We purchased a fan in 2023 that did not get installed until August 2024. The customer reported a fault a few months later and we replaced it. Contacted Airtek and returned the fan to them. Even though out of warranty, Mike and Tony worked quickly to solve the problem, swiftly repairing and returning the fan to us FOC as a gesture of goodwill. Professional and helpful from start to finish, customer service as it should be.

I cannot understand the attitude of companies like this one. We asked them to help over a fan & heater issue - no reply to an email. So we filled in their online form - no reply. So we phoned and re-sent the email (as requested). We got a reply saying that they weren't interested in selling us 6 units (initially - more later), and would only be interested in selling 50. A sale is a sale, isn't it? We were after stock units, not bespoke ones, so we're baffled.
A very helpful company to deal with who have gone above and beyond to help 4Facilities provide a solution to our customer. Many thanks to Wayne! Will be using Airtek fan solutions again where possible!
