Well where to start! What a brilliant company cannot fault them at all. Meridian have just fitted two units to our bungalow and right from our first enquiry they have been outstanding. We sent them an initial online enquiry on a Sunday evening and 8.0am Monday. They were on the phone - Brilliant. Both my wife & I have heart conditions and this summer has been a challenge. Meridian did all they could to expedite installation for us. Ben did a fantastic job installing the units, helpful, clean, punctual, polite - what a guy he is! This is a proper “old fashioned” company in my view - one that really does look after its customers. Good Job guys thank you👍

A Wonderful service from Meridian from start to finish. Quotation to installation in only 3 weeks! Their engineer Ben and electrician worked incredibly hard in very extreme temperatures (35 degree plus), were unfailingly polite and went above and beyond to complete the job. I genuinely believe most individuals would have decided to delay the works given the unbearable heat. I will not hesitate to recommend Meridian Air Conditioning Ltd to everyone.
We have had two units installed by Meridian and their service is second to none. Our engineer was polite and explained everything to us thoroughly before starting the install. On both occasions the work has been completed to the highest of standards with a complete respect for our home. The office team have been fantastic too, answering any questions or concerns quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend to anyone considering air con! We have already passed their number on to friends and family!

I have just had a single Hitachi split level unit fitted in my bedroom in readiness for another, no doubt, sweltering UK summer. From start to finish, the experience has been nothing less than first class. The survey was carried out by Paul whose insight and advice was invaluable and was a pleasure to deal with. The installation itself was faultless. Ben arrived bang on time, I had requested a change of location for the outside unit since the original survey and he took this in his stride, advising and implementing an optimal solution. The standard of work was excellent, Ben, like Paul, friendly and professional. Meridian partner with Black Birch Electrical to take care of the additional power requirements and it was no surprise to find the same high standards and meticulous care taken by the electrician whose name I unfortunately can't remember, but surprise, surprise was again, friendly and professional. All my communications with Emily and other colleagues I interacted with at head office on the admin side of things, mirrored the high standards of the survey and installation and couldn't have been easier. My experience with Meridian has been nothing less than outstanding across the survey, installation and support. I have no hesitation in giving the highest recommendation for Meridian, the easiest 5 stars I have given for a review....superb!

Very impressed with the service received from Meridian. From initial enquiry through to completion of the job. Emily in the office was prompt and helpful. Paul when quoting was thorough and answered all our technical questions when planning the job. Jason who fitted was very respectful in the property (hardly knew he was there, cleaned and tidy), thought about the job so it was completed just the way we wanted. Many thanks to the team.

Installers were polite and friendly and checked with me throughout the install process to make sure I was happy, they've done a great job of it all and I'm very pleased with the service that's been provided. Took longer for an install date than the online next day companies as had to wait for suppliers to get the units in, but I feel this was worth waiting for as having a local company who can come and support in the event there are any issues is more important. Installed units are high spec Samsung units with smart home integration. Would absolutely recommend.

I used Meridian to survey and repair the ducting for the warm air system located in our loft which was falling apart and needed new insulation. I was very impressed from start to finish. The survey was detailed and the repair was excellent and done to a high standard so I would highly recommend this company who are both professional and friendly.
We moved out from London to West Parley in February. Over the years we have spent a lot of time in the southern US where Air Conditioning is essential and had it installed in our previous home back in 2020. As such we had got used to the benefits of it when the hot nights of summer come around. So we decided to invest in some AC for the upstairs bedrooms and lounge in our new house. We looked around for local AC companies on the net and decided to give Meridian a call as they are close by and seemed well thought of. They sent over an engineer (Paul) who was very helpful, professional and experienced, having been 'on the tools' himself installing AC systems. I was satisfied with their price (zero VAT applies, 20% saving) and gave then the green light. Within a couple of weeks their installer (Simon) spent 3 days working very hard on completing the job. Simon knows exactly what he is doing and is a conscientious, skilled and considerate operator. Just what we hoped for. Meridian's team (Paul, Simon and Emily on administration) are good at what they do and a pleasure to deal with. Keep up the good work guys!
Used Meridian for the first time last week as I got annoyed with my previous company for not keeping appointments. I have to say it’s like night a day between them and Meridian. The lady I spoke to on the phone was professional, the appointment was arranged quickly, the engineer turned up on time, did a great job and was a lovely man. Great service overall!
