I was very pleased with Muhammad’s visit, polite, helpful & quick. I think he initially had the suspicion that I’d removed one of the back panels myself which I swear I didn’t but I still felt a bit guilty. We hadn’t taken the shelf that revealed the panel out of the freezer compartment for 5 years and so it must of from your last visit or even from new. Anyway Muhammad happily rectified it and all good.
The engineer, Wayne, arrived on time and attended to the washing machine issue. After asking a few pertinent questions and making some observations, he narrowed down the cause and resolved the problem. Fast, efficient and all done with a friendly smile. Thankyou Wayne !

Very impressed with the service I received from Elite, Danny, the service engineer, turned up on time & diagnosed the fridge problem quickly then set about fixing it. 24 hours later the fridge is steady at the correct working temperature so it's definitely fixed! In my opinion I felt the level of dedication to customer satisfaction went beyond just "doing the job", he really went the extra mile which is to be applauded in today's world, so thank you Danny & Elite, I very much appreciate having a cold fridge again when it's +32 C indoors & out!

Wayne even gave me extra advice to vacuum the vents at the back of the freezer and then actually did the vacuuming for me. I had a Engineer come out to our washing machine with samsung saying it would cost about £90, he has advised us it will cost £400 which i was mortified, he came in with a massive bag of tools which on his departure broke our trv on a radiator. Mortified would not recommend this company to my worst enemy

I didn't have the appointment in the diary, and received no advance warning that they were coming so they found me out. They tried to charge me £24 for a missed visit, when the repairman didn't bring the right part anyway! I wouldn't use them again, because the part costs less than that.
Be very careful with them if you need parts ordered to carry out a repair! We had an engineer come out to diagnose an issue with our dryer; he did the diagnosis and went away and ordered the parts we needed. He came back several weeks later (we had no dryer during this time) to reinspect and confirm that even more work was needed (not diagnosed on his first visit) which meant the cost of the additional parts + labour was about the cost of just buying a new dryer. The engineer advised he could take the parts away and use them for another job and we could get a refund as we had already paid for the parts which we said we'd like to do. Fast forward a few weeks and no word from the company about a refund. Emailed to advise a refund request had been put in by the engineer but no update on when the refund could be expected. Sent another email to be told that because the parts had been ordered for our repair specifically that the company would not be refunded us anything; so we had no repair, no working dryer and a company refusing to issue a refund which their employee had said we would get. A couple of emails later the company ended up ghosting us and refusing to respond to any emails. Thankfully we paid by credit card and got a full refund from our bank but awful customer service experience! Engineer was pleasant, albeit uneducated on company policy when it comes to refunds for parts specially ordered (Samsung dryer so not like it was some unusual dryer for which the ordered parts were unlikely to be used on another job!)

EDA were appointed by Samsung for a warranty repair on a washing machine, their engineer Chris was excellent, very polite, clearly explained issues and very tidy on return visit to replace the drum under warranty plus some good tips for ongoing maintenance of the appliance. Very thoughtfully moved the dogs water bowl so it was still accessible while he worked too! Booking and attendance tracking system all very clear too. Very happy to recommend this company if you need an appliance serviced or repaired.

Samsung Series 5 warranty service. I would not recommend this service based on my experience. The first issue with my washing machine took approximately one full month to resolve from the initial report to the completed repair. Being without a washing machine for that length of time is extremely difficult for any household, especially a busy family. During that period, I had to travel regularly to family members to do basic laundry, which added time, cost, and significant inconvenience. Shortly after that repair (within a couple of weeks), a new issue appeared, this time with the drainage system. This was not a problem before the initial repair. While I cannot confirm the exact cause, the timing raises serious concerns. The second repair process has again involved multiple delays and appointments. I had to take several days of unpaid leave to accommodate visits. During one of these visits, the engineer attended without the required part, despite the fault being discussed in advance and strongly indicating a pump issue. This resulted in another wasted day without any repair being completed. The appointment system is also extremely difficult to work with. “All day” time slots (8am–6pm), combined with a tracking system that constantly changes throughout the day, make it impossible to plan around work commitments-especially when my workplace is a 45-minute drive away. Due to concerns during the previous visit, I requested a different engineer for the next appointment. This was acknowledged. However, on the day of the repair, I discovered that the same engineer had been assigned again. When I called to resolve this, I was already distressed due to the ongoing situation. Instead of support, I was made to feel as though this was my fault. I was also told that because I mentioned leaving a negative review, they would no longer assist me and would refer the matter back to Samsung. This is not acceptable customer service. At that point, I had already experienced: - a one-month delay for the first repair - a second fault shortly after - multiple additional delays - several days of lost income - and no resolution Overall, the service has been poorly coordinated, unnecessarily prolonged, and highly disruptive. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that other customers do not have to go through a similar experience.

Elite Digital Appliances have been extremely unprofessional and incompetent. They have made four failed attempts to repair my Samsung fridge freezer, which is still under warranty, and on multiple occasions they have incorrectly marked the job as completed when the appliance was clearly not fixed. My family and I have been without a working fridge for over six weeks. Appointments were repeatedly delayed, and one was cancelled just days before Christmas, causing significant disruption and distress. There was no empathy, accountability, or urgency shown at any stage. Instead, responsibility was constantly shifted onto Samsung. Their actions reflect very poorly on Samsung as a brand. If Elite Digital Appliances are unable to carry out a repair, they appear to simply abandon the issue rather than resolve it properly, forcing customers to keep rebooking appointments. It gives the impression that they are more interested in call-out fees than fixing the problem. I paid over £2,000 for a Samsung AI American-style fridge freezer. Just three months after purchase, the appliance completely failed following a software update crash. This issue remains unresolved. I now have a brand-new fridge freezer sitting uselessly in my kitchen — it currently serves no purpose other than taking up space. Overall, this has been a frustrating, stressful, and unacceptable experience. Elite Digital Appliances have shown a complete lack of professionalism, honesty, and customer care.

