Elite Digital Appliances Ltd is frequently praised for prompt, professional appliance repairs, with engineers often fixing washing machines, tumble dryers, fridges, freezers, ovens, microwaves and dishwashers quickly and testing everything before leaving. Customers value the polite, knowledgeable approach, clear explanations, maintenance advice, tidy workmanship and useful appointment tracking. A smaller but material group reports delays, missing or incorrect parts, repeat visits, high call-out costs and frustrations with refunds or communication, particularly on some warranty repairs.
Wayne did a great job fix everything… recommend 👍
Wayne came to sort out our Samsung washing machine and within a few minutes he was able to diagnose the fault. The repair was quick and straightforward. Very pleased with the support and service.
Wayne provide great service, reforming the seal and thorough test ! Job well done
I was very pleased with Muhammad’s visit, polite, helpful & quick. I think he initially had the suspicion that I’d removed one of the back panels myself which I swear I didn’t but I still felt a bit guilty. We hadn’t taken the shelf that revealed the panel out of the freezer compartment for 5 years and so it must of from your last visit or even from new. Anyway Muhammad happily rectified it and all good.
The engineer, Wayne, arrived on time and attended to the washing machine issue. After asking a few pertinent questions and making some observations, he narrowed down the cause and resolved the problem. Fast, efficient and all done with a friendly smile. Thankyou Wayne !
Adam came and fixed my tumble dryer. Brilliant service, very quick and professional

Great service from Elite Digital! They communicated well and gave me a time slot for my engineer visit. Adam was friendly, polite and professional. He diagnosed the issue with our Samsung fridge freezer door (which was within warranty) and fixed it in no time ! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend - 5*

Scott did an amazing job fixing our freezer door quickly and professionally. He was friendly, arrived right on time, and left the area spotless.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mo provided an excellent service. He called ahead with his estimated arrival time and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was polite, courteous, and professional throughout the visit. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my Samsung oven, thoroughly tested everything to make sure it was working correctly, and provided me with a full service report before leaving. A quick, hassle-free repair and a great customer experience. Thank you, Mo!
A huge thank you to Scott from Elite Digital Services for the excellent service replacing the compressor in my Samsung fridge/freezer. Scott was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and completed the repair to a very high standard. He was also extremely tidy, leaving everything clean once the job was finished. I'm really pleased with the service I received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Scott and Elite Digital Services to anyone needing appliance repairs. Thanks again for a great job!
Great service ! Adam was a professional and very knowledgeable
We are delighted with our experience with Elite Digital Appliances. The process of fixing our washing machine was seamless, transparent and highly cost-effective. We live in London and chose Elite as they are Samsung-authenticated and can access parts from the manufacturer. We were seriously impressed by the engineer, Chris, who was professional, knowledgeable, and honest about our repair. The part we needed was immediately ordered and within days our washing machine was working again, backed by a warranty on the new part. Small things, like having a live tracker of our engineer’s journey progress, really helped us too. We would recommend using Elite for a stress-free repair. Thanks again!
Wyne- absolutely brilliant service 5 stars highly recommend 👌
Very impressed with the service I received from Elite, Danny, the service engineer, turned up on time & diagnosed the fridge problem quickly then set about fixing it. 24 hours later the fridge is steady at the correct working temperature so it's definitely fixed! In my opinion I felt the level of dedication to customer satisfaction went beyond just "doing the job", he really went the extra mile which is to be applauded in today's world, so thank you Danny & Elite, I very much appreciate having a cold fridge again when it's +32 C indoors & out!
Wayne was a fantastic soft spoken gentleman who has showed and answered all of my questions very professionally . Thank you
Wayne was brilliant. He was very polite, quickly diagnosed the issue with my freezer and then fixed it. Wayne even gave me extra advice to vacuum the vents at the back of the freezer and then actually did the vacuuming for me. Freezer is now on and should be back in use in a few hours after it’s got back to correct temperature Thanks Wayne!!
I had a Engineer come out to our washing machine with samsung saying it would cost about £90, he has advised us it will cost £400 which i was mortified, he came in with a massive bag of tools which on his departure broke our trv on a radiator. Mortified would not recommend this company to my worst enemy
Chuffed to bits I booked these guys! Needed the doors reversing on a Samsung fridge/freezer I'd acquired on moving in to a new home. Danny arrived within 24 hours of me calling and did a sterling job - no fuss, no grumbles (despite the 37 degree heat!) and was courteous, considerate and true professional - a real pleasure to have around! Thanks Danny ! :)
Chris has helped us twice with our fridge and it’s been first class both times. I would definitely recommend this company
Wayne provided an excellent service and repaired my washing machine quickly and professionally. He was very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout the whole process. The repair was completed to a high standard and everything is working perfectly now. I highly recommend Wayne to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy appliance engineer. Thank you for the great service!
I didn't have the appointment in the diary, and received no advance warning that they were coming so they found me out. They tried to charge me £24 for a missed visit, when the repairman didn't bring the right part anyway! I wouldn't use them again, because the part costs less than that.
Very polite and solved problem straight away
Be very careful with them if you need parts ordered to carry out a repair! We had an engineer come out to diagnose an issue with our dryer; he did the diagnosis and went away and ordered the parts we needed. He came back several weeks later (we had no dryer during this time) to reinspect and confirm that even more work was needed (not diagnosed on his first visit) which meant the cost of the additional parts + labour was about the cost of just buying a new dryer. The engineer advised he could take the parts away and use them for another job and we could get a refund as we had already paid for the parts which we said we'd like to do. Fast forward a few weeks and no word from the company about a refund. Emailed to advise a refund request had been put in by the engineer but no update on when the refund could be expected. Sent another email to be told that because the parts had been ordered for our repair specifically that the company would not be refunded us anything; so we had no repair, no working dryer and a company refusing to issue a refund which their employee had said we would get. A couple of emails later the company ended up ghosting us and refusing to respond to any emails. Thankfully we paid by credit card and got a full refund from our bank but awful customer service experience! Engineer was pleasant, albeit uneducated on company policy when it comes to refunds for parts specially ordered (Samsung dryer so not like it was some unusual dryer for which the ordered parts were unlikely to be used on another job!)

Wayne was brilliant I would highly recommend him. Very polite and efficient and a great guy.
Samsung Series 5 warranty service. I would not recommend this service based on my experience. The first issue with my washing machine took approximately one full month to resolve from the initial report to the completed repair. Being without a washing machine for that length of time is extremely difficult for any household, especially a busy family. During that period, I had to travel regularly to family members to do basic laundry, which added time, cost, and significant inconvenience. Shortly after that repair (within a couple of weeks), a new issue appeared, this time with the drainage system. This was not a problem before the initial repair. While I cannot confirm the exact cause, the timing raises serious concerns. The second repair process has again involved multiple delays and appointments. I had to take several days of unpaid leave to accommodate visits. During one of these visits, the engineer attended without the required part, despite the fault being discussed in advance and strongly indicating a pump issue. This resulted in another wasted day without any repair being completed. The appointment system is also extremely difficult to work with. “All day” time slots (8am–6pm), combined with a tracking system that constantly changes throughout the day, make it impossible to plan around work commitments-especially when my workplace is a 45-minute drive away. Due to concerns during the previous visit, I requested a different engineer for the next appointment. This was acknowledged. However, on the day of the repair, I discovered that the same engineer had been assigned again. When I called to resolve this, I was already distressed due to the ongoing situation. Instead of support, I was made to feel as though this was my fault. I was also told that because I mentioned leaving a negative review, they would no longer assist me and would refer the matter back to Samsung. This is not acceptable customer service. At that point, I had already experienced: - a one-month delay for the first repair - a second fault shortly after - multiple additional delays - several days of lost income - and no resolution Overall, the service has been poorly coordinated, unnecessarily prolonged, and highly disruptive. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that other customers do not have to go through a similar experience.

Wayne came to fix my appliance dont a good job
Elite Digital Appliances have been extremely unprofessional and incompetent. They have made four failed attempts to repair my Samsung fridge freezer, which is still under warranty, and on multiple occasions they have incorrectly marked the job as completed when the appliance was clearly not fixed. My family and I have been without a working fridge for over six weeks. Appointments were repeatedly delayed, and one was cancelled just days before Christmas, causing significant disruption and distress. There was no empathy, accountability, or urgency shown at any stage. Instead, responsibility was constantly shifted onto Samsung. Their actions reflect very poorly on Samsung as a brand. If Elite Digital Appliances are unable to carry out a repair, they appear to simply abandon the issue rather than resolve it properly, forcing customers to keep rebooking appointments. It gives the impression that they are more interested in call-out fees than fixing the problem. I paid over £2,000 for a Samsung AI American-style fridge freezer. Just three months after purchase, the appliance completely failed following a software update crash. This issue remains unresolved. I now have a brand-new fridge freezer sitting uselessly in my kitchen — it currently serves no purpose other than taking up space. Overall, this has been a frustrating, stressful, and unacceptable experience. Elite Digital Appliances have shown a complete lack of professionalism, honesty, and customer care.
Wayne was very helpful to solve the issue with my washing machine. Great knowledge about what the issue maybe. Ensured everything was properly up and running before leaving to ensure no further issues would be faced. Thank you!

Tony and Adam, 3rd times a charm. In the end was the main computer board that was the issue. All sorted, quick and easy. Thanks chaps for also levelling the fridge for me too.
Adam was very polite, diagnosed the problem and a week later all was fixed.
Really polite and great service. Adam arrived early to ensure I made my school run!
If I could give zero I would. Original problem started in July been out over 10 times to the property and has not been fully fixed. At one stage the whole fridge stopped working and all they could do is say we will make another appointment in 10 days time. They have just left after confirming it was fixed which of course isn’t true. Honestly a joke of a company and Samsung are destroying brand using them for warranty work.
Had a very friendly engineer that came out and check out the washing machine, established the fault and off he went. The problem occurred again within a week and have since been trying to get these guys back in to check the machine and establish what the problem is, although they love to mention a £90 call out charge at virtually every interaction, they tend to ignore you when you actually ask them a question, it’s a one way street where they expect answers and for you to comply with their £90 charge but not willing to answer questions as to what happens next if the problem is the same as the previous one, will I have replacement parts or a new machine, who knows, I know I don’t as they keep ignoring me.
Very good experience from Wayne. He came to repair the dryer and found the fault in a minute. Showed us the after care of cleaning and maintaining the dryer and washing machine. Thanks a lot!

Review for Engineer Muhammad Muhammad was fantastic! He did an excellent job — polite, professional, and efficient throughout. He answered all our questions clearly and completed the work very quickly. We’re extremely pleased with his service and highly recommend him.
The engineer has been in 4 times now, every time a new excuse is made loads uneven, cabinet moving, floor moving. When the issue is with the drum itself, proceeds to change dampers and now the motor - they could have impact on the drum. Before replacing the motor the engineer came and said there's no issue. Suddenly there's an issue and the motor needs to be replaced, which has made the washer worse - shaking aggressively the whole spin cycle. I have videos documenting the whole process. When the engineer doesn't know what to do all they say is this is the best I can do. Well say you can't fix it or it's not fixable so I can move on with Samsung. Terrible service
Muhammad has been very helpful and professional. Resolved my fridge problem very quickly. His service is highly commendable.

Good Services, however replacing a light bulb inside the oven shouldn't take 10 days. An engineer should be coming with some basic spare parts in their vans, especially when you tell the customer services that there is no light in the oven
Wayne has been such a great engineer very polite and a lovely guy and always comes on time.

