Used PooleCool for a couple of different problems, turns out my model of Volvo can be fitted with five different condensers, who knew? PooleCool as it turn out! He got them all in so that I was only without a car for 3 hours. Epic service, great guy.

Daughters car AC gradually stopped getting cold. Got in touch with PooleCool and took her car to them. Quickly diagnosed with needing a new condenser and showed me the leaking areas. They ordered a replacement and was fitted on a weekend when she didn't need the car. All in all, very thorough and good communications throughout, so would definitely recommend 👍👍

I've used PooleCool twice to recifiy issues with AC on my cars and had the best service possible on both occasions. On the second visit there was a problem, but it was resolved immediately and in as friendly and couteous manner as I could hope for. I was told my Alfa required a new compressor to rectify my air con fault , I contacted Ian who checked my system out to inform me it was not a mechanical fault, I left the car with Ian and within 24 hours the fault was rectified, first class service . Ian is very knowledgeable and at very reasonable prices . Highly recommend.

Cannot recommend enough! Phoned yesterday wanting to book my car in for an air con re-gas and was seen that afternoon after I finished work. Ian explained everything during the process and it was the best I feel I have ever been treated regarding ever having to take my car in for any service. Ian explained that since my car was registered after 2017 it required the new gas and his prices were less than that of the main garages who weren't even to tell me what gas my car would need as they didn't remember the cut off point. Would give 6 stars if I could!

Thoroughly recommend. Ian fixed our air con on our Pajero when all others were suggesting blanking off the rear dual system. Ian fixed in hours for a reasonable price. Whole system now gassed and working perfectly! Thank you Ian.

I've deliberately left this review for a couple of months to see how things panned out. Ian gave up his time on a Sunday to sort out the aircon on my Renault Espace Mk 4, which wasn't functioning. Various garages could not solve the problem, but within an hour, Ian was able to ascertain that the system WAS holding pressure (where I had previously been told it was not) and charged the system with new refrigerant. 3 months on, it's now June and all is working well. It's on all the time in this glorious weather. Highly recommended
Had an aircon issue with my car, not knowing if I just needed a re-gas or if there were more issues. Ian managed to fit me in extremely quickly. He has a wealth of experience, not only with car aircons, but air con systems in general. He carried out pressure checks, inspected the condensors and associated parts and piping.. Ian was happy it just needed a re-gas. My aircon has never been so cool!!!.. A very quick and efficient service!!
Top job had a hole in my condenser and leaking o rings was diagnosed quickly. The part was fitted went back for a re gas all done professionally and no messing around. My air con is icy cold. Just a shame about the colder weather.