If I could give zero I would. Original problem started in July been out over 10 times to the property and has not been fully fixed. At one stage the whole fridge stopped working and all they could do is say we will make another appointment in 10 days time. They have just left after confirming it was fixed which of course isn’t true. Honestly a joke of a company and Samsung are destroying brand using them for warranty work.
Had a very friendly engineer that came out and check out the washing machine, established the fault and off he went. The problem occurred again within a week and have since been trying to get these guys back in to check the machine and establish what the problem is, although they love to mention a £90 call out charge at virtually every interaction, they tend to ignore you when you actually ask them a question, it’s a one way street where they expect answers and for you to comply with their £90 charge but not willing to answer questions as to what happens next if the problem is the same as the previous one, will I have replacement parts or a new machine, who knows, I know I don’t as they keep ignoring me.

The engineer has been in 4 times now, every time a new excuse is made loads uneven, cabinet moving, floor moving. When the issue is with the drum itself, proceeds to change dampers and now the motor - they could have impact on the drum. Before replacing the motor the engineer came and said there's no issue. Suddenly there's an issue and the motor needs to be replaced, which has made the washer worse - shaking aggressively the whole spin cycle. I have videos documenting the whole process. When the engineer doesn't know what to do all they say is this is the best I can do. Well say you can't fix it or it's not fixable so I can move on with Samsung. Terrible service

Good Services, however replacing a light bulb inside the oven shouldn't take 10 days. An engineer should be coming with some basic spare parts in their vans, especially when you tell the customer services that there is no light in the oven

Unless you go ahead and pay £90+VAT for them to visit you when you don't necessarily need a visit, they will abstain from even responding to a question. That's not very professional because based on an initial response I could have gone ahead with them, but they preferred to not bother and even respond to any of my questions.

I was sent an engineer via the Samsung booking service for a repair on a tumble dryer. When arrived they took down the machine and said it would be £339 for repair (without clearly explaining they would have to order parts in). 3 weeks later they return and refuse to take down the machine without us paying for ANOTHER engineer at cost even though they knew it required someone else to help. The net cost would then be as much as the dryer itself. After I called the company they were completely unwilling to help and were quite rude. I was held hostage by this company unable to do anything about it. Very frustrating and would warn anyone to try someone else first.

Extremely disappointed – avoid at all costs! I had an engineer visit to fix our oven, but instead of completing the job properly, they left without even screwing the oven back into place. I later found two screws left on my kitchen countertop, clearly indicating the job was left unfinished. When I contacted the company about this, I was shocked by their response. They claimed the oven had already not been screwed in before the visit – an absolutely false and illogical explanation. How could an oven have been safely in use without being properly secured? When I asked about the screws left behind, they completely ignored this clear evidence and simply said, “We will go with what the engineer has said,” refusing to return and fix their mistake. This is not only poor workmanship but also dishonest and dismissive customer service. They failed to take any responsibility, refused to acknowledge their mistake, and left me with an unsafe oven installation. Truly unacceptable behaviour from a service provider. I would never recommend them to anyone.

My engineer came nice and early, he had excellent customer service skills and excellent communication skills. I have several health conditions resulting in a very low immune system, so I don't allow shoes in my house. The engineer with no hassle read my note at the door and put on his own shoe covers respecting the wishes of my home, this made his service 5 star for me.

This company came out on behalf of Samsung to explore why various woollen items were left with holes after a wash. I am an engineer(I didn't tell them that!) and had already checked for burrs on the drum. The engineer did not check for burrs he just stuck his head in the drum and said there was no fault, and then proceeded to lecture me like a child on how to use the device. I still have the problem and my machine is now out of warranty. Not sure what training they have apart from liking the sound of their own voice and not following due diligence even after being described what the issue was. I use laundry nets now, surprise surprise no damage, apart from there are snags in the nets caused by the machine. To say t the engineer was condescending in his manner is an understatement. I certainly will not buy another Samsung device due to the fact that they use the company. Eventually, I had enough of the item and purchased an AEG and not a single issue from day one. Washing without the feeling of checking for damage after every wash. The only downside is that I could not get the colour machine to match my kitchen. Added 5 year warranty and will pay for itself with no damage to clothes. I got a 50% refund from Curry's for the Samsung and could have pushed for 100% but did not have the energy to spend any more time on the matter.

Took 2 days off work (Monday & Thursday). Both appointments were cancelled on me. Elite Digital Appliances is an absolute joke. Was sent a Tracker to see the engineer coming online. Clearly shows he's on lunch. I pop out to the shops for a few mins and he could not wait. Was rude and aggressive to me on the phone. I requested that the engineer call me 20 mins before coming which they failed to do. Just turned up, if their engineer had called me then all this would have been resolved. I did not feel safe to let Chris into my home. As I felt threatened by him. I can not believe these are trusted Samsung Partners to do repairs. This incident is being escalated to the highest level at Samsung. What an absolute joke of a company. Just looking at their bad reviews online its not only me they treat bad. Terrible company and shocking for Samsung to use such cowboys.