Wayne was brilliant, got the job done quickly with a bright smile. Washing mechine working again now thank you!
Unless you go ahead and pay £90+VAT for them to visit you when you don't necessarily need a visit, they will abstain from even responding to a question. That's not very professional because based on an initial response I could have gone ahead with them, but they preferred to not bother and even respond to any of my questions.
Wayne came to fix my washing machine, fixed it very nice guy. Thank u

I told him I’d take care of the mess, but he still made sure everything was tidy and handled with care. Highly recommend Mohammed Hassan for any appliance repairs—a true professional who delivers top-quality service!
Wayne was polite and looks like the issue has been resolved

Excellent service, identified the issue with my washing machine and fixed it in no time. Would 100% recommend! Thanks Chris and your co-worker (whose name I’ve forgotten!)
Wayne was a top bloke saved our bacon when we had a newborn baby and a non working dishwasher! Legend, thank you Wayne!
I was sent an engineer via the Samsung booking service for a repair on a tumble dryer. When arrived they took down the machine and said it would be £339 for repair (without clearly explaining they would have to order parts in). 3 weeks later they return and refuse to take down the machine without us paying for ANOTHER engineer at cost even though they knew it required someone else to help. The net cost would then be as much as the dryer itself. After I called the company they were completely unwilling to help and were quite rude. I was held hostage by this company unable to do anything about it. Very frustrating and would warn anyone to try someone else first.
Great service from Wayne, top man!!
Fantastic service, clean and reliable, thanks Muhamed

Wayne is fantastic, super quick and efficient. Also very polite. would highly recommend!
Extremely disappointed – avoid at all costs! I had an engineer visit to fix our oven, but instead of completing the job properly, they left without even screwing the oven back into place. I later found two screws left on my kitchen countertop, clearly indicating the job was left unfinished. When I contacted the company about this, I was shocked by their response. They claimed the oven had already not been screwed in before the visit – an absolutely false and illogical explanation. How could an oven have been safely in use without being properly secured? When I asked about the screws left behind, they completely ignored this clear evidence and simply said, “We will go with what the engineer has said,” refusing to return and fix their mistake. This is not only poor workmanship but also dishonest and dismissive customer service. They failed to take any responsibility, refused to acknowledge their mistake, and left me with an unsafe oven installation. Truly unacceptable behaviour from a service provider. I would never recommend them to anyone.
Danny was fantastic, Would highly recommend him. Thank you

My engineer came nice and early, he had excellent customer service skills and excellent communication skills. I have several health conditions resulting in a very low immune system, so I don't allow shoes in my house. The engineer with no hassle read my note at the door and put on his own shoe covers respecting the wishes of my home, this made his service 5 star for me.
Great service ! Friendly and helpful . Thank you Chris .
Adam and Mo came out and were extremely helpful. They went beyond their work-scope and helped check our plumbing as well. Brilliant guys!
Adam and Mo where brilliant. excellent knowledge of products

Great, courteous and professional service provided. Received a link to track when the engineer would arrive and he was right on time! Thank you!!! Job # 103964
This company came out on behalf of Samsung to explore why various woollen items were left with holes after a wash. I am an engineer(I didn't tell them that!) and had already checked for burrs on the drum. The engineer did not check for burrs he just stuck his head in the drum and said there was no fault, and then proceeded to lecture me like a child on how to use the device. I still have the problem and my machine is now out of warranty. Not sure what training they have apart from liking the sound of their own voice and not following due diligence even after being described what the issue was. I use laundry nets now, surprise surprise no damage, apart from there are snags in the nets caused by the machine. To say t the engineer was condescending in his manner is an understatement. I certainly will not buy another Samsung device due to the fact that they use the company. Eventually, I had enough of the item and purchased an AEG and not a single issue from day one. Washing without the feeling of checking for damage after every wash. The only downside is that I could not get the colour machine to match my kitchen. Added 5 year warranty and will pay for itself with no damage to clothes. I got a 50% refund from Curry's for the Samsung and could have pushed for 100% but did not have the energy to spend any more time on the matter.
Absolutely brilliant service. Very helpful advice given. Explained everything chris was doing. Definitely recommend buying samsung appliances.
Chris provided us with the fantastic service and we would go with Elite Digital Appliances without any hesitation again. Thank you very much!
Chris was incredibly efficient- would recommend
Excellent service and helpful with diagnosing and explaining what’s gone on.
Wayne was amazing, came out and assessed the dishwasher then returned with parts needed and completed the repair, polite and professional, thank you
Chris was amazing and I now have a working washing machine - am thrilled
Took 2 days off work (Monday & Thursday). Both appointments were cancelled on me. Elite Digital Appliances is an absolute joke. Was sent a Tracker to see the engineer coming online. Clearly shows he's on lunch. I pop out to the shops for a few mins and he could not wait. Was rude and aggressive to me on the phone. I requested that the engineer call me 20 mins before coming which they failed to do. Just turned up, if their engineer had called me then all this would have been resolved. I did not feel safe to let Chris into my home. As I felt threatened by him. I can not believe these are trusted Samsung Partners to do repairs. This incident is being escalated to the highest level at Samsung. What an absolute joke of a company. Just looking at their bad reviews online its not only me they treat bad. Terrible company and shocking for Samsung to use such cowboys.
Guy called Chris, very knowledgeable....fantastic.hopefully issue resolved
Great service , friendly and polite engineers , thanks guys !
Engineer great (Chris) just taken samsung so long to deal with issue...Over a month...

Thanks Wayne, fast service and very tidy. Have a great day
Chris was here, done his magic and the dryer is up and running again. Thank you very much!!
Great service and good to receive a tracking link to get a estimate of arrival. Chris has been excellent at repairing our Samsung oven which has broken multiple times (oven replaced between repairs) and was quick and efficient at replacing parts.
Adam and Mohammed provided a first class service fixing our broken ice maker. Thank you.
Bad service. Washing machine repair was not conducted because the engineer did not bring the required parts. Time wasted. The engineer also forced my wife to pay a call-out charge despite not conducting repair. AVOID THIS COMPANY! Do not pay them unless repair is fully completed.
My first time dealing with Elite Digital Appliances and I am very impressed. I called them they gave me an early appointment coz washing machine broke and kids need their uniforms, sent someone within 24 hours. Danny shows up today perfectly on time very highly skilled and knows what he is doing got the job done in no time. Highly professional organised and a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend 100%. Danny and Team Elites u saved the day!
Chris arrived on time, performed a very professional job to replace the drain pump on the washing machine. He provided fantastic advice. The work was carried out to an excellent standard. Highly recommended
Chris was very professional and friendly. Came and repaired my Samsung air dresser. Totally satisfied and happy with the service. Would highly recommend
We scheduled a washing machine repair appointment for today and informed the service provider in advance that a new part would be needed. However, the engineer arrived without the necessary part and charged us hundreds of pounds for a call-out fee, only staying five minutes to write a report but completing no repairs. Additionally, their office closed early, so we were unable to communicate further about the issue.
Not satisfied and too expensive gamble if the machine is beyond repair. The callout is chargeable £108 even if the machine is beyond repair, this is the thing which I found out to be a bit brutal. Yes you might argue that he still is taking time to visit you and fuel etc. but getting the value from the money is what makes a customer satisfied. If its not repaired or opened then Elite should really consider giving some sort of discount. PS: The spare parts cost is more than the new washing machine.
We had a leak in our washing machine. Chris arrived promptly within the stated timeframe, and was able to diagnose and fix the issue. Very happy.
I have been waiting for my washing machine to be repaired for two months. Once they canceled my appointment for unknown reasons, after the engineer's visit he ordered parts that arrived in two days, but the free engineer arrived in 8 days. Today he came again and the next appointment is in 7 days. I have two children and a basket full of dirty clothes, I am disappointed with their service.
Wayne was very professional, polite and helpful

Great service and reliable
Very efficient, professional and knowledgable.
Danny was absolutely outstanding! Not only was he incredibly knowledgable when it came to fixing my washing machine, but he also was a pleasure to chat to. That said, my customer experience with Samsungs Manilla office has been dreadful, where I don’t want to ever shop with them again. In fact, the only good thing that has come out of my dishwasher breaking within 5x months of purchase is Danny coming around to resolve it, he is a credit to Elite. In that regard, I’d have absolutely no qualms about recommending Danny for any troubleshooting or repair needs. He is excellent and should not be the one responsible for acting as a customer care representative for the Samsung Manilla office as well as a being a superb engineer. Thankfully for me he’s done both and I’m very happy with my now working washing machine Thanks again to Danny!
Very efficient booking service. Flexible when I needed to change dates for a repair visit. Tracking system on the day made it easy to see when the engineer would arrive. Danny K was very good, taking time to fully de-ice my Samsung ice maker so that it would work while Samsung consider a long term solution. Very happy with the service overall.
The day before our appointment, we were provided a tracker to monitor when the engineer would arrive; the engineer was prompt, very professional, courteous and even charming. He fixed our appliance quickly and did the necessary checks leaving behind very happy customers.
Wonderful service. Very efficient & clear with what was going on. Highly recommend, thank you!

I am pleased to recommend Muhammad, who recently repaired my washing machine. Throughout the entire process, he demonstrated exceptional expertise and professionalism. Muhammad quickly diagnosed the issue, communicated clearly about the necessary repairs, and completed the work efficiently. His attention to detail and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction were genuinely commendable. I would not hesitate to hire Muhammad again and highly recommend his services to anyone needing a skilled and reliable technician.
Excellent professional service once here (very competent engineer), could do with opening a weekend phone support service for customers (probably the only repairs centre remaining that isn’t open on a Saturday!!!) and also improving waiting times for fridge/freezer call-outs as it is such an essential need. Had to use this centre to preserve warranty on my Samsung f/f but wouldn’t have due to the above if not, despite the excellent work from their engineer (also only reason why score isn’t lower!)
Wayne was absolutely fantastic. He saved my life. Many thanks for your lovely service. Ruby
Mo checked out our fridge freezer and replaced the faulty ice making parts after steaming the ice compartment to open it. He also gave instructions on how to reset the ice maker using a button if it didn’t produce ice after 6 hours. A very polite, efficient and hard working guy.

I could really tell this is a professional with experience under his belt. Thanks to Wayne I was able to fix my washing machine issue much cheaper than buying a new one. Thank you.

Mohammed fixed my washing my nicely . He is very good worker and excellent work done by him .
Recently had a recurring issue with our 5 1/2 yr old Samsung fridge freezer (freezer started icing up) the engineer "Chris" arrived on site and advised me that the "drain hole" was blocking up with "ice", with my approval he installed a updated part, and said that this should " help" with the problem, unfortunately he also found another issue with part of the "insulation" around the "drain hole", which was not repairable, but the new part should possibly give us another " couple of years use" from the freezer. Very happy with service and advise Chris gave me, great customer service. 👍
Engineer was quick efficient thorough polite and friendly and did the necessary repair. Many thanks
thoughtful, patient and kind workmanship
Chris was really great explaining everything & running a check on the dryer. Thank you

Friendly, polite, efficient. Engineer: Muhammed Repair: Faulty washing machine - detergent dispenser not working and suspected leak (which was coming from the pipe, not the washing machine itself). Replaced module to dispenser and all seems to be working so far (first 24 hrs after repair).

