Called Advanced Appliance Care because my oven stopped heating. The charges were explained to me over the phone in clear detail. Matt booked me in for the next day and resolved the problem because he had the part on his van. He arrived within the time slot given and was very polite. Excellent service all round and will definitely be using this company again, would highly recommend to anyone needing an appliance fixed

Matt was great - from initial contact he promptly came out and diagnosed the fault in our washing machine - he then sourced the required parts and returned a couple of days later to install it. Friendly, professional, excellent - recommend!

Oven stopped working, called advanced appliance care and they were able to come at a time that suited me. Matt was punctual, friendly, informative, knowledgeable and reassuring. Matt arrived as arranged, having also called me 5mins before arrival. He diagnosed the problem on my dishwasher, replaced the locking mechanism and checked it ran properly after and removed the old parts. Only took 25mins from start to finish. Excellent service, good price and Matt is a pleasure to have in the house. My ‘go to’ for appliances.
Broken dishwasher seen and fixed in 24 hours. Asla advice given for how to prevent it happening again. Great friendly engineer. Fantastic service definately recommend.
Matt is a Brilliant! He regularly gives us honest genuine advice on the age of appliances and the quality of their construction allowing us to formulate an opinion on whether a repair or replacement is most economic. He has a well stocked van and is often able to fix appliances on his first visit. Can’t recommend him highly enough!

Great experience I called panicking because I do a lot of washing as I have animals. I need to do at least two washes a day. Within the hour, the problem was diagnosed and the next day the part came in And it was fixed very reasonably priced, And lovely customer service
Matt quickly responded to my request for help on Checkatrade. We spoke on the phone and he managed to fit me in the next day to look at a problem with my washing machine. He called to let me know when he was on his way and explained all the options and costs to me before carrying out the work. I would happily recommend Matt and Advance Appliance Care and would use again in future if I had any appliance issues.

Excellent service, seen within 48 hours. Whilst the problem had gone away in the interim the dishwasher still received a thorough inspection to check for damage/leaks and all the processes were very helpfully explained. Gave good advice on maintenance, the technology and future purchases. Also advised if future issues were to arise then what to do. Hope not to have to call again but if I do it will be with this company! Rates were excellent for such quick attention. Very grateful for the service, five stars.
We have use Advanced Appliance Care for many, many years now for repairs on our oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The communication, from the initial booking to arrival for the repair, is always spot on, along with Matt’s timing, pricing, courteousness and 100% success rate in fixing our appliances. We will always use Advanced Appliance Care and cannot recommend them highly enough.
Matt came out to look at a fault with my machine and identified several issues. Rather than just charge and replace parts, was totally transparent and honest advising a new machine was likely the more cost effective option. Really great to find someone who puts the customer first.

Found fault on electric oven , not heating up , called A A Care booked appointment to suit me , engineer arrived on the dot , found problem very quickly, had spare part in van fixed and on his way in 30minutes , what a relief, thankyou would recommend firm

Great and knowledgeable service all round. I’ve used them twice now for my fridge/oven and they knew exactly what was wrong before they even looked. Also have a great deal on call out vs final repair costs, which I’ve never heard of before but certainly works out quite a bit cheaper than any other firms I was quoted by!
Would highly recommend… Matt was very professional, and replaced the door opener on my washing machine in no time, explaining exactly what the problem was.

Good food at reasonable prices. Has a separate pub area and a carvery restaurant. Nice location by the river and plenty free parking.
Our oven fan heating element went on us. The company was the first listed on Checkatrade, phoned up about 9am, got an appointment for between 11-3 the same day. The man arrived just before 12, diagnosed the fault within 10 minutes, and he had the part available and had it fitted within half an hour. Top company, this is the way companies should be run. They are competitively priced too, just over £100 for this repair including callout charge. The part also comes with a 12 month warranty should anything goes wrong. Highly recommended repair company.
Whilst I have learned the washing machine is fundamentally dead. I cannot thank Matt enough for his straightforward honesty. Instead of advising to try to resurrect the dead he explained why we are really better off just buying a new machine. Thank you!

Samsung washing machine filter stuck as we forgot to clean it out regularly. We tried for a couple of hours to remove it but no luck. Matt Roberts came out and fixed it in 5 minutes , god knows how. So really pleased and he only charged us for call out. Top bloke too. Will use and recommend from now on.
I called them on the 30th December to find them shut for their Christmas break. I dropped them an email explaining that my wife is an icu nurse, working the following day, and that her uniforms were trapped in our broken down washing machine. Matt responded immediately with a phone call, helping me to free the clothes from the machine, diagnosing the likely fault, explaining where to buy parts and how to carry out the repair. His diagnosis was spot on, parts arrived within 24hrs and machine fixed in time to enjoy NYE. Top quality service as he didn’t even have to respond to the email! Thank you so much for getting us out of a tricky situation!

I called Advanced Appliance Care on Tuesday and they were able to come out and look at our washing machine on Thursday. The people I spoke to were professional throughout and their engineer arrived very promptly within the 11-3 window we were given. Having thought we might need a new machine, we we're very pleased that the engineer was able to identify a blockage and fix the problem within half an hour, giving us advice as to how to safeguard against the problem happening again. Advanced Appliance Care are still operating during the COVID-19 pandemic and turn up in full PPE to keep their customers safe. Would thoroughly recommend and use again.
Fantastic service I called them and within a sort period I had a call from the engineer telling me he was ten minutes away and true to his word he was at my front door he then gave me a full rundown of the problem and had the washer dryer sorted in a fair amount of time . I was able to pay with card as didn’t have £60 in cash so thank you to the company and of course the engineer named Matt . Must add with this company you get great friendly service none of the sorry but it needs a new part and that will cost ya . Called regarding our oven, come round 2 hours later. Was quick to know what the problem was and fixed it then and there, such good reliability and polite.