We scheduled a washing machine repair appointment for today and informed the service provider in advance that a new part would be needed. However, the engineer arrived without the necessary part and charged us hundreds of pounds for a call-out fee, only staying five minutes to write a report but completing no repairs. Additionally, their office closed early, so we were unable to communicate further about the issue.
Not satisfied and too expensive gamble if the machine is beyond repair. The callout is chargeable £108 even if the machine is beyond repair, this is the thing which I found out to be a bit brutal. Yes you might argue that he still is taking time to visit you and fuel etc. but getting the value from the money is what makes a customer satisfied. If its not repaired or opened then Elite should really consider giving some sort of discount. PS: The spare parts cost is more than the new washing machine.

I have been waiting for my washing machine to be repaired for two months. Once they canceled my appointment for unknown reasons, after the engineer's visit he ordered parts that arrived in two days, but the free engineer arrived in 8 days. Today he came again and the next appointment is in 7 days. I have two children and a basket full of dirty clothes, I am disappointed with their service.

Danny was absolutely outstanding! Not only was he incredibly knowledgable when it came to fixing my washing machine, but he also was a pleasure to chat to. That said, my customer experience with Samsungs Manilla office has been dreadful, where I don’t want to ever shop with them again. In fact, the only good thing that has come out of my dishwasher breaking within 5x months of purchase is Danny coming around to resolve it, he is a credit to Elite. In that regard, I’d have absolutely no qualms about recommending Danny for any troubleshooting or repair needs. He is excellent and should not be the one responsible for acting as a customer care representative for the Samsung Manilla office as well as a being a superb engineer. Excellent professional service once here (very competent engineer), could do with opening a weekend phone support service for customers (probably the only repairs centre remaining that isn’t open on a Saturday!!!) and also improving waiting times for fridge/freezer call-outs as it is such an essential need. Had to use this centre to preserve warranty on my Samsung f/f but wouldn’t have due to the above if not, despite the excellent work from their engineer (also only reason why score isn’t lower!)

Mo checked out our fridge freezer and replaced the faulty ice making parts after steaming the ice compartment to open it. He also gave instructions on how to reset the ice maker using a button if it didn’t produce ice after 6 hours. A very polite, efficient and hard working guy.

Recently had a recurring issue with our 5 1/2 yr old Samsung fridge freezer (freezer started icing up) the engineer "Chris" arrived on site and advised me that the "drain hole" was blocking up with "ice", with my approval he installed a updated part, and said that this should " help" with the problem, unfortunately he also found another issue with part of the "insulation" around the "drain hole", which was not repairable, but the new part should possibly give us another " couple of years use" from the freezer. Very happy with service and advise Chris gave me, great customer service. 👍

Chris and his service was brilliant. Speedy, good communication once here and informative on how to keep the machine healthy and working well. I would say that the pre service needs looking at, the communication is relatively poor and you are left wondering what time and when the engineer will come. Given a large majority of people work from home and will have meetings the ability to know when they are coming more than 24 hours in advance would be incredibly useful.

Not a good experience. Had a guy out to fix our washer charge 140 for call out and part and still didn't fix it, paid even more money to the replace wiring after the 1st call out and was assured it would solve the problem and it didn't. Elite now want 350 to change even more parts which will now take us to nearly £600 to repair a washing machine... Customer service has been poor and communication is non existent unless you chase them.

This company charged £216 for a washing machine repair that broke down within a year but then they wanted to charge another £90 for a call out even though it was within the 1 year warranty. I was informed call outs are only covered for 3 months but I was not explained in person nor provided it in any of the receipts. Don't bother getting stuff repaired it's more cost effective to just replace the appliance.

On June 18, 2024, two engineers, Chris and Sam, from Elite Digital Appliances (Samsung Service Partners) visited my home to inspect my leaking washing machine. Upon arrival, they informed me that my stacked washing machine was incorrectly installed and refused to service it. In January, when Chris visited, the machines were in the same position, and he repaired the machine without issue. Despite this, during this recent visit, Chris and Sam aggressively claimed that my washing machine's warranty was void due to the incorrect installation. Both machines were purchased directly from Samsung, and I paid for installation services, which Samsung performed. During the inspection, a single cat bed was inside the leaking washing machine. Both engineers stated that my £700 washing machine could not handle washing pet beds or duvets, despite being a 6+ 11kg auto-dose model. Chris and Sam aggressively insisted that people in England only wash duvet covers, not the duvets themselves, and suggested I take my duvet to a laundrette. Chris even mentioned that he never washes his own duvet. I informed the engineers that I had consulted Samsung UK Customer Service before purchasing the two machines, costing over £1500, to confirm they could wash duvets and pet beds. Sam dismissively claimed that there is no Samsung UK and that all support is based in Manila. I showed him the Samsung website's instructions on caring for duvets and pet beds with a Samsung washer. Instead of assisting, Sam searched online to verify my information and stated it applied to Samsung US, not UK. The engineers then told me that if I wanted the machine repaired, I would have to move it myself, despite it being installed by Samsung. As a woman alone with two male engineers, I found this request inappropriate and intimidating. Chris showed me the machine's history, indicating multiple "UL - Unbalanced Load" errors, which do not equate to overloading. The following day, I contacted Samsung Customer Service, feeling intimidated, harassed, and uncomfortable in my own home. Samsung Customer Service confirmed via screenshots that it is possible to wash duvets and pet beds in the machine, provided they weigh more than 2kg. They also clarified that "Unbalanced Load" does not mean "overload." However, Samsung has now informed me that the warranty is void because Chris and Sam reported that I misused the machine. Their definition of misuse is washing duvets and pet beds, despite confirmation from Samsung that this is permissible. They also claimed I overloaded the machine, yet they have photographs showing only one pet bed in the drum, which they deemed overloaded. I strongly advise against purchasing household appliances from Samsung, as their after-sale service is severely lacking. Chris and Sam from Elite Digital Appliances Ltd. should be ashamed of their abhorrent behavior. I was left feeling harassed and intimidated by two white males who displayed a sense of entitlement and superiority. As an Asian woman suffering from depression and mental health issues, I rarely leave my house. The encounter with Chris and Sam has severely impacted my mental well-being. I am now left with a leaking washing machine that is only 18 months old, and future repairs will incur charges due to their unfair misuse report. This incident should be reported to trading standards. I am utterly baffled and distressed by their attitude and behavior.