Great follow up service for fridge repair, we had issue from original fix that was not resolved and they came out quickly to sort.
Wayne did a great job
Mohammed come to my house and fixed my leaking machine. Worked very quickly and solved the issue.
Chris and his service was brilliant. Speedy, good communication once here and informative on how to keep the machine healthy and working well. I would say that the pre service needs looking at, the communication is relatively poor and you are left wondering what time and when the engineer will come. Given a large majority of people work from home and will have meetings the ability to know when they are coming more than 24 hours in advance would be incredibly useful.
Really good service, punctual and polite - Chris answered all my questions and hopefully has resolved the issue with our washing machine.
Wayne amazing work done amd carried me all the way and also clean up ... love his expertise
Great customer service . Wayne was very friendly helpful and efficient.

We were contacted by Elite Digital Appliances on behalf of Samsung, to diagnose and repair an issue with our washing machine. We got lucky with a next day appointment. Scott came to our home on time and was quick to diagnose and fix the issue with spare parts already on him at the time, and the issue was resolved in under half an hour same day. Scott was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome and experience. 5 stars!

Horrendous experience. Cancelled repair twice after initial call-out … so 25+ days without device. Refusing to refund repair charge taken in advance.

Thank you Muhammad. You gem 😊
Good service recieved by Wayne
Service was wonderful from Chris and appreciate the help Thank you again
Wayne has been very professional and explained everything well. Quick to resolve the issue
Not a good experience. Had a guy out to fix our washer charge 140 for call out and part and still didn't fix it, paid even more money to the replace wiring after the 1st call out and was assured it would solve the problem and it didn't. Elite now want 350 to change even more parts which will now take us to nearly £600 to repair a washing machine... Customer service has been poor and communication is non existent unless you chase them.
Danny came out today to repair our washing machine. He identified and fixed the problem in no time at all! He offered advice on ongoing maintenance and kindly pushed our washing machine back into place as well. Lovely to have him round. Thank you!
The guys were great - quick, efficient and fixed the problem. Many thanks
The engineer was very a knowledgable, he spotted the issues immediately and fixed them very quickly and efficiently.
Efficient repair job on my fridge. 1st visit to diagnose the issue, 2nd visit to change the defective part. Both visits were quick and not disruptive. Danny, the engineer, was good at his job.

Wayne encountered some unusual diagnostic problems with our washing machine but was equipped with the part needed and thankfully was able to fix the appliance on the spot. Wayne was throughout and from the very outset considerate, obliging, patient, helpful with advice and proficient.
Chris arrived promptly and was a pleasantly kind person. He replaced the faulty part quickly and without fuss. The customer care was very efficient, for example I was kept me up to date with the appointment scheduling via email, SMS and WhatsApp. The tracking link also rather helpfully included a photo of the assigned engineer. I am extremely happy with the service received from Elite Digital Appliances and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Great service, Muhammad provided a great service and very friendly.
Muhammad quickly identified the fault with the washing machine. Work carried out to replace the faulty pump with minimal fuss and area left clean. Thank you very much.
This company charged £216 for a washing machine repair that broke down within a year but then they wanted to charge another £90 for a call out even though it was within the 1 year warranty. I was informed call outs are only covered for 3 months but I was not explained in person nor provided it in any of the receipts. Don't bother getting stuff repaired it's more cost effective to just replace the appliance.
Super quick, really friendly and clearly knows his stuff! Would highly recommend.
Wayne was simply amazing fixing my broken washing machine. Really tricky to reach but he stayed positive and fixed it :)

Well done!!"Excellent service from Wayne", must say he is very professional. What an asset to Elite digital appliances. Thank you.
On June 18, 2024, two engineers, Chris and Sam, from Elite Digital Appliances (Samsung Service Partners) visited my home to inspect my leaking washing machine. Upon arrival, they informed me that my stacked washing machine was incorrectly installed and refused to service it. In January, when Chris visited, the machines were in the same position, and he repaired the machine without issue. Despite this, during this recent visit, Chris and Sam aggressively claimed that my washing machine's warranty was void due to the incorrect installation. Both machines were purchased directly from Samsung, and I paid for installation services, which Samsung performed. During the inspection, a single cat bed was inside the leaking washing machine. Both engineers stated that my £700 washing machine could not handle washing pet beds or duvets, despite being a 6+ 11kg auto-dose model. Chris and Sam aggressively insisted that people in England only wash duvet covers, not the duvets themselves, and suggested I take my duvet to a laundrette. Chris even mentioned that he never washes his own duvet. I informed the engineers that I had consulted Samsung UK Customer Service before purchasing the two machines, costing over £1500, to confirm they could wash duvets and pet beds. Sam dismissively claimed that there is no Samsung UK and that all support is based in Manila. I showed him the Samsung website's instructions on caring for duvets and pet beds with a Samsung washer. Instead of assisting, Sam searched online to verify my information and stated it applied to Samsung US, not UK. The engineers then told me that if I wanted the machine repaired, I would have to move it myself, despite it being installed by Samsung. As a woman alone with two male engineers, I found this request inappropriate and intimidating. Chris showed me the machine's history, indicating multiple "UL - Unbalanced Load" errors, which do not equate to overloading. The following day, I contacted Samsung Customer Service, feeling intimidated, harassed, and uncomfortable in my own home. Samsung Customer Service confirmed via screenshots that it is possible to wash duvets and pet beds in the machine, provided they weigh more than 2kg. They also clarified that "Unbalanced Load" does not mean "overload." However, Samsung has now informed me that the warranty is void because Chris and Sam reported that I misused the machine. Their definition of misuse is washing duvets and pet beds, despite confirmation from Samsung that this is permissible. They also claimed I overloaded the machine, yet they have photographs showing only one pet bed in the drum, which they deemed overloaded. I strongly advise against purchasing household appliances from Samsung, as their after-sale service is severely lacking. Chris and Sam from Elite Digital Appliances Ltd. should be ashamed of their abhorrent behavior. I was left feeling harassed and intimidated by two white males who displayed a sense of entitlement and superiority. As an Asian woman suffering from depression and mental health issues, I rarely leave my house. The encounter with Chris and Sam has severely impacted my mental well-being. I am now left with a leaking washing machine that is only 18 months old, and future repairs will incur charges due to their unfair misuse report. This incident should be reported to trading standards. I am utterly baffled and distressed by their attitude and behavior.

The service I received was exemplary. I reported the fault to Samsung on Thursday, due to a cancellation the engineer was able to come out the next day as i was originally booked in for Wednesday the following week. The engineer didn't have the part needed and was trying to souce it from other engineers but no one locally had the part, so the engineer said he would get back to me later in the day if he could source the part needed and he did. Luckily for me he was able to fit me in for another next day appointment and was here for 20 minutes and got my washing machine working!!! Thank you.

Great service. Swift repair. Many thanks
Muhammed was excellent and very efficient
They didn't visit, instead they asked for a video, once viewed commented that the item was operating normally then ignored any further messages/questions (full on blanked/left on read). Dismal customer service to put it mildly and fobbing off to avoid fixing issues. I'd say avoid this company, but these are the ones Samsung sends to fix when there are issues in my area. Shame.
Mohamed has done a excellent job
Mohammad identified the issue quickly and fixed my washing machine promptly with no issues. Machine now works perfect. Thank you to Elite Digital Appliances for sending me such a knowledgeable engineer.
Great service!
Mohammed arrived on time and only took about 30 mins (including a drain and spin) to diagnose and fix a motherboard problem. Very satisfied. Only one thing they could have done better was to push the machine back into place, it’s very heavy and took ages to get out!
Lovely guy, super knowledgeable!

The engineer Muhammad was polite and helpful and arrived in the allocated time slot. The office were also polite when I called them a couple of days ago to arrange the visit.
Danny from Elite was a legend. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what was required, ordered necessary parts and then came back when he is he would and repaired the machine. Strong recommendation, thanks Danny.
The engineers we had to deal with seem dishonest. They told us one thing in person regarding what we had to do for them to remove the tumble dryer, but apparently recorded something else entirely in their notes we were never informed of. So after getting the builders round to do what we were asked, on their return they refused again to work on the repair. I'd recommend steering clear of this company. Incredibly frustrating and untrustworthy
Dan was very professional and fixed our fridge quickly and efficiently. He also explained what he was doing and whst he was fixing. really appreciate his timely manner. Very respectable gent

I was very happy with the service that I got today, the engineer was very professional, friendly and fixed the problem really quickly. The only complaint I have is that it took a very long time to get someone out here to fix it in the first place. Hopefully in the future they cut down the waiting time for other customers. But other then that very satisfied with the service

Let down fro both Elite and Samsung. Engineer came after 3 weeks of complaint for inspection, left machine filled with water. Next appointment after 15 days, inflexible. No help for six weeks. Would buy a new washing machine rather.
Chris was extremely helpful and polite. The machine software has been updated and hopefully now the machine will be working well. It is a shame we had to wait so long for the update.

We had Scott come round and look at our washing machine. He managed to fix the issue. He was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Scott so much you were fantastic!!!
Chris the engineer was very helpful and efficient but was not carrying the part needed as standard. More effective advance triage of our original enquiry would mean that he had the parts needed as this was a known fault with a standard resolution. As it was he had to order the part and make a return visit - less efficient for all!
Mohammed was very professional and experienced Very polite and completed work professionally Kept me updated on progress with repair
Muhammad turned up the day after I called Elite and diagnosed that the PCB board was faulty. After ordering a new one, he was back the following week and fixed it quickly and efficiently! Thank you for bringing my washing machine back to life :)
We had our Samsung washing machine repaired (which was a pain getting Samsung to get an engineer) but once it was in Elite Appliances hands they really cared, Chris took the initiative and called me before the booking and took less than 20 minutes to replace the motor (I believe it was the motor) but regardless it was professional and quality of repair was 10/10, thank you Elite Repairs and thank you Chris

Top credit to Chris the engineer who came ahead of appointment time and quickly replaced the broken part on my machine and left the work area nice and clean. I Would highly recommend Elite Digital Appliances for their knowledge of fixing the problems with Samsung washing Machine, however I have only given 4 stars as the waiting time for the next available appointment needs to improve and be quicker also the cost for the initial visit to identify the problem in my opinion is at the higher end and I feel that needs to be reviewed.
Very well done job from Mohamed today with the washing machine 10 out 10

Had Gesmar from Elite Digital Appliances come to investigate a leak on our Samsung washing machine. He was very punctual and polite during his visit and was very informative.
After a hellish start with Samsung the repair from Chris at Elite was excellent. The tracking app helps with time management & the repair engineer was knowledgeable & efficient. Thank you Elite ~ Samsung should attend your training sessions!
Danny was very helpful, thorough and efficient and just a genuinely nice guy. He managed to get the fridge working for us in the meantime whilst we wait for the parts he has ordered to arrive.
Danny came on time and fixed the problem quickly. Good experience

