Sent a WhatsApp message at 5pm, promptly received a message I would be contacted shortly. Received a call at just before 6pm Mark was on his way. He knew exactly what the issue was with my washing machine without pulling it out, problem fixed and he even cleaned the filter and soap drawer. Outstanding service and I would recommend to anyone
Our quite old washing machine leaked badly so I called Mark who said he could pop in later that morning. He did and showed me that the machine was broken in a way which was not repairable (it was 15 years old!). He talked me through the machines he sold - only a small range handpicked for purpose. We chose one and he came back with it the same day and took our old machine away. Brilliant customer service!

Was looking for a spare part and called to check if it was sold here. The gentleman was very helpful to guide on what to do to confirm the part was faulty, but did not have that specific part in stock at the time unfortunately. Still, was very helpful over the phone. Wouldn't hesitate to call him if I need a repair visit.

Mark is very professional and experienced. Had issues with a dishwasher tripping electric and book an appointment. Mark arrived on time and check the appliance all over and replaced the faulty pump. The dishwasher is working great. Thank you Mark for an excellent service.
Excellent service! Dishwasher broke at the weekend, sent an enquiry on Monday and by Tuesday I had a new one all delivered and installed and the old one taken away! Good chat with Mark too, lovely guy and I'm very impressed with this service. Highly recommend!

Did an online enquiry, got a call back the next day and they came to sort the issue the day after. Very prompt as getting in touch, and very knowledgeable. I suspected a bra underwire stuck somewhere and they easily confirmed this was the case. Very professional, would 100% have no doubts in recommending this company. Thanks for rescuing my machine!
Have used Mark in the past for repair. Today, he supplied and fitted a washing machine. The washing machine i ordered was unavailable, so he supplied a washer/dryer at no extra cost. I was out working at the time of the installation, and he dealt with everything. He also removed the old machine. Great service 👏

Excellent. Lots of valid, thoughtful information on the different products. Prompt response and took all of the hassles out of replacing my washing machine. Amazed how quickly it was all sorted out. The price is very fair and allows for disconnecting and removing my old machine after confirming it was not sensibly repairable and the fitting and checking of the new machine plus helpful operating advice. I am delighted with my new machine and comprehensive and efficient service. I will use Mr Raynor again and highly recommend him. Indeed he was originally recommended to me by a friend

12 year old Dishwasher issue so gave them a call and Joe came along to discuss. The cost difference between the repair and a new one was marginal so it had to be done. A new one was fitted within days and the old one taken away....result. Will happily recommend the business and customer care

I would definitely recommend Mark. He came to see if could repair our washing machine. After letting us know it was as we thought, not worth repairing, he recommended a couple of new machines. Easily replaced and old one taken for us. Website definitely worth a visit and worth a phone call.

Rayner Appliance Care are the go-to people for our white goods. Over the last few years they have serviced, repaired and replaced appliances in my home. I trust Mark; he arrives when he says he’s going to, he completes the work in a clean and timely manner, and charges a fair price in the process.
Mark is a very nice man who knows what is what rewarding washing machines. My door was broken and had been bugging me for a while. He replaced the dodgy handle and is all working again. At a cost within my expectations