The service I received was exemplary. I reported the fault to Samsung on Thursday, due to a cancellation the engineer was able to come out the next day as i was originally booked in for Wednesday the following week. The engineer didn't have the part needed and was trying to souce it from other engineers but no one locally had the part, so the engineer said he would get back to me later in the day if he could source the part needed and he did. Luckily for me he was able to fit me in for another next day appointment and was here for 20 minutes and got my washing machine working!!! Thank you.

The engineers we had to deal with seem dishonest. They told us one thing in person regarding what we had to do for them to remove the tumble dryer, but apparently recorded something else entirely in their notes we were never informed of. So after getting the builders round to do what we were asked, on their return they refused again to work on the repair. I'd recommend steering clear of this company. Incredibly frustrating and untrustworthy

Let down fro both Elite and Samsung. Engineer came after 3 weeks of complaint for inspection, left machine filled with water. Next appointment after 15 days, inflexible. No help for six weeks. Would buy a new washing machine rather.

More effective advance triage of our original enquiry would mean that he had the parts needed as this was a known fault with a standard resolution. As it was he had to order the part and make a return visit - less efficient for all!

Job # J122506. Elite Digital Appliances are the replair folks for Samsung in my area. After a defect with a less than year old american fridge freezer meant a whole freezer and fridge of food lost, these guys were booked to fix. The engineer was superb, polite, tidy and was able to diagnose the fault on his initial visit and he fixed the fault on the second visit when parts had arrived. The process was perfect. I received a call to book the appt and then reminders. The engineer (Gesmar) came with the parts needed following my description of the problem over the phone. He quickly diagnosed the fault and changed the parts. He then ran a series of tests to ensure it was fully operational following the repair. He explained everything to me throughout and had a very pleasant manner. The only thing that could use some improvement is the tracking system informing customers when the engineer might arrive. It updated infrequently and when he arrived, it was still showing 2 commitments before me. I did receive a phone call from the engineer with a 10 min warning and I was home so not a problem for me. However, my advice to others would be to not rely on the info on the tracker - you might get caught out.
Worst company I found in my life. I have a failing Samsung induction hob. They came they changed dome parts and it is still not working. They say they are not coming anymore. Samsung says these are they engineers. Please do not use them and do not buy anything from Samsung.
Our Samsung oven needed checking and then a small part replacement - Chris from Elite was incredible - quick to visit, knowledgeable about Samsung and then installed the part early Saturday morning. Excellent service.

Noisy fridge/freezer - job no 120981 - Danny K was the engineer and I was very impressed with his enthusiasm and he was really cheerful. Very professional.
I would like highlight that engineer Chris was excellent. He arrived early in the day and i was able to track the timing using their app. He offered to take his shoes off and wore foot covers. He was respectful of the furniture and keeping things very tidy. He fixed the job promptly and helped put the unit back perfectly. A pleasure to deal with. My only quibble is that the central control team failed to pass on my original messages containing the fault code (and likely parts required) thee first time around, so on his 1st visit i had to tell Chris again and then he had to book another visit to come back with the part. But that wasn't Chris' fault. I would recommend this company to work with.
They book the job, wait 7 days then just before the date they cancel, next booking 7 days later, 30minutes after they were suppose be be with me I call them and get told that the part is incorrect. Now I have to wait again for the correct part to be ordered and another 5 days, that is if the correct part ever arrives. Best part is I have already PAID.

Awful and impossible to get a good service from . Gesman the engineer couldn’t fix our BRAND NEW Samsung machine which leaves a lot of lint on my black clothes . We payed them to come to fix the lint after having these washing machine for 2 months . We had 2 visit and 1 phone call from the engineer saying that we need to wash our black clothes on delicates, wash with vinegar and use the thumble dryer after each wash to get rid of the lint . Plus to do a drum clean after each wash to sort the problem . THESE IS HOW A NEW SAMUSUNG MACHINE NEEDS TO BE USED ? Send so many evidence about how the clothes are still coming but he keep saying to try these and that which makes no sense . Is a NEW WASHING MACHINE not an old machine . We did few drum clean before we called him then with him , try with liquid & softener. The machine is faulty and the problem is still there . He still admits that the washing machine is NOT FAULTY and that I have to find out the solution . THESE IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, don’t help you solve the problem, makes you look stupid and dump !!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Unfortunately, our fridge can not be repaired as he said due to the cracked on the back as pictured, so he said i need a new refrigerator. Although he damaged the front (twin cooling cover as pictured), he said it will not affect the functionality of the fridge and i need a new fridge/freezer anyway. So does not need to get it replaced.

AVOID - I purchased a Samsung fridge freezer. The shelving units did not fit together as a result of a manufacturing fault. This firm attended and said that it was a result of the installation service (carried out by Samsung) to absolve themselves of any responsibility. Disingenuous, dishonest and downright rude! Do yourself a favour and never work with them.