Muhammad was on time and helpful. He fixed the washing machine within minutes and waited for a full cycle to check everything was ok. He explained what he did and why the fault had occurred.
Chris was super efficient, and informative and fixed the issue super quick whilst giving us lots of advice
Super helpful and knowledgable. He did not just fixed the issue but he gave us tips on what setting to use to prevent it from happening again.
Very Friendly and professional. Did a great job and repaired, our washing machine very quickly.
The process was perfect. I received a call to book the appt and then reminders. The engineer (Gesmar) came with the parts needed following my description of the problem over the phone. He quickly diagnosed the fault and changed the parts. He then ran a series of tests to ensure it was fully operational following the repair. He explained everything to me throughout and had a very pleasant manner. The only thing that could use some improvement is the tracking system informing customers when the engineer might arrive. It updated infrequently and when he arrived, it was still showing 2 commitments before me. I did receive a phone call from the engineer with a 10 min warning and I was home so not a problem for me. However, my advice to others would be to not rely on the info on the tracker - you might get caught out.
Worst company I found in my life. I have a failing Samsung induction hob. They came they changed dome parts and it is still not working. They say they are not coming anymore. Samsung says these are they engineers. Please do not use them and do not buy anything from Samsung.
Our Samsung oven needed checking and then a small part replacement - Chris from Elite was incredible - quick to visit, knowledgeable about Samsung and then installed the part early Saturday morning. Excellent service.
Fault with fridge door was sorted incredibly easily and quickly by Danny from Elite who was punctual and very polite, professional and easy to liaise with. Also great tracking system so we knew when to expect him. Recommend 👍
Elite have completed my repairs several times. They are on time and have a great service from all aspects. When it was out of warranty and we could repair ourselves they gave us the correct part number so we wouldn’t have any issues. Amazing service
Thank you Danny K! Arrived on time, found the issue and resolved it quickly. Did a tidy job and such a genuine polite guy, thank you again :)
Noisy fridge/freezer - job no 120981 - Danny K was the engineer and I was very impressed with his enthusiasm and he was really cheerful. Very professional.
I would like highlight that engineer Chris was excellent. He arrived early in the day and i was able to track the timing using their app. He offered to take his shoes off and wore foot covers. He was respectful of the furniture and keeping things very tidy. He fixed the job promptly and helped put the unit back perfectly. A pleasure to deal with. My only quibble is that the central control team failed to pass on my original messages containing the fault code (and likely parts required) thee first time around, so on his 1st visit i had to tell Chris again and then he had to book another visit to come back with the part. But that wasn't Chris' fault. I would recommend this company to work with.
They book the job, wait 7 days then just before the date they cancel, next booking 7 days later, 30minutes after they were suppose be be with me I call them and get told that the part is incorrect. Now I have to wait again for the correct part to be ordered and another 5 days, that is if the correct part ever arrives. Best part is I have already PAID.
We were very happy with the service received from engineer; Sam. He was very professional, helpful and informative. We highly recommend him.
Very disappointed with them, very poor service.Evoid them.
Danny was booked in to repair my washing machine today and he provided an excellent service. He arrived on time, he was professional, and polite. The issue with my washing machine was identified and resolved quickly. He took the time to explain the issue and provided some advice on using my machine. Very helpful! Machine was put back with the legs adjusted so that it no longer wobbles. Although this is a minor thing, it saved me a lot of time and grief in the long run as maneuvering the machine has been a pain point for my husband and I. Thank you so much for your help today Danny. Best customer service I've received in a long time, Elite are very lucky to have you!
The engineering team were very responsive and professional in their responses to me on my recent contacts. I can not fault them. Keep up the good work
Awful and impossible to get a good service from . Gesman the engineer couldn’t fix our BRAND NEW Samsung machine which leaves a lot of lint on my black clothes . We payed them to come to fix the lint after having these washing machine for 2 months . We had 2 visit and 1 phone call from the engineer saying that we need to wash our black clothes on delicates, wash with vinegar and use the thumble dryer after each wash to get rid of the lint . Plus to do a drum clean after each wash to sort the problem . THESE IS HOW A NEW SAMUSUNG MACHINE NEEDS TO BE USED ? Send so many evidence about how the clothes are still coming but he keep saying to try these and that which makes no sense . Is a NEW WASHING MACHINE not an old machine . We did few drum clean before we called him then with him , try with liquid & softener. The machine is faulty and the problem is still there . He still admits that the washing machine is NOT FAULTY and that I have to find out the solution . THESE IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, don’t help you solve the problem, makes you look stupid and dump !!! AVOID AVOID AVOID
The engineer Danny did a very professional job and solved the issue quickly. I am very happy with the service provided.

The engineer was brilliant and explained properly what we need to do. Product knowledge was fantastic and great customer service. Thanks again for your help.
canceled an appointment. took weeks to come . will update
My Samsung robot hoover was sent to them to be fixed and was with them for a month. They have finally returned it only to find out that it is not working anymore. Emailed them, no appropriate response. Very dissappointed.
Job number : 116352 Easy booking the service with Elite Digital Appliances Ltd and you can track when is the engineer is coming. Chris came and checked our fridge. Professional and thorough. Unfortunately, our fridge can not be repaired as he said due to the cracked on the back as pictured, so he said i need a new refrigerator. Although he damaged the front (twin cooling cover as pictured), he said it will not affect the functionality of the fridge and i need a new fridge/freezer anyway. So does not need to get it replaced.
Very professional, tidy, quick, extremely knowledgeable, took the time to answer all our questions snd and provided excellent, logical answers. Thank you, Ralph
Chris the engineer arrived on schedule for job number 116623. He was polite, friendly and helpful. He identified the issue very efficiently. He resolved the issue very professionally. In addition he gave me helpful advice on best usage practice with that fridge type. Was most impressed. Thank you. :)
Danny J was extremely polite and tidy and fixed our fridge quickly. Great service via phone. Only issue was that I didn't receive the time slot. I called and got given this. Overall impressed with the service.
Danny J attended my job. I like to give were credit is due. He was very professional, on time, very good. Top level of service
Can’t fault the engineer. He knew just from the sound the tumble dryer was making what the issue was. Showed me the failing part and replaced it. Very efficient, polite, professional and tidy engineer. Thank you.
Excellent customer service. Darren was prompt, professional and helpful
Excellent communication on the repair
I called them and left a voicemail they never bothered to get back to me
AVOID - I purchased a Samsung fridge freezer. The shelving units did not fit together as a result of a manufacturing fault. This firm attended and said that it was a result of the installation service (carried out by Samsung) to absolve themselves of any responsibility. Disingenuous, dishonest and downright rude! Do yourself a favour and never work with them.
Job number 114825. Danny K came to repair our washing machine, he went above and beyond to fix it for us. Absolute superstar!
Some superheroes save people from being eaten by aliens, others from burning buildings...this superhero fixes washing machines. Forget Superman and Batman; Danny K is the man. He arrived at our house armed with a new drum and a beaming smile. Danny K has restored peace and harmony back to our household. If your appliance breaks, don’t waste your time with Superman- call Danny K.
Danny K looked after us and was brilliant. Turned up on time, was really friendly and got our machine up and running with no hassle. Even gave us a few tips on how to improve our clothes washing!! Recommend to anyone and can’t fault any aspect of the service. Thanks Danny. (Job No. 114605)
The engineer was incredibly helpful and personable.
Great service! Engineer came out and fixed the problem then and there.
Excellent work overall - very pleasant and responsive explained what faults on the fridge freezer and efficiently ordered the parts required and completed to our total satisfaction….
They came on behalf of Samsung to inform Samsung whether a washing machine I purchased was repairable. If it was not repairable, Samsung would have replaced the washing machine due to fault. If it was deemed repairable and fair wear and tear, I would have to pay the cost of repair. This company came and stated it was repairable even though the drum has come completely loose and it was giving a burning smell. They put it down to wear and tear and quoted a minimum fee of repair for just under £400. This was for a £500 washing machine. Because of this I was left with no washing machine and had to buy a new one.
Danny was incredibly efficient and knowledgable. He knew instantly what the problem was, explained everything clearly and was able to replace the part there and then. I would definitely use this service again.
Danny was great. He was professional and was able to fix our issues. Danny also gave me some tips which was great. The service provided from start to end was excellent.
Excellent service, cannot recommend Danny enough. Polite friendly and knowledgeable
Danny was very good and new his job inside out !!!!
Samsung washing machine was repaired Danny K was very helpful and professional on the job # 112811
Was repair service organised by Samsung for an oven under warranty. Job number 113443. Engineer Danny who came was 1st rate. Inspected, arranged to come back with part, was punctual, kept me informed, was quick and tidy. Nice job Danny.
The same as other people who have reviewed Samsung repairs by this bunch its simple do not buy Samsung if it goes wrong this lot will be sent to repair they don't seem to know what they are doing.
My wife and I were both very impressed with every aspect of Danny's service. He was polite, friendly and explained what he was doing at every stage so that we were aware of exactly what the issues were and how he was fixing them. It was a pleasure to have him in our home and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others. Many thanks again, Danny!
The tracking system gave me a good estimate of when Danny would arrive. Danny was excellent; polite and friendly and he quickly diagnosed the issue with my washing machine and replaced the offending part. I would certainly use Elite again. Job 112405-449622
Job: 112503-450014 Danny was very professional and thorough. Had the machine working within minutes
I'd never used Elite Digital Appliances before and was expecting the usually mediocre service that most warranty companies seem to offer these days. Fortunately that wasn't the case. The engineer that turned up, Danny, really knew his stuff. He turned up on time and fixed our washing machine within 15 minutes. Very professional and tidy job. Highly recommend.
Unreliable and impossible to get a good service from. This company is the only Samsung dealer in the south west commissioned by Samsung to fail all repairs. Their engineers and reception will pretend they fixed your appliance and addressed your concern, and will not rectify it for good. Rudest receptionist ever. Engineer arrived and left without ringing the door bell or knocking to fake the customer’s “non responsiveness”. If you complain, they will block you from booking another repair. Samsung have been running the scam for years. Had to get it fixed out of pocket using a reliable engineer in another business who helped me with a faulty replacement immediately with no hassle or procrastination. Avoid them and more importantly, avoid buying anything from Samsung. Worst customer care after sales ever imagined. Do. Not use Samsung and this business for big purchases.
Using the Samsung Warranty repair service. I also had Chris like many others. Arrived, quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced a circuit board in the washing machine and do other checks. All done within 15 mins at most. Been a couple of weeks since then and have had no further issues. Thank you~
Professional service and advice. Fixed problem quickly and didn’t charge the earth. Would definitely recommend. Really great guys. Thank you!
Brilliant engineer who knows his stuff. Even asked for the hoover to clean where he'd moved the appliance from. Very professional and work was completed well within the hour. I would recommend
Excellent service
Samsung use this company as their authorised servicers. I cannot get them to commit to an appointment after waiting 5 days although Samsung say they have requested a visit, for my 9 month old fridge freezer. Between them I'm still waiting, elite say they only have one man available to cover a 200squaremile area. Seriously it's like talking to a brick wall.
Excellent service by this company. Highly recommend. Chris from Elite Digital was professional and fixed our issue!
Very polite and professional service. Excellent. Chris did job without any fuss. Would definitely recommend.
Chris was efficient, professional and tidy. He put everything back as it was and fixed the problem swiftly. Thank you, very happy with the service. Highly recommend.
Not a professional company at all. Very rude engineer in the SW9 area who clearly doesn’t like his job.He even lied and misrepresented the situation so that he wouldn’t have to fix the appliance. Very dodgy company
Arrived promptly. Chris was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and answered my questions thoroughly.
Great service from the engineer! Job no 105018
Sam was quick in identifying the issue and got my Samsung washing machine up and running in no time. He also ensured the washing machine was levelled and advised the right way to use it. Thank you for the amazing service.
Just want to highly commend this firm and their approach to customer service. Firstly, very friendly and helpful engineer on the call out; the problem couldn't be solved there and then, but the follow up customer service was excellent. 10 out of 10. Thank you!
I was very pleased with Danny’s work he repaired what was not working and he gave me some more ideas how to keep the thing going without a hassle. Job number: 104636
Punctual and reliable and very polite and affable, Gesmar gave us every confidence that he had fixed the problem but told us just to call back if there were any future issues. Thank you for great service.
Dreadful service from the cowboys used as their dedicated repair centre by Samsung in the south east. Low quality service, unresponsive reception and non existent engineer slots and visits that never materialised for me. The company takes weeks to schedule an appointment and if you complain, they make personal threats to “null your warranty” and mess up the repair for you!! Never ever trust them or use them. Simply disgusting. I have spent my own money to get my appliance under warranty repaired after being subjected to daft conversations with the most unhelpful reception and a 2 week wait with pathetic excuses. They should be discredited by Samsung for what they say to customers and how they act. Never in a million years will I buy Samsung because as of the repair company they have chosen. I was also threatened by them after I initially left a review reflecting my true experience. Unprofessional and unacceptable, avoid these cowboys. An alternative engineering firm fixed my issue in 2 days.
Job number 104027 Amazing service. Danny K was professional, polite and explained the problem and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. The company was also very professional , gave me a 2 hour time slot and was pleasant on the phone when I called and engineer arrived on time. Will 100% use this company again for any issues I have
Very help did a good job explained everything his going to doing my washer/dryer back to normal quiet not no dreadful awful loud noise thank you Job number 103608
Chris and his colleague found the issue with our dryer within minutes and thankfully had the spare part on them. Chris had the dryer working within 30minutes. It was a brilliant experience and I highly recommend using Elite Digital Appliances. Thank you! Emma Job Ref: 103589
Excellent service on time and the technician Chris knew exactly what he was doing
Absolutely amazing! The technician was very accomodating after I missed his first few calls and then when he arrived it took him under 10 minutes to fix the microwave! I did not expect that level of efficiency!!!
Great job
Our Maytag fridge freezer was leaking an exceptional amount of water from the housing to the water filter. We previously used Elite Digital Appliances for a refurbishment of the appliance and we were happy with the results. So we didn't hesitate to use them for this repair. The gentleman who came out to diagnose the problem left without turning the water off, although we were told it would be a week until the part came. Overnight the fridge would leak a whole large trug of water, which we'd need to empty out. My husband called and arranged for them to come back the next day to turn it off, which they did. It took about a week for the part to turn up. It was a motor for some reason, but not the part which would stop the leak. My husband then called a few days later only to be told they couldn't get the part and that was that. So our fridge has no water dispenser or ice and that appears to be that. I just would've appreciated a more proactive repair process and update to the repair. We're still in the situation we were two weeks ago and very disappointed.
The engineer was brilliant he had called her before concerning my washing machine and on both Visit he was professional polite and gave me great advice about my appliances I would hope there are no more issues but if there are I would welcome this engineer into my home job no 102399 Chris P
Very good service
great engineer came to visit and he was super friendly and really nice and he didnt judge. if i could give 10 atars i would!!!
Job Number 102193 Danny arrived promptly and was efficient and helpful. Diagnosed the issue quickly and resolved it immediately. Gave great advice for ongoing maintenance of the machine. All in all, extremely happy with his service.

