot speak highly enough about Surrey Bathrooms. A level of personal service that cannot be matched. The owners spend unlimited time with you understanding what you are trying to achieve and trying to find solutions. We bought our bathroom from Surrey Bathrooms 8 Years ago and recently returned with a plan to re-furbish the bathroom without ripping the whole thing out and spending a fortune. They worked so hard to find us replacement parts and units that matched our bathroom. The bathroom looks like new - cannot thank Hussain enough. He helped recommend the bathroom furniture we needed for our refurbishment, kept us within budget and kept us informed throughout. We had a couple of issues with screen and tray (no fault of Surrey Bathrooms) and Hussain followed up with the supplier promptly. Hussein was very obliging, helping choose the items for our bathroom refurb. When there was a problem with the extractor he had no hesitation in saying he would replace it. He also replaced a few screw covers using covers from display shower. We would recommend Surrey bathrooms and use them again.

The range of brands and products are fairly extensive, pricing is highly competitive and the service is reliable and professional. We visited this shop on several occasions to select our shower cubicle and mirror. The shop assistant was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Its a shop crammed with bathroom fittings accessories showers and cubicles. Got there to make your selection. Good prices no fancy displays but a good range to see, good service and knowledge of bathrooms. Highly recommend. Friendly delivery and prompt orders .
I go here quite often because I need new bathrooms for my work. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. I just wish that they would come out to site, measure and get a feel for each bathroom. This is the only reason I took one star off. If they did come to site it would be a definite five stars.

We have refurbished 2 bathrooms with the help of Hussain at Surrey Bathrooms. They supply quality products that are competitively priced and In most cases with the same day or next day delivery. I cannot fault their customer service and attention to detail nothing was ever too much trouble. Recommended without reservation.

The staff are always friendly and Hussain is very knowledgeable and has helped us with some great ideas and recommendations. The showroom is well stocked and they have arranged a speedy delivery on both occasions. All of this and a fair price too means I wouldn’t consider anywhere else for our next project. Perfect afters sales customer service Husain managed my inquiry with speed and professionalism. With agreement from Surrey bathrooms also dealt direct with manufacturers which also proved successful. All is well with bathroom refurbishment would highly recommend.
This was the second time that we had used the shop for totally refitting a bathroom. Peter, the manager, is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products that they sell. He makes good suggestions and patiently deals with any queries. A couple of items were faulty/damaged and Peter arranged for them to be replaced very quickly. Would not hesitate to use the shop again or recommend it to friends and family.
After a totally underwhelming experience with Burge & Gunson, we approached Surrey Bathrooms for advice and a quote for totally replacing 2 bathrooms. We walked in off the street and Peter gave us his undivided attention. We went through a variety of options with Peter making various suggestions, and he was happy to quote there and then, including giving us a welcome and generous discount. When we were ready to order several months later, he was happy to honour the original quote. Our builder installed the bathrooms towards the end of last year, and we have been totally satisfied with them. They were delivered very promptly when the builder needed them. Aftercare has also been excellent, e.g. we had a problem with part of the clicker waste device for the bath, and this was serviced and subsequently replaced very promptly and at no extra cost to us. The showroom has recently had a makeover and the displays are impressively laid out. Peter and his nephew are always most helpful, practical and welcoming, and you are put under no pressure whatsoever to purchase, they seem genuinely keen to help and advise, and suggest the best options for your budget and available space. Pricing appears to be competitive too. Recommended
Will never buy anything from this store again as returning the item applies a surcharge of 30% dealing with a guy named Peter who is dreadful and the owner was even worse. I recommend everyone not to deal with this store at all!!!
What a friendly helpful team. I was given a great deal after lots of advise as a first time bathroom buyer! I was given free delivery on a day to suit me.