They came on behalf of Samsung to inform Samsung whether a washing machine I purchased was repairable. If it was not repairable, Samsung would have replaced the washing machine due to fault. If it was deemed repairable and fair wear and tear, I would have to pay the cost of repair. This company came and stated it was repairable even though the drum has come completely loose and it was giving a burning smell. They put it down to wear and tear and quoted a minimum fee of repair for just under £400. This was for a £500 washing machine. Because of this I was left with no washing machine and had to buy a new one.
Danny was incredibly efficient and knowledgable. He knew instantly what the problem was, explained everything clearly and was able to replace the part there and then. I would definitely use this service again.

I'd never used Elite Digital Appliances before and was expecting the usually mediocre service that most warranty companies seem to offer these days. Fortunately that wasn't the case. Unreliable and impossible to get a good service from. This company is the only Samsung dealer in the south west commissioned by Samsung to fail all repairs. Their engineers and reception will pretend they fixed your appliance and addressed your concern, and will not rectify it for good. Rudest receptionist ever. Engineer arrived and left without ringing the door bell or knocking to fake the customer’s “non responsiveness”. If you complain, they will block you from booking another repair. Samsung have been running the scam for years. Had to get it fixed out of pocket using a reliable engineer in another business who helped me with a faulty replacement immediately with no hassle or procrastination. Avoid them and more importantly, avoid buying anything from Samsung. Worst customer care after sales ever imagined. Do. Not use Samsung and this business for big purchases.
Using the Samsung Warranty repair service. I also had Chris like many others. Arrived, quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced a circuit board in the washing machine and do other checks. All done within 15 mins at most. Been a couple of weeks since then and have had no further issues. Thank you~

I cannot get them to commit to an appointment after waiting 5 days although Samsung say they have requested a visit, for my 9 month old fridge freezer. Between them I'm still waiting, elite say they only have one man available to cover a 200squaremile area. Seriously it's like talking to a brick wall.

Dreadful service from the cowboys used as their dedicated repair centre by Samsung in the south east. Low quality service, unresponsive reception and non existent engineer slots and visits that never materialised for me. The company takes weeks to schedule an appointment and if you complain, they make personal threats to “null your warranty” and mess up the repair for you!! Never ever trust them or use them. Simply disgusting. I have spent my own money to get my appliance under warranty repaired after being subjected to daft conversations with the most unhelpful reception and a 2 week wait with pathetic excuses. They should be discredited by Samsung for what they say to customers and how they act. Never in a million years will I buy Samsung because as of the repair company they have chosen. I was also threatened by them after I initially left a review reflecting my true experience. Unprofessional and unacceptable, avoid these cowboys. An alternative engineering firm fixed my issue in 2 days.

Our Maytag fridge freezer was leaking an exceptional amount of water from the housing to the water filter. We previously used Elite Digital Appliances for a refurbishment of the appliance and we were happy with the results. So we didn't hesitate to use them for this repair. The gentleman who came out to diagnose the problem left without turning the water off, although we were told it would be a week until the part came. Overnight the fridge would leak a whole large trug of water, which we'd need to empty out. My husband called and arranged for them to come back the next day to turn it off, which they did. It took about a week for the part to turn up. It was a motor for some reason, but not the part which would stop the leak. My husband then called a few days later only to be told they couldn't get the part and that was that. So our fridge has no water dispenser or ice and that appears to be that. I just would've appreciated a more proactive repair process and update to the repair. We're still in the situation we were two weeks ago and very disappointed.

Awful engineer, rude and did not follow covid protocol. Needs to actually have the equipment needed to inspect rather than asking the homeowner for the equipment. I have complained to Samsung as this is who they sent out and upon reading other reviews I see that I am not the only customer with Samsung appliances that has complained. If this is who they use in this area to repair their goods that are on extended warranty I will be avoiding Samsung appliances in future or I will take out additional cover with a reputable company. Would not recommend this repair company.

Elite rang to say they could repair my machine 3 days earlier than agreed, turned up on time and their technician Scott couldn't have been more helpful and courteous.
As the only Samsung repair centre for all of SE England, their ONE service engineer was pinged by the Covid app on the way here, so now we are left with a broken freezer for 10 days to 3 weeks… (they don’t know how long) having already waited 4 days. Apparently, Covid is still NEW to their business and it didn’t occur to them that only having ONE engineer on staff might be a WEAK business plan. This is who Samsung are relying on? Not sure which company I’m more annoyed with right now.

It appears Samsung are going to lose a lot of valued customers just by choosing to use these engineers! Poor, work shy, rude employers who if the job cannot be completed in under 5 minutes by them plugging in their machines to tell them whats wrong with a device (as they couldn’t possibly look for themselves to diagnose the issue) then they are unfortunately just not interested. These cowboys make it up as they go along. This company are terrible at communication and their ‘customer service skills’ leave a lot to be desired!! We have now got rid of our Samsung washine machine and will never buy a Samsung product again just so we never have to deal with this company!

An engineer by the name of Danny attended my home address after giving me a courtesy call earlier that morning to tell me he would attend between 11am and 2pm. Upon arrival, he was very polite. This is the official Samsung repair service in my area. So I was forced to use it. Brand new device, leaking, instead of replacement they said they will repair it. After 1 month of waiting list they finally come to say "we need a piece, it will be another 3 weeks". Today we find out the "piece" is not what is wrong, so it will be another 8 days. And they even tried to argue that the problem was "user error", when the device has actually never worked at all. It will be 7 weeks (almost 2 months), and we still have no working product, and no security at all that it will be repaired after that time. They do not prioritize their customers, and just place you "at the end of the list" whenever they have an additional problem to solve.

