This is a very busy organization. You can therefore imagine my surprise when I phoned one Wednesday morning to be told that they could have an engineer with us sometime after midday. Paul arrived at 2:0pm and quickly diagnosed that the pump had failed on our Bosch Exxcel 7 washing machine. Understandably he did not have a new replacement part with him. He departed stating that he would be back on Friday(two days later) with a new pump, sometime after 2:00pm. He duly arrived at teatime on Friday and within an hour had not only completed the job but had also rectified some faulty workmanship left by a previous repairer. All of this was done for a very reasonable charge. In future whenever we require attention to any of our domestic appliances “Appliance Repairman” will be our first port of call.

Richard repaired my Gaggenau Microwave and restored my faith in the local tradesperson. The big corps wouldn’t even attempt to fix this without significant cash and risk. Richard was accommodating, precise and great value. Can’t speak highly enough of his work. Saved me hundreds, if not thousands, stopped a microwave going to landfill and kept our money in our local community.

The engineer, who was very pleasant, arrived early which was very helpful and carried out the repair very quickly and efficiently at very reasonable cost. He also provided some very useful general advice with regard to washing machines and their care. Outstanding service. Thank you.

The main guy Richard was helpful but his engineer were just terrible. After the first visit he never got back to us I had to chase him up eventually and then was told couldn’t get the spare parts. All this time wasted I could have had someone else.