Excellent customer service
Chris was superb. Highly recommended.
Excellent job by Danny, job 100516. Great comms. Fast, tidy, competent, and clean work. Explained everything very clearly. Will definitely use Elite again.
The engineer (Chris P.) arrived on time , was very professional and courteous. He examined the fridge thoroughly, located the fault and repaired it on the spot. Excellent service!
Chris arrived earlier than expected, (bonus) as I was using the tracking system provided in confirmation email. He was professional, courteous, efficient and communicative at every stage of the repair. On this occasion, it was a fridge/freezer causing a problem. However, I would not hesitate to use this company again for any household appliance repairs. Many thanks.
Awful engineer, rude and did not follow covid protocol. Needs to actually have the equipment needed to inspect rather than asking the homeowner for the equipment. I have complained to Samsung as this is who they sent out and upon reading other reviews I see that I am not the only customer with Samsung appliances that has complained. If this is who they use in this area to repair their goods that are on extended warranty I will be avoiding Samsung appliances in future or I will take out additional cover with a reputable company. Would not recommend this repair company.
Danny was a very efficient and knowledgeable engineer. A credit to the business and a pleasure to be around.
Chris was excellent in his knowledge and professionalism ; I would highly recommend him.
Efficient punctual and pleasant Washing machine fixed in 15mins. Happy customer
Excellent experience..professional friendly and did a great job..Chris was the engineer who did a great washing machine repair
The Engineer that was assigned to the job was Chris. He was quick, informative, extremely professional. I appreciated him ringing me ahead , as it was an early morning slot. His interpersonal skills also helped greatly.
Twice ive had the same engineer come out for two different faults and he got the washing machine fixed and back on the go no problems!! Thankyou!

Brilliant service, couldn't ask more. Highly recommend
J90829 GESMAR - came to repair our Samsung fridge/freezer. What a breath of fresh air after going through all the various Samsung call centres to get such an accomplished service technician. Checked through our problem and sorted. Carried out tests and then checked set up on fridge computer adjusted settings where needed. Cleared up after his work very inpressive
Danny K, job number J89039, 5.3.22. Danny came to repair my oven this morning. He is an absolutely professional and charming man. What a credit to your company he is, he worked neatly and left my kitchen exactly as he found it, with a fully repaired working oven. Thankyou Danny K.

Excellent service engineer. Polite, efficient, informative, customer focused and very professional. 10/10 service.
Punctual, fast, and courteous service. Absolutely worth it, even if the call-out is not available immediately.
the service engineer (GESMAR ) arrived on time specified. He was polite and very efficent. He answered my question explaning as he went. The outcome is a fully restored working machine. I am impressed with this service.
Good communication throughout. Troubleshooting a problem with fridge freezer. Great follow up. Highly recommended

Job number J88058. Fantastic service from Samsung engineer Danny K. Can't fault the company they were always very helpful and provided great service. Danny acted very professionally and kept me updated at all stages.
Elite rang to say they could repair my machine 3 days earlier than agreed, turned up on time and their technician Scott couldn't have been more helpful and courteous.
Great company and very knowledgeable and helpful
Amazing service! Quickly repaired and very courteous!
As the only Samsung repair centre for all of SE England, their ONE service engineer was pinged by the Covid app on the way here, so now we are left with a broken freezer for 10 days to 3 weeks… (they don’t know how long) having already waited 4 days. Apparently, Covid is still NEW to their business and it didn’t occur to them that only having ONE engineer on staff might be a WEAK business plan. This is who Samsung are relying on? Not sure which company I’m more annoyed with right now.
The engineer (Danny) was well turned out, polite and totally professional. He turned a bad situation (caused by Samsung customer dis-service) totally around.
Very polite man, explained lots of things to me . Asked about shoes in my home . Had a face mask on . Really pleased with my repair and with the engineer
Professional engineer. Very friendly and welcoming.
An Engineer (Chris P) called an hour before arrival to confirm his visit. He identified the fault and repaired it within less than half an hour, then tested the washing machine to make sure everything is working as it should. Professional at all times and very efficient. I was really impressed. Many thanks!
Excellent service which was prompt and polite He identified problem quickly
It appears Samsung are going to lose a lot of valued customers just by choosing to use these engineers! Poor, work shy, rude employers who if the job cannot be completed in under 5 minutes by them plugging in their machines to tell them whats wrong with a device (as they couldn’t possibly look for themselves to diagnose the issue) then they are unfortunately just not interested. These cowboys make it up as they go along. This company are terrible at communication and their ‘customer service skills’ leave a lot to be desired!! We have now got rid of our Samsung washine machine and will never buy a Samsung product again just so we never have to deal with this company!
Job number J86634. After having a really bad experience with Samsung regarding my Fridge Freezer, an engineer was booked from Elite Digital Appliances. An engineer by the name of Danny attended my home address after giving me a courtesy call earlier that morning to tell me he would attend between 11am and 2pm. Upon arrival, he was very polite. As he ssa the fridge Freezer, and upon explaining the issue, he knew straight away. He changed the part and the issue was fixed. Many thanks Ansar Zaman
Colton did a great job. Called to confirm arrival time etc. Parts took a while to order but dates were kept to. Would recommend him/company.
The engineer was excellent. Punctual, courteous, knowledgeable- he understood the issues and resolved the problem during his return visit with the new parts.
This is the official Samsung repair service in my area. So I was forced to use it. Brand new device, leaking, instead of replacement they said they will repair it. After 1 month of waiting list they finally come to say "we need a piece, it will be another 3 weeks". Today we find out the "piece" is not what is wrong, so it will be another 8 days. And they even tried to argue that the problem was "user error", when the device has actually never worked at all. It will be 7 weeks (almost 2 months), and we still have no working product, and no security at all that it will be repaired after that time. They do not prioritize their customers, and just place you "at the end of the list" whenever they have an additional problem to solve.
Very efficient service. Told me what was wrong very swiftly and guided me on what to do next.
Great service. Engineer was Danny K. Very responsive in organising a repair date and then called to confirm they were on the way. Problem found quickly, explained to me and then fixed. Very happy.
Job number J85028 engineer Danny.K Danny was very polite and helpful and explained everything he had done clearly. It was reassuring to have such a good engineer.
Chris was very polite and knew exactly what he was doing.
respectful to home, worked quickly and polite interaction .
Very helpful. Chris Penfold gave us great advice and sorted the problem out. Thanks for the help.
I had a noise on my washer/dryer that had disappeared by the time my engineer appointment was due and I was concerned I would be charged a callout fee. However, I had managed to video the noise and everyone at Elite Digital were so helpful in diagnosing the fault remotely, recommending that I continue with the callout and reassuring me that there will be no charge. The engineer was extremely professional, diagnosed the fault quickly and gave us excellent advise on how to prevent the issue happening again. Highly recommended.
J84483 The repairman, Chris, was very polite and efficient and wore a mask the entire time. He knew straight away what the problem was and replaced the panel on my microwave and explained to me what he had done. Called before he got here so I'd be prepared and congratulated me on my newborn :P Would recommend this service. Fast and efficient.
Danny called first thing as promised to confirm a 3-hour window for the visit. He arrived on time, respected my home and was very friendly and professional. He kept me informed, and most importantly, he has repaired my machine. Job number J84899 He was clearly very knowledgeable, offering advice and reassurance. He also listened to my concerns and my description of the issue very patiently. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Elite again and I would recommend them to others.