I had a noise on my washer/dryer that had disappeared by the time my engineer appointment was due and I was concerned I would be charged a callout fee. However, I had managed to video the noise and everyone at Elite Digital were so helpful in diagnosing the fault remotely, recommending that I continue with the callout and reassuring me that there will be no charge. The engineer was extremely professional, diagnosed the fault quickly and gave us excellent advise on how to prevent the issue happening again. Highly recommended.

I've got a 5y old Samsung American Fridge paid £1.299.00. The freezer suddenly stopped to freeze so I had to use the Samsung services to get it repaired. The call out for a 20mins diagnosis is costing a fortune of £110 and they send out an "ingeneer" that, by touching the fridge from the outside, eventually ended up by telling me "from my experience there is a blockage in the internal pipe and it cannot be repaired". Because the fridge was still working properly I forced them to get the compressor replaced with a new and get the re-gas. For 93gr of gas they charged me £115. A bottle of 450g of gas is costing £15. By the way. After the job was completed, I've got my fridge back to working properly and I will definitely thank myself to had avoided to listen them and saved me over £1000 for another fridge. Definitely not honest people working there
The gentlemen at that fixed my washing machine done a excellent job and got it dealt with promptly. However, the initial lead up to getting it done took well over a month so be prepared to wait a life time for them to come out

We had a leak from our Samsung washing machine. We contacted Samsung who put us in touch with elite digital appliances. Danny came out and found the problem straight away and it was fixed within the hour. He even took time to explain how to get the best out of a washing machine. Would highly recommend.
Beware people please stay from this company !!! 1. The engineer who came to look at my washing machine didn't even know how to draw water out of the machine w/o spreading it all over the floor. He was constantly on phone asking someone on the other side what to do next. The diagnosis was poor and left the place without cleaning up the mess 2. They booked me in 4 weeks later to finalise the repair as they diagnosed the issue is in the PCB. They did say the part came in in 4 days but they haven't got any appointment for 4 weeks. This is already 6 weeka for me without having a washing machine at home. No one arrived on the much awaited day of repair and when i contacted them at about noon time, they claimed the Engineer has come and gone but no one opened the door so the next appointment is another 2 weeks away. We are all at home, and my ring bell can prove that no one ring the bell or called us up to say they are here. Seems they have taken too much work and now trying to delay the clients for which Samsung has already paid them. Even requesting multiple times that its hard during covid to be without the washing machine, they are saying they ll not come back for repair for 2 additional weeks. This is a highly unprofessional company yhat needs to be reported to Rogue traders/ Watchdog on BBC.

Helpful when making the booking and the guy that came was very friendly and professional,telephoned to let me know when he was coming, explained what he had done and why and followed social distancing. would use again even if Item not under warranty.
To be honest, I've had quite a few problems with my Samsung washing machine, requiring multiple visits due to parts issues (not the engineer's fault). I have had a variable response from Elite in terms of getting an engineer out in every case in a reasonable timeframe, and getting parts quickly - but once I found the right people to speak with, they did go 'beyond' the call of duty to fix my problems and made huge efforts to help me. All good now - I'd just like them to rethink their inventory levels so that parts are more quickly available, and try to consistently promise a visit in not more than 2 days.
Danny from Elite Digital appliances visited my property several times to help with my Samsung fridge freezer. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. When he didn't have the part he needed he rescheduled for the next week and turned up at 9am and duly carried out the repair. His level of professionalism and friendliness is a credit to him and the company and I would not hesitate to use them again. This is compared to several disappointing experiences with other known repair companies.
Was put in touch with Elite Digital Appliances through Samsung as our machine was still under warranty. Elite were fantastic, phoned to confirm the appointment we had been allocated by Samsung and phoned/texted the day before to reconfirm. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. Our lovely engineer, John, arrived fully COVID-19 prepared and set to work immediately - completely friendly, professional and undeterred by our toddler who had just tipped a basket of balls all over the kitchen floor. Within the hour he had identified the fault (pump had seized) and fixed it. Absolute hero! Would 10/10 recommend.

I used Elite for a Samsung warranty repair on my washing machine. The Engineer, Brett, was polite, efficient and very professional. Even though I was probably asking too many questions. He also followed all the Covid rules wearing a mask and gloves throughout. He even asked me to text him after the call just to make sure everything was working OK having run a couple a cycles on the machine after his visit. Excellent service.
Our 18 month old Samsung washing machine suddenly decided to have a problem with the door so through the Samsung website I arranged the repair under the 5 year warranty. Last Wednesday (17th Feb) your engineer Sam was unable to complete the repair to our machine and had to order a new door part. He made sure we could still use the machine in the meantime so no major problem, he said he could return on Thursday 25th Feb. He came back as promised and completed the job so all is now well with it. On both occasions he phoned to let me know between what times he would attend and, by chatting to him, he is obviously very knowledgeable in what he does. Thank you for the great service. Having had several very recent experiences with another company (nothing to do with the washing machine or Samsung) just failing to turn up or even let me know they were not attending It is nice to see a company such as yourselves doing what was promised. We were referred to Elite Digital appliances by Samsung for a warranty repair to our fridge-freezer. The team at Elite were professional and responsive (more so than Samsung) and although they were unable to fix the appliance on the first visit because of its age, they returned soon afterwards to complete the work. The engineer, Gesmar, who carried out both visits, was courteous and helpful. He observed Covid precautions and was a great ambassador for Elite.
I used this company to repair my washing machine. They sent 2 people Chris and Vic which I thought was sensible to move a washing machine can be heavy and it is not acceptable that one person should do it. So very good company care of the employees. Also really professional people and good at keeping their distance and wearing masks and gloves. They repaired my washing machine within minutes and put everything back and cleaned up. Overall I would say that I was really impressed by the service and Chris & Vic who came into my house. Would recommend and use them again if I need to. (Which I hope I don't!)

