Paul is a grumpy repairman who is not pleasant to deal with. He came to replace my washing machine seal door, I had ordered the wrong seal door and apologised. I bought the correct seal and phoned multiple times and contacted via the website to reschedule but I was completely ignored. So sad that they treat customers this way. I would avoid this company.

I regularly use Paul and he is a very reliable man. He is as honest as the day is long and charges only for the work he has done. He is quick and if he can come the same day he will. I have been using his services for nearly 20 years and cannot recommend him highly enough.

Rang these guys this morning about a faulty dishwasher. They were honest enough to tell me upfront that parts were not available for my model rather than visit and charge me to take a look and then tell me. Fantastic guys, will definitely keep your number for the future.
Cannot fault Richard for the honest advice he gave me, given that my dishwasher was too old to be economically repaired. Would absolutely use them in future!
Called this morning to book in a repair and was surprisingly offered later in the same day. He was here less than half an hour and had replaced the fan and element. Very reasonable price and excellent service, Covid compliant. Very pleased and will definitely use again and recommend. Thank you.
I was amazed at the quick response I received, rung this morning by 12 15 my cooker was fixed! Paul was a lovely Man not patronising because Im elderly explained everything to me.I would recommend this firm to everyone! Thank you 😊