I've got a 5y old Samsung American Fridge paid £1.299.00. The freezer suddenly stopped to freeze so I had to use the Samsung services to get it repaired. The call out for a 20mins diagnosis is costing a fortune of £110 and they send out an "ingeneer" that, by touching the fridge from the outside, eventually ended up by telling me "from my experience there is a blockage in the internal pipe and it cannot be repaired". Because the fridge was still working properly I forced them to get the compressor replaced with a new and get the re-gas. For 93gr of gas they charged me £115. A bottle of 450g of gas is costing £15. By the way. After the job was completed, I've got my fridge back to working properly and I will definitely thank myself to had avoided to listen them and saved me over £1000 for another fridge. Definitely not honest people working there
Arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable about the product
Very good service Excellent customer care
Danny was very friendly, quick and efficient.
The gentlemen at that fixed my washing machine done a excellent job and got it dealt with promptly. However, the initial lead up to getting it done took well over a month so be prepared to wait a life time for them to come out
Nice bloke quick and sensible and professional
Good service, professional. They gave me pod advice, helpful for someone like me, that doesn't know much about it. Price was high but I believe that's what to expect from the official service.
J82406

Chris from Elite messaged the evening before with his arrival window. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional. He explained the problem with my fridge/freezer, replaced the faulty part and cleared up afterwards. The appliance is working perfectly. Highly recommend Elite for prompt, professional service. Thank you!
Very professional and fantastic service. Polite and friendly and completed job quickly.
Very professional, on time, clean and safe, consultative and approachable. Thank you very much
Very friendly and competent technician. Quickly identified the fault and is coming back soon to finish the rapair as machine needs new parts.
The ice maker on our Samsung fridge freezer was not working, and we booked a repair from Samsung. Chris P from Elite Digital Appliances came to fix it on Tuesday 08-Jun-21 (Job Number J80068). He was polite, friendly and efficient, and did a really good job. This really was an excellent repair experience. Thank you for making this so easy!
I am so pleased with the service today. The visit turns up like an educational session. Great gentleman, highly recommended!
Great, friendly company. Sam (the technician) was friendly and very knowledgable, fixing our machine in very quick order. Would recommend this company to everyone.
We had a leak from our Samsung washing machine. We contacted Samsung who put us in touch with elite digital appliances. Danny came out and found the problem straight away and it was fixed within the hour. He even took time to explain how to get the best out of a washing machine. Would highly recommend.
Beware people please stay from this company !!! 1. The engineer who came to look at my washing machine didn't even know how to draw water out of the machine w/o spreading it all over the floor. He was constantly on phone asking someone on the other side what to do next. The diagnosis was poor and left the place without cleaning up the mess 2. They booked me in 4 weeks later to finalise the repair as they diagnosed the issue is in the PCB. They did say the part came in in 4 days but they haven't got any appointment for 4 weeks. This is already 6 weeka for me without having a washing machine at home. No one arrived on the much awaited day of repair and when i contacted them at about noon time, they claimed the Engineer has come and gone but no one opened the door so the next appointment is another 2 weeks away. We are all at home, and my ring bell can prove that no one ring the bell or called us up to say they are here. Seems they have taken too much work and now trying to delay the clients for which Samsung has already paid them. Even requesting multiple times that its hard during covid to be without the washing machine, they are saying they ll not come back for repair for 2 additional weeks. This is a highly unprofessional company yhat needs to be reported to Rogue traders/ Watchdog on BBC.
Had EDA repair my washing machine via Samsung warranty, really good service. Helpful when making the booking and the guy that came was very friendly and professional, telephoned to let me know when he was coming, explained what he had done and why and followed social distancing. would use again even if Item not under warranty.
To be honest, I've had quite a few problems with my Samsung washing machine, requiring multiple visits due to parts issues (not the engineer's fault). I have had a variable response from Elite in terms of getting an engineer out in every case in a reasonable timeframe, and getting parts quickly - but once I found the right people to speak with, they did go 'beyond' the call of duty to fix my problems and made huge efforts to help me. All good now - I'd just like them to rethink their inventory levels so that parts are more quickly available, and try to consistently promise a visit in not more than 2 days.
Danny from Elite Digital appliances visited my property several times to help with my Samsung fridge freezer. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. When he didn't have the part he needed he rescheduled for the next week and turned up at 9am and duly carried out the repair. His level of professionalism and friendliness is a credit to him and the company and I would not hesitate to use them again. This is compared to several disappointing experiences with other known repair companies.
Was put in touch with Elite Digital Appliances through Samsung as our machine was still under warranty. Elite were fantastic, phoned to confirm the appointment we had been allocated by Samsung and phoned/texted the day before to reconfirm. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. Our lovely engineer, John, arrived fully COVID-19 prepared and set to work immediately - completely friendly, professional and undeterred by our toddler who had just tipped a basket of balls all over the kitchen floor. Within the hour he had identified the fault (pump had seized) and fixed it. Absolute hero! Would 10/10 recommend.
John the engineer, came in and promptly worked out the issue with the washing machine, keeping me informed about what he was doing the whole time. He replaced the part, a seized pump. He then ran diagnostics on the machine to make sure there were no other issues. Tidied up and wiped down the entire area. Absolutely perfect service! Much appreciated. Thank you.
Danny came to fix our fridge/Freezer. Lovely chap - was very polite and observed all covid rules. He sorted out our ice maker and fitted a new fan all whilst filling us in on what he was doing and why. Great service from an excellent engineer - give Danny a pay rise he’s brill. Peter Marks.
Danny from Elite visited to resolve frost issue in Samsung freezer. Really friendly and professional. Issue sorted with no fuss. Even gave me maintenance tutorial on my Samsung washing machine and drier. Would recommend.
Danny came to fix our washing machine. He was extremely professional and courteous. I was updated re timing of arrival. He completed the job promptly and perfectly. He also gave me good advice re general care for the machine. Would highly recommend.
Engineer Danny arrived to fix our fridge/Freezer he was most courteous and polite and observed all covid protocols. He is an excellent engineer and could not be more helpful. Full marks to Elite Digital Appliances for having such and excellent employee. I cannot praise him enough. Keith Fowler
Great service from Colton today, fixed my washing machine in no time at all. Thoroughly recommended!
I used Elite for a Samsung warranty repair on my washing machine. The Engineer, Brett, was polite, efficient and very professional. Even though I was probably asking too many questions. He also followed all the Covid rules wearing a mask and gloves throughout. He even asked me to text him after the call just to make sure everything was working OK having run a couple a cycles on the machine after his visit. Excellent service.
Our 18 month old Samsung washing machine suddenly decided to have a problem with the door so through the Samsung website I arranged the repair under the 5 year warranty. Last Wednesday (17th Feb) your engineer Sam was unable to complete the repair to our machine and had to order a new door part. He made sure we could still use the machine in the meantime so no major problem, he said he could return on Thursday 25th Feb. He came back as promised and completed the job so all is now well with it. On both occasions he phoned to let me know between what times he would attend and, by chatting to him, he is obviously very knowledgeable in what he does. Thank you for the great service. Having had several very recent experiences with another company (nothing to do with the washing machine or Samsung) just failing to turn up or even let me know they were not attending It is nice to see a company such as yourselves doing what was promised. I think Sam wondered why I said to him “Thanks for turning up” before he left and that is why! I would happily recommend your company to anyone keep up the good work and thanks again.
The Engineer did a fantastic job. Was very thorough and explained what the issue was. Thank you
Chris & vick repaired my Samsung add-wash door . They were professional from start to finish , I was especially impressed by their 'safety ' measures taken in this environment , masks , gloves & social distancing. Definitely keeping their business card for the future .
We were referred to Elite Digital appliances by Samsung for a warranty repair to our fridge-freezer. The team at Elite were professional and responsive (more so than Samsung) and although they were unable to fix the appliance on the first visit because of its age, they returned soon afterwards to complete the work. The engineer, Gesmar, who carried out both visits, was courteous and helpful. He observed Covid precautions and was a great ambassador for Elite.
I used this company to repair my washing machine. They sent 2 people Chris and Vic which I thought was sensible to move a washing machine can be heavy and it is not acceptable that one person should do it. So very good company care of the employees. Also really professional people and good at keeping their distance and wearing masks and gloves. They repaired my washing machine within minutes and put everything back and cleaned up. Overall I would say that I was really impressed by the service and Chris & Vic who came into my house. Would recommend and use them again if I need to. (Which I hope I don't!)
Good communication, friendly professional staff. Sam did a great job fixing our dishwasher, and carefully followed Covid lockdown guidelines. Would definitely recommend.
Brett was both personable and friendly, arriving on time and sorted out our issue, equally providing valuable advice on how best to use the washing machine to avoid future problems. A great company by all counts! Brent J73747
Absolutely no comment to make as very unsatisfied with their response to our problem
The best experience I've had with a repair company. Super knowledgable and friendly. Thank you so much! Ice machine in Samsung fridge back up and running for Christmas.
Professional , diligent and exceptional quality. Chris P came to fix my 4 month old Samsung oven today. We had problems with the oven for the last 2 months and after lots of back and forth with Samsung they passed me on to Elite Digital Appliances. Before visiting the team at Elite troubleshooted the issue and made sure they came prepared with the part we needed. Chris quickly fixed the issue and even help with isolating and fixing another issue we had on the unit. He was thoughtful and genuinely wanted to make sure everything worked and the oven was safe for use. After fixing the issue he spent sometime talking through what happened and how we could avoid it in the future. I could not recommend Chris or Elite anymore highly. Thank you so much!
Brilliant communication and very fast repair! Highly recommend their service.
Excellent service, prompt and diligent. I would highly recommend it.
5 star service by engineer called colton
Danny at Elite Digital Appliances has verified our washing machine. He has found the fault with our Samsung washing machine quickly and he has provided a solution. We are very happy with the service and would recommend Danny, he is friendly and has done a great job! Thank you!
The engineer Chris P, was very communicative about his arrival time, was courteous, efficient and fixed the problem very quickly. Would highly recommend their service.
Booked my washer dryer from Samsung via Elite Refrigeration repairs, They sent Danny their Engineer and he was very friendly and professional. My washer dryer is working now and boy we so excited. Thank you Danny and Elite
Booked a repair through Samsung, Elite carried out the repair/replacement of the freezer fan which had a manufacturing fault. Polite, professional, fast, clean and tidy. Excellent service
Thanks to Danny (Job no. J69143). Fridge is running like new again.
Bret came to my house today and was courteous, friendly, and very efficient when repairing my washing machine. I would not hesitate to call him if I have a problem with my washing machine. He's very experienced and knows what he is doing.
Fast, reliable service by this team ! Brett repaired my Samsung Dryer efficiently and quickly !! would use again !
Service received by Sam (Job no. 566925) was exceptional. Washing machine is running like new. Couldn't be happier.
Excellent service. Arrived on time with all the parts needed. Job was completed within about 15 mins. And they even sanitise the unit after they have finished working. Highly recommended
Door seal repair on Samsung washer/drier, arranged through Samsung, Brett called in advance and arrived on time, door seal changed under warrantee, great service highly recommend
Fast efficient service. Colton was very professional and explained all. Happy with the repair. They have even promptly organised a return to sort out a residual issue. All good. Happy customer.
Professional, prompt and providing an excellent service. Elite Digital Appliances were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, we were contacted the day before to confirm an engineer would be visiting and we would be contacted again in the morning by the engineer to confirm our time slot. 8am we had been called by Chris P. to confirm. Chris was very polite and friendly, he quickly found the fault and managed to get our machine working again, really impressed by the level of service provided. We rarely leave reviews but this company really deserves it, would use again, highly recommended. Job No. J67223
The whole experience with this Company was professional, prompt and efficient. The engineer, Gessmar, arrived exactly when he said he would, and carried out the job of reversing the fridge/Freezer doors (in a restricted space!) very calmly, cleanly and was very polite. I would recommend this Company to anyone looking for expert engineers and service very highly.
