Customers value the knowledgeable, honest advice, fair pricing and willingness to suggest a simple DIY solution or replacement when a call-out is not worthwhile, rather than charging unnecessarily. Repairs are described as efficient, with clear explanations and helpful service.
Spoke over the phone - unfortunately, they don't fix American style fridge freezers BUT was kind enough to talk me through a few potential solutions I could do myself anyway. Successfully fixed the fridge and saved a substantial call out fee!
Terry was great very professional and efficient. Fixed my fridge freezer in a flash. Thanks Terry great job
Very prompt service. Terry was knowledgable and took time to explain the problem. He was very open about possible solutions, the best option being to replace my appliance. Consequently, he charged the minimum call out fee which I was very happy to pay. I would definitely recommend him.
They did an excellent job efficient honest and friendly and at a great price. Highly recommend
Very good service, fixed our oven for a great price, they were friendly and came out the same day, I highly recommend!
Very good service, would certainly use this company again.
HOW REFRESHING TO COME ACROSS SOMEONE WHO IS NOT OUT TO RIP PEOPLE OFF. I initially made contact to get a rough idea of how much a repair to my Indesit fridge/freezer might cost. After explaining problem (freezer working/fridge not cooling) I was told there was no point in calling out as I could fix the problem myself (by simply defrosting the unit). Advised IF this did not fix problem get back in touch. It did fix the problem and it now works fine. The guy knows his stuff, it would have been easy for him to have called out and charged a small fortune to tell me to defrost the unit. If I have any problems in the future this is the number I will be calling.