It is refreshing to deal with a company that handled each stage of my call out so professionally. Once I was passed from Samsung - who were awful (their customer service department could learn a lot from Elite) - I could not have been treated any better. I spoke to Jordan 3 times to arrange the service call - I rang him twice and he rang me back once - the only thing that delayed him was information being passed from Samsung to Elite. He kept me informed at each stage and actually knew what he was talking about - I hate dealing with scripted calls. He arranged an engineer to attend within 2 days - a record to fix a washing machine in my books (I've had a lot of experience here and have waited 5 weeks before). Top marks Jordan for your people skills. Next was the call out - I was told that an engineer would call on the morning of the appointment to advise of a time. Colton did exactly this and arrived when he said he would. I did not waste a day not knowing when they would turn up - very good system in my opinion - simple and effective. When he arrive he quickly diagnosed the problem - had the replacement part with him - literally in his hand - and was able to fix in one visit. He run a full check on the machine and verified that everything was good. He was well presented and extremely polite. Great engineer! Elite seem to have nailed how to deal with service calls - they have great people working for them and do a great job - thank you.

Unfortunately I had to use Elite Digital Appliances as they serve as the local Samsung Service centre in my area. I would not recommend the company unless you like taking days off work to sit around waiting for an engineer to come to your house not fix the problem. I have now had 3 home visits from Elite Digital Appliances and the problem still hasn’t been fixed. The amount of time I have taken off work, I could have gone out and bought a new washing machine. The issue has been going on for over 6 weeks. Apparently a water leak isn’t a problem along with other issues that I have had. Samsung make good products but are let down by the after care for a 3rd party.

Really happy with service on my washing machine. Nice early visit that didn't disrupt my day, parts found there and then in the van, washing machine fixed within the hour. Only downside was I had to wait 2.5 weeks for a booking slot, but luckily I have helpful parents that did my washing while I waited! :-)

Elite Digital Appliances were the engineers in the area working for Samsung. They did eventually fix the washing machine. They had to come several times, with a long waiting time in between. After fixing the fault/replacing broken part I had to call as there was another problem as a result of the fix, despite having been at my house that day, and having already waited 4 weeks or more they could not attend for another 2 weeks. I would never call this company out of choice

I was stuck with the Elite Digital Appliances as they serve as the local Samsung Service centre in my area. Poor service, lack of communications, incompetent Engineers and mismanagement. 2 Engineers were booked for my job, first one only came in and touched the compressor unit in my fridge and said it's burning hot hence malfunctioning. He said another Engineer needs to visit for replacement of compressor unit. I received no update or communications for a few days and I ended up calling them again. It was only then that I got a date booked in for the second visit. The second Engineer was a guy with ego of a king. When he finished replacing the compressor unit he said and I quote "It went beautifully". I relied on his word and went to work.Next day in the morning I noticed that all my food in the freezer has thawed. Not only the original problem with the Fridge/freezer wasn't fixed, now the whole unit is completely out of use as both fridge and freezer compartment is warm. Nearly £100 worth of new grocery shopping down the bin in the weekend. Now I have been trying to reach them on their line since morning and I cannot get through to anyone. Really disappointed with the quality of the service. Now Samsung has booked for yet another job with them and I am sick and tired of dealing with this company

Most disappointing and frustrating. I was quoted a price for a call out which did not include VAT and no indication that this was the case, so it was a rude shock to have a bigger bill than expected. The engineer diagnosed a defunct compressor on my fridge freezer then told me he would have to order one and it would take about 10 days to come.This is simply not good enough in hot weather when someone has already waited days for the original call out. Then he told me the new part would only have a one year warranty. Most annoying was the fact that none of these possibilities was communicated to me when the call out was arranged. Given the 10 day wait and the poor warranty period I decided to buy a new fridge freezer so the £96 paid for the call out was completely wasted. I will be making a formal complaint.
Rangel was very efficient carrying out my washing machine repair. Gave me plenty of warning he was on his way, knew the product and left the area very tidy:-)

Fantastic repair by Mr. Colton 18/04/2019. He was prompt polite explained the problem and fixed it. He worked carefully and in good time and was a very clean tidy engineer who was able to answer all of my questions. I did not have to think twice about giving this review for Ryan. He was simply amazing at fixing my washing machine and was 100% trustworthy hence me leaving for work and leaving him to it. He went through what was wrong with the machine with me and I felt very comfortable talking to him. He was very professional but what stands about the most is his telephone manner and how I told him I had to cancel the appointment as my parent was taken in to hospital and so he said he could come early and make me the first call and sort it for me as I had young children a top bloke would highly recommend Ryan and defiantly needs 5 stars for his work.
Incompetence personified, shining example of how not to treat customers. If they repair our washing machine in January, we will only have been without it for 2 weeks since it first failed waiting for them to attend and another 3 weeks for them to return a seond time with more parts which the engineer hopes will fix it looks like Domestic and General are going to gain another customer, so much for independent "proffessional" service. Still, at least they're being paid to attend so why worry about customers?

Not only was the repair performed quickly and efficiently, both engineers Chris and Conor took time to explain the fault, repair and simple maintenance needed for a long lasting appliance. The courtesy and willingness to offer advice was a bonus. Praise and gratitude to both engineers. After all isn't it rare these days to witness engineers who take such pride in their profession??
Great service from Chris at Elite Digital Appliances, he went out of his way to accommodate me with an oven emergency (at 7.30am on a Saturday!) as I needed to cook for my daughter's first birthday party. Can't fault the guys who had some problems sourcing the part from Smeg but they kept me in the loop and did their best to get things sorted quickly. I would definitely call them again.

