Cooker Repairman is often praised for quick, reliable oven and cooker repairs, with customers highlighting fair prices, honest advice and work completed properly. Paul is frequently described as polite, punctual and helpful, with same-day visits and repairs such as fan and heating-element replacements commonly mentioned. One recent review reports difficulty getting a response when trying to rearrange an appointment, so communication has not been consistent for everyone.
Paul is a grumpy repairman who is not pleasant to deal with. He came to replace my washing machine seal door, I had ordered the wrong seal door and apologised. I bought the correct seal and phoned multiple times and contacted via the website to reschedule but I was completely ignored. So sad that they treat customers this way. I would avoid this company.
Paul is a first class tradesmen, thorough, honest and very keen to do the job properly which is very rare these days,
Excellent and rapid diagnisis and repair by Paul of fan element in Oven. Had parts needed on board, and all done within 24 hours of first call.
I could not ask for better service, did so much for me, so quickly and at the best price
Good service and response. Paul was polite and on time and repaired my oven with a new element but blew the fuses again and Paul knew straight away what else it was and repaired the fault. I would have no trouble referring and using their service again. Thank you
I regularly use Paul and he is a very reliable man. He is as honest as the day is long and charges only for the work he has done. He is quick and if he can come the same day he will. I have been using his services for nearly 20 years and cannot recommend him highly enough.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. Fantastic service.
Paul was brilliant on time...polite most of repaired quickly and efficiently and price was good overall excellent service highly recommend
Rang these guys this morning about a faulty dishwasher. They were honest enough to tell me upfront that parts were not available for my model rather than visit and charge me to take a look and then tell me. Fantastic guys, will definitely keep your number for the future.
Cannot fault Richard for the honest advice he gave me, given that my dishwasher was too old to be economically repaired. Would absolutely use them in future!
Called this morning to book in a repair and was surprisingly offered later in the same day. He was here less than half an hour and had replaced the fan and element. Very reasonable price and excellent service, Covid compliant. Very pleased and will definitely use again and recommend. Thank you.
I was amazed at the quick response I received, rung this morning by 12 15 my cooker was fixed! Paul was a lovely Man not patronising because Im elderly explained everything to me.I would recommend this firm to everyone! Thank you 😊