Fantastic service provided by engineer Colton who fixed the problem of the washing machine.
It is refreshing to deal with a company that handled each stage of my call out so professionally. Once I was passed from Samsung - who were awful (their customer service department could learn a lot from Elite) - I could not have been treated any better. I spoke to Jordan 3 times to arrange the service call - I rang him twice and he rang me back once - the only thing that delayed him was information being passed from Samsung to Elite. He kept me informed at each stage and actually knew what he was talking about - I hate dealing with scripted calls. He arranged an engineer to attend within 2 days - a record to fix a washing machine in my books (I've had a lot of experience here and have waited 5 weeks before). Top marks Jordan for your people skills. Next was the call out - I was told that an engineer would call on the morning of the appointment to advise of a time. Colton did exactly this and arrived when he said he would. I did not waste a day not knowing when they would turn up - very good system in my opinion - simple and effective. When he arrive he quickly diagnosed the problem - had the replacement part with him - literally in his hand - and was able to fix in one visit. He run a full check on the machine and verified that everything was good. He was well presented and extremely polite. Great engineer! Elite seem to have nailed how to deal with service calls - they have great people working for them and do a great job - thank you.
Good service. Chris, one of their engineers came to fix our washing machine which he did in a professional and timely fashion.
thorough, on time, took the time explain and good measure for COVID - Thank you Chris :)
Great service from Elite Digital Appliances - the engineer who attended was polite, courteous and efficient. He took the time to explain what was wrong, and what he was doing to fix the issue. Crucially he took care to ensure he didn't make any additional mess, spill water, etc. and cleaned up fully afterwards. Couldn't ask for more!
Colton visited us to repair our Samsung washing machine. He ws very professional and mindful of the Covid 19 restrictions and was sanitising everything he was touching and washing his hands regularly. The service was excellent and we could not fault it! Full marks!!
Our fridge/ freezer was repaired and working perfectly just the day after we phoned. Scott was very efficient and polite, and left it all tidy. Would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a problem with their refrigeration appliances. Excellent service.
The gentlemen that conducted the repair was very well prepared and well presented. He came in wearing PPE and safely followed social distancing guides. He worked efficiently and cleaned up his work area once completed. He also wiped the machine down once done. He was very punctual and kept us Informed every step of the way. Overall i couldn't ask for more. A credit to the work team and would definitely recomend
Brett and Scott were amazing, they came they sorted!
Very happy with our repair that was carried out today. Great communication to let us know of planned visit time and then very punctual and professional. Also handled the covid distancing precautions very well. Thankyou!
The service was very swift and efficient. Danny helped us today and was helpful, informative and he took the time to explain both the problem and how to use the machine more effectively. thanks Danny.
Job no J62837 - Samsung washing machine repair under warranty. This is not the first time Chris has had to fix my machine, every time he has done an excellent job. He went the extra mile and popped out to get another hose for the machine, very much appreciated under the current lockdown. I would highly recommend him.
Job Number J62526 Danny 27/03/2020 We always use Elite digital and normally it is Danny that comes he is always prompt and efficient and carries out his work professionally and to a high standard. Thank you so much you always come out so quickly (usually next day) and as there are nurses in the house my washing machine is crucial. So thank you Danny and stay safe. Would highly recommend, in fact Danny has been to my daughter and my friend and both highly satisfied.
Excellent service on time engineer Danny was polite respected the distancing he was quick & efficient done a great job on the washing machine great company definitely use them again many thanks to Danny
Sent by Samsung to fix my washing machine. very friendly, on time, and a quick repair. Thank you
Flawless warranty repair service (J61755). My engineer, Chris, called first thing in the morning to confirm arrangements and turned up promptly at the agreed time. He had already guessed the part required to fix my appliance based on my reported issue and brought it with him. Shoes off at the door without prompting. Courteous and skilled, he completed the repair with due care in less than 10 mins. If only all service agents were this good! Many thanks!
Number one appliance repair company for incompetence, rudeness, unreliability and poor customer service. Like many others here I feel very disappointed. Samsung is badly let down by them. I won't be surprised if they went out of business in the near future unless they completely change their work ethic.
Very impressed. Just had Brett around to repair our Samsung washing machine under warranty, excellent attitude and customer service, very quick and effective.
Just had Elite engineer (Danny) to attend to our washing machine. Issue ended up needing far more than the original problem suggested. Efficient, knowledgable and extremely professional. I cannot fault the service received today, truly 5 star. N Mason, Farnborough.
Unfortunately I had to use Elite Digital Appliances as they serve as the local Samsung Service centre in my area. I would not recommend the company unless you like taking days off work to sit around waiting for an engineer to come to your house not fix the problem. I have now had 3 home visits from Elite Digital Appliances and the problem still hasn’t been fixed. The amount of time I have taken off work, I could have gone out and bought a new washing machine. The issue has been going on for over 6 weeks. Apparently a water leak isn’t a problem along with other issues that I have had. Samsung make good products but are let down by the after care for a 3rd party.
Rush job repair on samsung washing machine before Christmas Dany.k the engineer that came was fabulous very professional fixed it in no time credit to the company definitely use again Job number J58646
Very satisfied - Chris P turned up on time and completed the repair quickly. He was friendly and efficient which is what one wants obviously ! Job No. J58583 16.12.19.
Repair for Samsung washing machine done under warranty. Job no J58691. Whilst getting an appointment was difficult the engineer who came Scott was extremely helpful. He rang me on the day at 8.40am to let me know a time for my slot which I’d requested due to working shifts. Scott was extremely, helpful, thorough and persevered when I believe many would have given up. A credit to the company. Would happily use again.
Had Danny from Elite Digital Appliances fix my Samsung washing machine. Professional and fast work and up and running again in 20 minutes only fault is the wait for an engineer to come. 12/12/19
Very efficient
Really happy with service on my washing machine. Nice early visit that didn't disrupt my day, parts found there and then in the van, washing machine fixed within the hour. Only downside was I had to wait 2.5 weeks for a booking slot, but luckily I have helpful parents that did my washing while I waited! :-)
brett has been brilliant has been so helpful and the poor bloke had to keep coming back and forth but he was so nice and chatty would only deal with him now as he tells you exactly whats what thank you brett you have been a star.
The engineer Brett rang us to let us know when he would be coming , he was on time , very pleasant and friendly he fixed our washing machine and gave us a card for if we ever needed him again. We are very pleased 😁
Great repair services having parts already to replace. Thanks guys
Brett was very efficient, friendly and took the time to explain features of my machine which I didn't realise I had despite owning it for six years. The repair was carried out without having to order a part - very pleased to be up and running again Thank you!
Elite Digital Appliances were the engineers in the area working for Samsung. They did eventually fix the washing machine. They had to come several times, with a long waiting time in between. After fixing the fault/replacing broken part I had to call as there was another problem as a result of the fix, despite having been at my house that day, and having already waited 4 weeks or more they could not attend for another 2 weeks. I would never call this company out of choice
Issues with my Samsung Combination Microwave resolved. Chris P the service engineer's investigation was thorough and with careful layman explanation. All sorted and with helpful advice to aid me get the best from the machine. Highly recommended is inadequate praise for the service received. Many, many thanks.
I was stuck with the Elite Digital Appliances as they serve as the local Samsung Service centre in my area. Poor service, lack of communications, incompetent Engineers and mismanagement. 2 Engineers were booked for my job, first one only came in and touched the compressor unit in my fridge and said it's burning hot hence malfunctioning. He said another Engineer needs to visit for replacement of compressor unit. I received no update or communications for a few days and I ended up calling them again. It was only then that I got a date booked in for the second visit. The second Engineer was a guy with ego of a king. When he finished replacing the compressor unit he said and I quote "It went beautifully". I relied on his word and went to work.Next day in the morning I noticed that all my food in the freezer has thawed. Not only the original problem with the Fridge/freezer wasn't fixed, now the whole unit is completely out of use as both fridge and freezer compartment is warm. Nearly £100 worth of new grocery shopping down the bin in the weekend. Now I have been trying to reach them on their line since morning and I cannot get through to anyone. Really disappointed with the quality of the service. Now Samsung has booked for yet another job with them and I am sick and tired of dealing with this company
Would have been a 5 star if not for their inconvenient booking system.
Have used Elite Appliances twice in past 3 weeks for faults on new Samsung washing machine and then Samsung tumble dryer - both times Danny came out to us. Very impressed with Danny- always very prompt, polite and efficiently sorted our problems with a smile. We have been unlucky to have had issues with our Samsung appliances but very lucky to have had Danny sorting them out for us. Thank you 👍
engineer colton turned up on time was very efficient new his job and very pleasant to have in the house would recommend your company to relatives and friends
Engineer came checked appliances found fault did a good job Thanks Surjit ram
Danny & Bret came to my home for a repair, on the day and time they said they would be here, lovely chatty couple with a professional manner. cleaned up after them and give me all the details if anything else went wrong. can not fault thank you guys x
Repair for a washing machine organised by Samsung (under warranty). Engineer was excellent and found problem quickly and put it right, very polite and friendly. Reason for low rating was had to wait 15 days for someone to come out which I didn’t find an acceptable amount of time to have to wait.
Great company. I had made an appointment with them to fit a fridge door at my pensioner mothers house but couldn’t make it. Chris, an employee there was very friendly, handled the job very quickly and efficiently put all her fears to rest and informing me when completed. 10/10!
Danny was excellent. Very proferssional and courteous.
Great experience with Danny K. on 24/7/19. Quick, professional and was amazing. Solved an issue with my washing machine in under 30 minutes! Highly reccommend him! Incredible work!
Repair for a washing machine organised by Samsung (under warranty). Chris and Tony were very easy to deal with, polite, fast, and got the job done with no fuss. Very happy with the experience.
Ragel was very good to service my washing machine (rubber ) he was very friendly too , I was very happy with the service.
Good job ranges thanks
Couldn't be more professional, informative and thorough. Highly recommended
Very professionnal ! Chris was very efficient and he took time to explain to me the issue.
Cannot recommend Danny enough, very nice, polite and tidy, thank you so much for fixing my Samsung washing machine :-)
Most disappointing and frustrating. I was quoted a price for a call out which did not include VAT and no indication that this was the case, so it was a rude shock to have a bigger bill than expected. The engineer diagnosed a defunct compressor on my fridge freezer then told me he would have to order one and it would take about 10 days to come. This is simply not good enough in hot weather when someone has already waited days for the original call out. Then he told me the new part would only have a one year warranty. Most annoying was the fact that none of these possibilities was communicated to me when the call out was arranged. Given the 10 day wait and the poor warranty period I decided to buy a new fridge freezer so the £96 paid for the call out was completely wasted. I will be making a formal complaint.
Rangel was very efficient carrying out my washing machine repair. Gave me plenty of warning he was on his way, knew the product and left the area very tidy:-)
I am extremely happy with the excellent service that Chris had provided. He is very efficient, polite and explained and fixed the problem in relation to my washing machine. He normally phone before his visit and he arrives on time as planned. Very professional. Highly recommended.
Name: Rangel He was very polite he came on time he explained the fault and was very helpful.we appreciate the work he did we are really happy with the service he provided.Thank you
Fantastic repair by Mr. Colton 18/04/2019. He was prompt polite explained the problem and fixed it. He worked carefully and in good time and was a very clean tidy engineer who was able to answer all of my questions. I have had Elite Services out several times in the last 5 years and every time I have been completely satisfied.
Great Service Really recommend this company. Rangel is very helpful and did an amazing job.
Great service from Rangel
Professional and very friendly service provided by the engineer and didn't have to wait long at all for someone to come out. The team in the office we're very helpful too. Will definitely use them again.
Dreadful service, always cancelling and never sticking to confirmed dates.
