Repair was quick and efficient. Engineer was very friendly and it didn't cost the earth. This is the second time I've used east coast both times I've had no complaints, definitely use them again.

Been really impressed with East Coast Appliances. Had Doug out twice now for two different issues and both times he got it sorted. Good communication from him and the company throughout, always kept me in the loop on timings and what was going on. Doug's a friendly, straight up guy and it's clear he knows what he's doing. Fantastic service from East Coast Appliances who fitted us a new dishwasher, after finding several faults with our old one! They took the old one away, and did a brilliant job of installing the new one. They were very responsive from start to finish - professional, tidy and a great service.
Douglas was excellent, he firstly established that our ten year old Samsung was going to be an expensive repair and we decided to replace it for a new Bosch. He organised the replacement delivery and fitting or the new machine. This removed all of the donkey work and made the process stress free for us. We also liasd with his other engineer Tyler and admin who were polite and efficient, thanks to them all!

Had an issue with the dishwasher not draining. After attempting some diy it was time to call in an expert and I made the perfect choice with this company. Doug was able to fit me in for the following day and resolved the problem, even explaining what to do should it happen again. The service provided was fast, professional and very friendly. Came out within a couple of days of calling & was clear about the call out fee. Albeit I was found to have an issue with my dishwasher which would have ordinarily meant it going to the scrap heap, a make shift fix was attempted in any case and it worked perfectly! These guys saved me forking out for a new dishwasher- or certainly delayed it for a long time at least ☺️ Great service all round.
Had a washing machine repair done by Douglas and Tyler, which I could not have faulted as an overall experience nor the service provided. They were able to diagnose the issue during the initial visit, immediately ordered the part that needed replacing once they knew the issue, wasting no time, and gave fantastic service as well as being friendly, professional and informative. They were also accommodating time-wise. I found the cost more than reasonable and will definitely be using East Coast again if any issues arise (hopefully not, but at least I will have reliable and trustworthy company to sort it out). Our tumble dryer was repaired very quickly and even a day early due to Tyler's kind consideration of attending to us at the end of the day rather than the next day. The team did a fantastic job of repairing our hisense washer-dryer. All work was completed within a short space of time and they showed up exactly when agreed. Identified a fault caused by our washing machine manufacturers own engineer during a warranty repair which hisense are investigating. Reallt shows the level of expertise these guys have. Very grateful for all the work done.

Never used east coast appliances before and found them on google. From start of the process to them fixing my dishwasher was great service. Communication was great and I was updated all through the process. Would highly recommend and will definitely use in the future if I needed to.
Absolute menace! Driving through thetford today this van went entirely across to the wrong lane on a roundabout , millimetres away from crushing me between his van and the roundabout, totally oblivious to anyone around him If they mend appliances like they drive then they will turn your home into a death trap. Stay away!!!

Excellent friendly and professional service. Quick response and a nice short time slot was given, plus a text when they were on their way. Quickly diagnosed and repaired my washing machine at a fraction of a cost of a new one. Very reasonable call-out charge for the time that two of them were here, working in an extremely awkward, tight space. Really pleased to be up and running again with no fuss and very little expense. Our tumble dryer didn't work but all it needed, so we were told, was a good clean of the 'workings' and the reset of a trip switch. All we were charged was the call out fee. An excellent service that we can thoroughly recommend.
Douglas and Tyler replaced washing machine seal that had gone mouldy. Thought it was a job I could had done, so glad I didn’t try when I saw what it entitled. Our oven and hob was completely not working and even bought a new hob to be installed. We couldn’t cook any food for ourselves or our young child. East Coast Appliances came out the very next day after I called and fixed both the hob and oven. Didn’t need the new hob so can take it back to get some money back! Douglas was very friendly and was professional. Would happily use their services again and recommend to a friend. Fee was very reasonable too!
Douglas and Tyler replaced a faulty fan oven switch - and went the extra mile in carefully pulling out the trickily positioned, heavy range cooker. We had an issue with the heating element of our cooker so I found East Coast Appliances and called due to the high amount of 5 star reviews plus being extremely local. After calling, Douglas was able to instantly diagnose the issue after explaining the fault and managed to attend next day with the part that needed replacing. He's an extremely friendly engineer and fixed the issue extremely quick so I was very happy with the service provided. I would definitely recommend East Coast Appliances if you ever have a fault with your appliances and will definitely be giving them a call if I encounter an issue in the future. 5 stars!
I enquired over the weekend for my washing machine as it stopped working. I had a phone call first thing monday morning and out and fixed by tuesday afternoon. Was very reasonably priced and felt comfortable with the workman. Would highly recommend and use again. Thank you for fixing my machine!

