I had my domestic oven cleaned by GS Appliance and the work is amazing. It hadn’t been cleaned in longer than I care to mention and was in desperate need of a proper job. The engineer came, got on with the job with no fuss and has made the oven look like new. I am genuinely delighted with the result. It would have taken me almost of a day and I would not have done anywhere near such a good job as they did within just an hour or so and changed the bulb too. Well worth the money, which in my opinion was not actually very much considering the work, easy booking process as well. All in all, throughly recommend this company. I’ve attached some photos - I wish I’d taken some before photos as well to really show the difference.
1st time I have used GS Appliance, game changer, professional service never had such a clean oven and changed the bulb for me. Would recommend them to anyone and something I will continue to use.
We had Grant over to diagnose a fault on our washing machine for our claim against a retailer under the consumer rights act, he was knowledgeable and found several other issues with the machine that we did not know about as a result, his tailored report for the retailer managed to secure us a partial refund for our washing machine which failed after 3 years If you have had a machine that has failed under 6 years it’s worth looking into your rights and then getting a report done! Will hopefully not need the service again in the future but will definitely be booking in an oven clean soon!
Fabulous service from Grant who came to our rescue when the seal on our washing machine needed replacing. Every part of the service was exemplary from communication response times, clear expectations of timings and cost and super service. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

An excellent professional service from start to finish. A new cooker hood was fitted. Searched for compatible model with identical sizes to minimise post installation decoration work. Fully detailed costed quote sent beforehand. Staff were helpful and professional and Installation was smooth and efficient with the kitchen left clean and tidy afterwards. Would highly recommend.

I have used this company twice now, my washing machine broke 6 months ago and within a couple of days I had an appointment and the guy diagnosed the issue really quickly but gave us good advice on what they thought to do rather than charging us for parts. My dishwasher recently stopped working and again I had an appointment within a couple of days and the guy diagnosed and fixed the issue within half hour for a really reasonable price. Would definitely recommend, very knowledgeable, professional and friendly

Excellent service all round on an urgent washing machine repair. Engineer Max came out incredibly quickly, had the right part on the van, repaired the machine immediately, and cleaned up. Very reasonable cost. Highly recommended.
Had a great experience with GS Appliance repair when I needed to get my washing machine fixed. Max diagnosed the issue quickly and in a few days he was back with the part that needed to be replaced. Throughout the process I was kept in the loop and they very transparent about the total cost. If I will have to get another appliance fixed I will definitely use them. Fantastic service overall.

We had an old Rangemaster ( 20 years old). We decided to see if it could be overhauled. GS said they could source all the parts, repair damaged door seals, Fan, replace grill, knobs, handles, switches; basically anything that needed doing. Also at the same time do a deep clean. The engineer did a fantastic job over several hours. We couldn't be more happy and would highly recommend them. It cost approx one third of a new Rangemaster, that's a huge saving and you probably wouldn't be able to notice any difference.
This is the second time we’ve used GS Oven Cleaning & Appliance Repairs. The first time was to fix our dishwasher, which is now still going strong, and more recently to fix our fridge freezer. I've used GS Oven services numerous times for my 2 rental properties when the ovens have stopped working and I truly couldn't be happier with their service and quality of work. From the moment the friendly staff answer the phone to the speed at which they go to the properties they are real professionals. They get to the properties within a couple of days and have the problem sorted, on all occasions bar 1, there and then. The only time it wasn't was due to part needing to be ordered. Honestly, if you need an oven cleaning or repairing I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this firm. Credit where it's genuinely due.
From initial contact through to fitting of a new oven, the service provided by everyone we came into contact with was excellent. Contact with the office was always friendly, knowledgeable people, fuss free and did exactly what they promised. On site, the technicians also provided a friendly and considerate service, answering any questions we had. It makes it really easy and a pleasure to deal with a business whose people do what they say they're going to do, communicate effectively, arrive on time for booked appointments and get the job done. Our Freezer had broken down after 15 years of ownership and Grant from GS Appliances came to investigate the matter the next day and a brand new AEG integreated applicance was then fitted within 3 working days saving any hassle and loss of frozen food in the broken freezer.

I had a call from the engineer 20 minutes before he arrived and he was on time. He was very polite, took his shoes off, and friendly. I left him to it and about 45 minutes later I had a 'brand new' oven again. Really good and looks like new.

I had an excellent experience with GS Oven Cleaning. When my dishwasher broke down, the first engineer I contacted told me it would be too expensive to repair and advised me to buy a new one. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion and came across this company. From the very first phone call, everything was clearly explained, and their pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies. The engineer quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a quote that was less than half the cost of a new dishwasher. Although I had to reschedule the appointment a few times, it was never a problem. Once the spare parts arrived, Grant completed the repair quickly, tested the appliance, and took the time to explain how to properly maintain it going forward. The entire experience was professional, efficient, and stress-free. I highly recommend GS Oven Cleaning to anyone in need of appliance repair—I only wish I had contacted them first!

I was so impressed with the excellent service I received from GS Appliances. The chap who came to look at my washing machine gave really good advice. He told me it wasn't quite time to retire it yet, explained how turning down the spin would prolong it, and also told me what to look out for to know when it actually is time to get a replacement. Hoping I can get a few more years out of it! I was charged for the consultation only. I will definitely be coming to them again for all my home appliance maintenance needs.

Grant came to visit for what I thought was a dishwasher fault. It turned out to be a plumbing issue, he sorted it out quickly and professionally. My elderly neighbour caught him and asked if he could possibly look at her oven while he was here (bulb not working) he did so and as it was a very quick job he didn’t charge her. A lovely man and would thoroughly recommend him. Both myself and my neighbour have kept his number for future problems.

My integrated washing machine recently went wrong. It started making a banging noise, my insurance gave me nothing except a 3 week wait which wasn't possible for anyone to wait. I decided to call G S Appliances and Grant was here within a few minutes. He had been to 2 jobs the same that morning with Hotpoint machines. He told me how to make the machine last longer and explained why it had gone wrong. By the end of the weekend I had prices and 4 machines to choose from. Within 4 days I had a new machine installed, the old one gone and waiting for adjustments made to my cupboard door. I couldn't recommend GS Appliances high enough. They are so professional, knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced.

We would never go anywhere else! If we ever have any problem with any appliance, we always call GS Oven Cleaning straight away, as we know they will solve the problem for us. Grant is always extremely helpful, friendly, responsive and trustworthy. I know that if an appliance can be repaired, Grant will solve the problem for us, as quickly and as cheaply as possible. On occasion, when an appliance has been past repair, he has managed to source a replacement for us, remove the old appliance and install the new one. Oven cleaning is also exceptional.
