PooleCool

Very good, efficient, professional service. I would definitely recommend.

Tremendous! Ian was kind enough to assess my car’s air con problems at very short notice on a sunny Sunday. Expert advice and attention, would highly recommend PooleCool. Thanks very much Ian!

I've used PooleCool twice to recifiy issues with AC on my cars and had the best service possible on both occasions. On the second visit there was a problem, but it was resolved immediately and in as friendly and couteous manner as I could hope for. Happy to recommend Ian as a great company to go to to fix your car's AC.

Ian was great at answering my questions and fixed my problem within 24 hours of talking to him on the phone. I would definitely recommend him to anyone having issues with their AC.

Quick friendly service. Tested and recharged my air conditioning without issue.

I contacted Ian by phone and left a message and he not only saw me within the hour but sorted my Air con problem on my 2013 Ford C-Max within an hour too at a cheaper rate than everywhere else Many thanks Ian

Great service, air con blowing ice cold again

Excellent service from Ian

I was told my Alfa required a new compressor to rectify my air con fault , I contacted Ian who checked my system out to inform me it was not a mechanical fault, I left the car with Ian and within 24 hours the fault was rectified, first class service . Ian is very knowledgeable and at very reasonable prices . Highly recommend.

Great service from Ian. Thank you

Lovely Lovely guy, very honest and very fair. Went to see he him for diagnostics to help in a dispute I'd been having with the dealership I bought my car from, he showed me everything he'd found and explained what he could would definitely recommend!

Called Ian at 12.00 fitted me in same day by 4.00aircon sorted out ,well pleased really good professional service. Nice to go and see someone who knows what their on about. Would certainly recommend Ian to anyone wanting their Aircon sorting out.

Cannot recommend enough! Phoned yesterday wanting to book my car in for an air con re-gas and was seen that afternoon after I finished work. Ian explained everything during the process and it was the best I feel I have ever been treated regarding ever having to take my car in for any service. Ian explained that since my car was registered after 2017 it required the new gas and his prices were less than that of the main garages who weren't even to tell me what gas my car would need as they didn't remember the cut off point. Would give 6 stars if I could!

Great service

Excellent service from Ian £50 call out on Sunday and air con fixed 👏

Would definitely recommend Ian. He is very polite and professional and did a thorough job re-gassing my air con in my car explaining every step of the process. Great value for money. Thanks again.

Good fast efficient service

Very helpful chap at the counter

Excellent service and quality. Highly recommended.

Five star food and service for pub prices. Excellent

If your air con is broken Ian is the guy you need. I desperately need my air con fixing before a long drive across Europe during a record heat wave and Ian sorted this with minimal hassle. He certainly knows his stuff, is easy to contact and efficient. Don’t go to any other garage, use Ian!

Really good service. Fast and efficient and was able to let me know what work needed doing as it's oldr car and needed a few parts changing. Would recommend

Ian's a really top bloke - down to earth, realistically priced and best of all flexible.. My aircon works properly for the first time since ive had the car- really happy with the result..

Thoroughly recommend. Ian fixed our air con on our Pajero when all others were suggesting blanking off the rear dual system. Ian fixed in hours for a reasonable price. Whole system now gassed and working perfectly! Thank you Ian.

Fitted me in the same day I rang and fixed my air con in 20 minutes. Would highly recommend.

I've deliberately left this review for a couple of months to see how things panned out. Ian gave up his time on a Sunday to sort out the aircon on my Renault Espace Mk 4, which wasn't functioning. Various garages could not solve the problem, but within an hour, Ian was able to ascertain that the system WAS holding pressure (where I had previously been told it was not) and charged the system with new refrigerant. 3 months on, it's now June and all is working well. It's on all the time in this glorious weather. Highly recommended

Its ok

Had an aircon issue with my car, not knowing if I just needed a re-gas or if there were more issues. Ian managed to fit me in extremely quickly. He has a wealth of experience, not only with car aircons, but air con systems in general. He carried out pressure checks, inspected the condensors and associated parts and piping.. Ian was happy it just needed a re-gas. My aircon has never been so cool!!!.. A very quick and efficient service!!

Top job had a hole in my condenser and leaking o rings was diagnosed quickly. The part was fitted went back for a re gas all done professionally and no messing around. My air con is icy cold. Just a shame about the colder weather.