I book the appointment through samsung, and there were not sure to tell me the time when the engineer will come, what is always a problem when we have to go to work. But i was plesently surprise that the engineer Chris P, called me in the morning on the day to tell.me around what time he will be at our place, he then call me 1h before the appointment so i was able to go to work, and spare just 1h of my time. How amazing is that. He fixed the problem in 30 min and told me few tips how to maintain the washing machine. Perfect services.

Prompt, courteous and speedy repair of washing machine..would highly recommend.
Engineer turned up to replace a fridge door on a Thursday, came with the freezer door. Said would order a fridge door and be back on Tuesday. No contact on Tuesday. Called them up, the door was not in stock so on the Friday they raised this to Samsung who would then do a replacement. No contact from Elite on Friday to say that because of this they would not turn up the second time ( obviously as there was no door to install ). And to top if off the engineer left our fridge door handle loose when he took it off the 1st time and put it back on again which I had to rectify.
Proficient in diagnosing the problem and efficient in fixing it. Often servicing engineers can be patronising about how customers might have used an appliance the wrong way leading to a fault. However, the engineers from Elite knew that the washer/dryer model we bought had been known to have a motherboard which sometimes failed to efficiently drain waters from the pipes, causing the dryer to perform poorly. A change of motherboards and every wash/dry cycle since has been perfect! After they left I went to set the child-lock but noticed it was already done. They must have noticed we have a toddler and took the extra care. So thoughtful, really great service!
Repair to Samsung fridge - home visit. Very punctual arrival with a call in advance. Very polite, respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. Repair work done quickly with spare part in van. It took 4 - 5 days from initial telephone to book appointment to visit but overall very satisfied

Excellent company and Ryan provided fantastic service, he let us know 24 hours before to advise what time the appointment would be. Ryan fixed our washing machine within 5 minutes and knew what was wrong with it straight away. Ryan arrived right on time, provided excellent service and very friendly. Before he left he checked the machine once over to make sure it was working as expected.The washing machine is up and running and no longer sounds like tank. This is an excellent company. Making an appointment for a repair was easy. Unlike other companies, I was given an appointment for the next day. Their representative, Ryan, ‘phoned in the morning to inform me when he would arrive. He arrived right on time, was very pleasant, courteous and reassuring - it was clear that he knew precisely what the problem was and how to fix it. Ryan cleared up before he left and explained everything very clearly to me.The washing machine is up and running and I couldn’t be happier. I just wanted to say how helpful the gentleman was that I spoke to this morning about the repair on my washing machine. He was so polite and had a real can do attitude to sorting out the problem for me. He has even ordered a part in advance that the engineer can bring with him to speed things up. Brilliant service and would highly recommend Gregg and this company. My washing machine had been showing an error code which could not be fixed by myself. I called Samsung customer services and my details were quickly passed onto Elite Digital Appliances, who called me in the same afternoon to confirm the soonest possible appointment for me. On the day I got a courtesy call at the start of the day from Gregg, saying he would be round shortly. He was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. As I was interested, he kindly talked through his thought process as to the possible error with my machine and quickly got to work. Sadly the error was due to a part that was not readily available and needed to be ordered, so Gregg gave me a realistic timescale of when it would be fixed. The following week he called me in the morning to see if I was free for him to come replace the part, he'd had a cancellation and knew I was nearby. Again he was very proficient at his job and my washing machine was fixed in no time. Plus he gave me really helpful advice about the wash cycles and general care/considerations for the machine to prolong its life. Wonderful customer service and a job very well done. Thank you.
I recently had a recall on my fridge/freezer- like we all do we panic being told we have a recall. Brett in the office and sam the engineer went above and beyond to make sure I understood the work completely and my mind was at ease. The communication from Brett was fantastic and the work was carried out quickly and efficiently. Could not recommend enough!
I had a repair to my washing machine by Chris from Elite Digital Services. I was very happy with the service I received from Elite and I must say that they were very efficient. Elliott in the office got me booked in very quickly and Chris couldn't have been more helpful and he left my house very tidy. There was nothing to clean. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. Very professional.
Our washing machine was in warranty and Samsung arranged for Elite Digital Appliances (Basingstoke) to come out and fix a minor intermittent fault with it. Up until the engineer arrived we were able to still use the washing machine but occasionally it would stop and display an error message on one programme only. The engineer arrived just before Christmas and ended up breaking it further and since then we've been left without a washing machine. Elite Digital Appliances have been back a number of times, after making us wait weeks between visits, but each time they make the situation worse - the engineer didn't even reassemble the machine properly and there's now a big gap between the top casing and the machine. Elite Digital say they've recommended it should be replaced to Samsung but they are refusing to do this. Nobody has shown the slightest concern for our predicament. If anyone is thinking of using this company for their repair I would strongly urge you to look elsewhere.
Adam, can not be more helpful and efficient each time I have a problem with my Samsung Washing Machine! He really does go out of his way to resolve ANY issues. He is very polite and professional, and easy to deal with. I must also say the engineer that has attended has also been fantastic! Highly recommend, they are unbeatable!!!
If you can avoid, do do.. Unsure how they managed to get the contract from Samsung to fix washing machines; because their incompetence is on another level. Almost a month, and still waiting for machine to be fixed. Enough to make me not to want to buy another Samsung washing machine if these are the clowns who are going to to be fulfilling warranty jobs.
