Had a very nice man called Stuart to look at our Neff dishwasher, he said it was an unusual problem but checked all over found a broken wire, again unusual. Sorted the problem. Very helpful. So thank you Stuart, would recommend to anyone.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We had so many problems with our machine which to be fair was 14 years old. Stuart fitted a new part but for about 10 months or so it persistently failed. Stuart returned each time to fix and then return again a few months later. Eventually another part failed of which there was no supply. We used Stuart’s sound advice to purchase a new one, which he installed and removed the old one. 10/10 highly recommended

Our SamSung washing machine suddenly decided to give up on the spin cycle. A quick call to BAS, a date for investigation and repair arranged and we now have a fully functioning washing machine. Very happy with the service and price. Thank you Stuart.
Excellent customer service and communication. Easy to get hold of and responded to a website message. Stuart helped us out with issues with our oven and dishwasher and both were excellently repaired with no hassle. Fully recommend!
I can't praise Stuart enough. I contacted him after moving into our new home when the extractor wasn't working. After lots of problems with suppliers and three visits from Stuart he finally fixed the extractor fan. Stuart was brilliant. Trustworthy, always on time, communication was excellent and price wise so reasonable. He would be my go to if I have any appliance problems in future.

What a brilliant service Stuart provides! Faulty Miele dishwasher showing fault codes and just not working, Stuart found and repaired the fault and all for a lot less than a new machine (a lot less!!!). Thanks Stuart, your number is stored for next time 👍
We broke our Neff oven door (shattered it) when trying to refit it after cleaning. I found Stuart’s no. on Google, and my husband called him. He was near our house so popped in to check the model no. etc. He ordered it and came back a few days later and fitted it. Absolutely excellent service. Highly recommended!!
Excellent communication and quality of service. Stuart was very friendly/approachable, and diagnosed and solved the fault with our dishwasher as promised and within the price estimate given. We would highly recommend Stuart and his services, and we will not hesitate to contact him again should the need arise.
Nice easy stroll along an old railway line. Plenty of nature to enjoy but beware of leaving valuables on display in the car park.