Great service from Raugel at Digital Elite Appliances. Fixed my machines seal quickly and efficiently and even took the time to explain some of the settings to me. Will call again if we need any help in the future! Thank you.
I did not have to think twice about giving this review for Ryan. He was simply amazing at fixing my washing machine and was 100% trustworthy hence me leaving for work and leaving him to it. He went through what was wrong with the machine with me and I felt very comfortable talking to him. He was very professional but what stands about the most is his telephone manner and how I told him I had to cancel the appointment as my parent was taken in to hospital and so he said he could come early and make me the first call and sort it for me as I had young children a top bloke would highly recommend Ryan and defiantly needs 5 stars for his work.
Incompetence personified, shining example of how not to treat customers. If they repair our washing machine in January, we will only have been without it for 2 weeks since it first failed waiting for them to attend and another 3 weeks for them to return a seond time with more parts which the engineer hopes will fix it looks like Domestic and General are going to gain another customer, so much for independent "proffessional" service. Still, at least they're being paid to attend so why worry about customers?
Chris P attended today to fix Fridge freezer. All sorted quickly. Excellent coms and explanation and as to next steps if recurs. J44029. Recommended
Chris the best person and excellent worker!
Not only was the repair performed quickly and efficiently, both engineers Chris and Conor took time to explain the fault, repair and simple maintenance needed for a long lasting appliance. The courtesy and willingness to offer advice was a bonus. Praise and gratitude to both engineers. After all isn't it rare these days to witness engineers who take such pride in their profession??
Great service from Chris at Elite Digital Appliances, he went out of his way to accommodate me with an oven emergency (at 7.30am on a Saturday!) as I needed to cook for my daughter's first birthday party. Can't fault the guys who had some problems sourcing the part from Smeg but they kept me in the loop and did their best to get things sorted quickly. I would definitely call them again.
Chris P did a fantastic job fixing the problem we had with the washing machine. Very quick, polite and efficient. A great experience with the company and especially Chris
Chris popped over to my home this morning to fix my smart Samsung microwave. He fixed it in less than 15 minutes. Incredible. Highly recommend this company.
Chris was a hero! Really professional, knowledgeable, polite and helpful! Would 100% use this company again!
I find the engineer did a good job welcome thank you very much
Chris P just came and fixed out washing machine in the most efficient and courteous manner - an absolute gent. He took time to explain a few things about the machine that will help it to continue to run efficiently. I very pleased with the service.
Had an engineer called colton come around to fix our washing machine. Really polite, courteous and helpful .. he answered all our questions.
Chris and Paul were very friendly team who helped solve the problem with my washing machine. They were polite, knowledgeable, professional and prompt in their service. I would highly recommend their service.
Great quick service, very quick, clearl, and professional
Really friendly (even some banter with my inquisitive 3yo) and job done! Have already recommended within the same week. Thanks to Chris & Danny.
Very professional, arrived on time and fixed my washing machine promptly. Great guys, would highly recommend their services.
Excellent and friendly service from Ryan
Amazing and professional service from Colton,Thank you very much!
Puncture and friendly. Solve the problem and get my tumble dryer running in no time. Absolutely great and highly recommended
I book the appointment through samsung, and there were not sure to tell me the time when the engineer will come, what is always a problem when we have to go to work. But i was plesently surprise that the engineer Chris P, called me in the morning on the day to tell.me around what time he will be at our place, he then call me 1h before the appointment so i was able to go to work, and spare just 1h of my time. How amazing is that. He fixed the problem in 30 min and told me few tips how to maintain the washing machine. Perfect services.
Chris the engineer was on time and had the part ready to change. He explained how I can take better care of my Washing Machine. Punctual, informative and reliable. A credit to the company.
Daniel was great, he came in, identified the issue with our washing machine, fixed it in no time and tested it to make sure the issue has gone away. He cleaned up after himself too! Couldn't ask for any more. Great service, would recommend. Job No: J39762
Prompt, courteous and speedy repair of washing machine..would highly recommend.
Engineer turned up to replace a fridge door on a Thursday, came with the freezer door. Said would order a fridge door and be back on Tuesday. No contact on Tuesday. Called them up, the door was not in stock so on the Friday they raised this to Samsung who would then do a replacement. No contact from Elite on Friday to say that because of this they would not turn up the second time ( obviously as there was no door to install ). And to top if off the engineer left our fridge door handle loose when he took it off the 1st time and put it back on again which I had to rectify.
Chris did an excellent job - very professional and nice. Highly recommended!
Proficient in diagnosing the problem and efficient in fixing it. Often servicing engineers can be patronising about how customers might have used an appliance the wrong way leading to a fault. However, the engineers from Elite knew that the washer/dryer model we bought had been known to have a motherboard which sometimes failed to efficiently drain waters from the pipes, causing the dryer to perform poorly. A change of motherboards and every wash/dry cycle since has been perfect! After they left I went to set the child-lock but noticed it was already done. They must have noticed we have a toddler and took the extra care. So thoughtful, really great service!
Repair to Samsung fridge - home visit. Very punctual arrival with a call in advance. Very polite, respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. Repair work done quickly with spare part in van. It took 4 - 5 days from initial telephone to book appointment to visit but overall very satisfied
Chris did an excellent job getting our fridge back to life, efficient and friendly service. Thanks!
Had Ryan replace the drum and all relevant components on my washing machine . Extremely polite with a very quick service . All round good work !
Having had several interactions with Elite, the service I have received has been outstanding. Particularly from Ryan who made sure I knew what stage my appt was at each time and making sure Samsung were updated with the issues on my machine.
Fantastic service today from Ryan. He phoned 20 mins before arrival as requested. On arrival he was very friendly and polite, quickly identifying the issue with our washing machine. Ge has the necessary part available and the repair was completed within 20 minutes. I couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend Elite. Thank you Ryan.
Excellent company and Ryan provided fantastic service, he let us know 24 hours before to advise what time the appointment would be. Ryan fixed our washing machine within 5 minutes and knew what was wrong with it straight away. Ryan arrived right on time, provided excellent service and very friendly. Before he left he checked the machine once over to make sure it was working as expected. The washing machine is up and running and no longer sounds like tank. Great experience again and Ryan is a credit to your company.
Great service Guy called Ryan came and sorted fridge out. Phoned to say couldn’t make the appointment at stuck in traffic jam as motorway closed but then came late that evening when motorway reopened Really impressed that still came even though so late for him
Great service, Chris was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Thank you!
Ryan was swift, friendly and professional. Kept me informed all through the process. Excellent customer service.
Thanks Chris to sorted it out , high recommended 👍🏻
Chris did an excellent job. Professional, extremely clear on what work would be done so there were no surprises, clean and well executed work. Highly recommend!
Excellent service from Ryan. Turned up on time. Diagnosed and fixed fault quickly. Very impressed.
Great service received from Ryan, who came to repair our Samsung washing machine. Very helpful and got the job done in good time. Washing machine working great now!
Really fabulous service. The engineer explained everything to me, and taught me how to look after the filter on my washing machine (probably an easy job to most, but I had no idea!). Would highly recommend.
Excellent service, engineer Chris phoned to say when he was coming and duly arrived on time. Very helpful, though problem with leak not immediately sorted as we have to acquire a new connection. He ensured we know what to get and kindly offered to return if needed. Will definitely use again.
Engineer, Ryan, was quite simply superb. He had to make 2 visits as fault was far worse than first thought- both times communicated effectively about time of visits. He was not only on time, but very efficient and friendly in his work. I highly recommend the company and more specifically Ryan.
Very professional and polite service from Ryan at Elite digital appliances, even with my enthusiastic dog jumping all over him and generally getting in the way! Thank you.
Punctual, polite and very efficient.
Ryan was both friendly and professional and was able to fixed my washing machine quickly. Great service
Lovely company. Engineer Chris came and fixed my fridge problems. Professional, polite, informative from start to finish. Highly recommend.
This is an excellent company. Making an appointment for a repair was easy. Unlike other companies, I was given an appointment for the next day. Their representative, Ryan, ‘phoned in the morning to inform me when he would arrive. He arrived right on time, was very pleasant, courteous and reassuring - it was clear that he knew precisely what the problem was and how to fix it. Ryan cleared up before he left and explained everything very clearly to me.The washing machine is up and running and I couldn’t be happier. I don’t think that I’ve ever had such swift, efficient, polite service before. An all-round positive experience!
What fantastic service. Phoned when they said they would. Turned up when they said they would. Listened to what I said, knew what they were doing, answered questions and all with 100% professionalism, friendliness, understanding and good humour - and my washing machine is up and running again
I just wanted to say how helpful the gentleman was that I spoke to this morning about the repair on my washing machine. He was so polite and had a real can do attitude to sorting out the problem for me. He has even ordered a part in advance that the engineer can bring with him to speed things up. It's rare to find service as good as this in this sort of sector.
Really impressed. Great service & Chris was really helpful. Sorted my washing machine in no time at all. Would highly recommend!
The service provided by Chris.P was excellent on both occasions. He was punctual, professional, informative, friendly and got the job done quickly. Well done!
Brilliant service and would highly recommend Gregg and this company. My washing machine had been showing an error code which could not be fixed by myself. I called Samsung customer services and my details were quickly passed onto Elite Digital Appliances, who called me in the same afternoon to confirm the soonest possible appointment for me. On the day I got a courtesy call at the start of the day from Gregg, saying he would be round shortly. He was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. As I was interested, he kindly talked through his thought process as to the possible error with my machine and quickly got to work. Sadly the error was due to a part that was not readily available and needed to be ordered, so Gregg gave me a realistic timescale of when it would be fixed. The following week he called me in the morning to see if I was free for him to come replace the part, he'd had a cancellation and knew I was nearby. Again he was very proficient at his job and my washing machine was fixed in no time. Plus he gave me really helpful advice about the wash cycles and general care/considerations for the machine to prolong its life. Wonderful customer service and a job very well done. Thank you.
I recently had a recall on my fridge/freezer- like we all do we panic being told we have a recall. Brett in the office and sam the engineer went above and beyond to make sure I understood the work completely and my mind was at ease. The communication from Brett was fantastic and the work was carried out quickly and efficiently. Could not recommend enough!
I had a repair to my washing machine by Chris from Elite Digital Services. I was very happy with the service I received from Elite and I must say that they were very efficient. Elliott in the office got me booked in very quickly and Chris couldn't have been more helpful and he left my house very tidy. There was nothing to clean. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. Very professional.
Our washing machine was in warranty and Samsung arranged for Elite Digital Appliances (Basingstoke) to come out and fix a minor intermittent fault with it. Up until the engineer arrived we were able to still use the washing machine but occasionally it would stop and display an error message on one programme only. The engineer arrived just before Christmas and ended up breaking it further and since then we've been left without a washing machine. Elite Digital Appliances have been back a number of times, after making us wait weeks between visits, but each time they make the situation worse - the engineer didn't even reassemble the machine properly and there's now a big gap between the top casing and the machine. Elite Digital say they've recommended it should be replaced to Samsung but they are refusing to do this. Nobody has shown the slightest concern for our predicament. If anyone is thinking of using this company for their repair I would strongly urge you to look elsewhere.
Adam, can not be more helpful and efficient each time I have a problem with my Samsung Washing Machine! He really does go out of his way to resolve ANY issues. He is very polite and professional, and easy to deal with. I must also say the engineer that has attended has also been fantastic! Highly recommend, they are unbeatable!!!
If you can avoid, do do.. Unsure how they managed to get the contract from Samsung to fix washing machines; because their incompetence is on another level. Almost a month, and still waiting for machine to be fixed. Enough to make me not to want to buy another Samsung washing machine if these are the clowns who are going to to be fulfilling warranty jobs.