We have used East Coast Appliances several times now and are so impressed by their efficiency, knowledge and professionalism. Doug found the problem with our old Miele tumbler dryer straight away and fixed it. He very kindly said that I was using the wrong program setting that’s why it was taking so long! All I had to pay was the call out charge. We have a new house and took out the insurance on all our appliances but I have now cancelled these and I will be using Doug for all my appliances from now on! Fantastic Service! Thank you! I was given a time slot, then a phone call to confirm an exact time. Brilliant service. Unfortunately my fridge freezer was beyond repair but I was given advise on what to look for. This company is 100% a customer recommendation as over the past 3 months, I've had multiple issues with 2 separate cookers but this company has gone above on beyond to help me get a new cooker and they installed it all for me and left there work area tidy and clean also office staff are excellent with communication and understand you're issues and help no matter the issue or repair so I recommend this company to friends family and anyone else who needs appliance repairs.

After a few issues with communications (hence the four stars rather than five) … * Had to chase twice to see if they could repair our dishwasher * Agreed to an earlier appointment time but Doug arrived for the original appointment time … we were very pleased with the way Doug dealt with the problem (new heat pump required). They'll be our first port of call next time we need something repaired.

Fridge Freezer broke down and they were out within a couple of days to diagnose the problem... they got the fridge freezer working again whilst waiting on a part to arrive and as soon as part had arrived they were out to fit and get back to full working order... only hold up was the part arriving and not the company and that was out of their control.. would defo use again and recommend!! Only a phone call this time, due to my stupidity but both husband and wife team were lovely, rang me back, talked me through a few things and what it could be etc, and didn't fob me off as such, so was all sorted, (blocked filter, water wasn't draining properly) but as it was stuck I didn't really pull it out as didn't want to break it, but whilst on phone I was wriggling it and it came out wow... it was absolutely blocked up with....dog hair, (we have 4 dogs and 4 cats....) but thank-you so much, I understand companies have to charge to come out and earn a living, but they were helpful and saved me some money which was kind of them. Definitely recommend 👌

I have had an excellent experience using East Coast Appliances. I would highly recommend them. Excellent customer service. Calls were answered quickly and I was able to get my cooker fixed quickly. Hannah was wonderful on the phone and so helpful. All appointment times were met and Douglas was always on time. All works carried out were explained to me fully and I had understanding of the cost involved before anything was done, no hidden charges or pressure. This is my second time of using ECA and I will be using them again in the future. We found Douglas online, when our dishwasher stopped working we searched for an engineer read good reviews for East Coast Appliances so thought we would give him a try to fix our dishwasher. So pleased we did, he was fairly priced and knew the machine inside out, the problem was soon fixed. Very pleased with all aspects of the company and have since used him again to sort a washing machine. On the second occasion he was just as effective. I am writing this review after the fixes i forgot to write it up before. I called east coast appliances again today 18.08.23 , this was connected to a broken switch on the electric oven. Douglas talked me through what I had to do after I had explained the issue and sent photos. i was able to fix it myself with the instruction given by douglas. Super honest great value, and good morals do use the company you will not be disappointed. 10/10. Mark and Karen

My washing machine fault proved to be difficult to solve, but Douglas persevered until he had fixed it. He was always pleasant and arrived when he said he would. Mo, the engineer was on time and knew his stuff. Before he carried out any additional work he gave me the cost first. He fixed my dish washer within a very short time. The appliance was not repaired as the engineer said is not repairable and we need a new one. But after restarting and taking the ice out of some areas inside ,this is working now! It cost me 40 punds and was advised to buy new one when the appliance could be fixed Thanks Dumitru

Doug at East Coast Appliances provided a friendly and professional service to repair a fault I had on my Samsung tumble dryer. His communication prior to arrival was clear, useful and informative. He fixed my dryer in a timely manner and then outlined what the issue was with it - and also future prevention tips! I wouldn't hesitate using East Coast Appliances again.
Doug was incredibly helpful and responsive; helped me to source a new dishwasher when it was clear mine was a lost cause and didn't charge for the hours it took to diagnose my old machine. He then collected, delivered and installed the new dishwasher and disposed of the old one for a very modest fee. Excellent communication, professional and trustworthy. Definitely recommend.
